När elektronik blir alltmer avancerad ökar kraven på prestanda, energieffektivitet och tillförlitlighet. För att möta dessa krav utvecklar Nolato Silikonteknik avancerade materiallösningar som hjälper kunder världen över att hantera värme i några av dagens mest teknikintensiva applikationer.
Nu söker vi en Field Application Engineer Thermalsom vill vara med och driva utvecklingen framåt i en internationell roll där teknik, kundrelationer och affärsutveckling möts.
En global roll i teknikens framkant
Nolato Silikonteknik utvecklar avancerade Thermal Interface Materials (TIM) inom Compatherm-portföljen, material som används för att leda bort värme i elektronik där kraven på prestanda och tillförlitlighet är höga. Lösningarna används inom bland annat telecom, datacenter, automotive, medicinteknik, industriella applikationer och defence.
Som Field Application Engineer Thermalfår du en central roll i Nolatos fortsatta utveckling inom området. Du bidrar i kund- och utvecklingsprojekt, framtida produktlösningar och fungerar som en viktig länk mellan kunder, utveckling, produktion och försäljning.
Rollen kombinerar tekniskt kunnande med projektledning, kunddialog och affärsförståelse. Du arbetar nära både kunder och kollegor för att identifiera behov, utvärdera lösningar och säkerställa att projekten skapar värde för alla parter.
Du blir även en viktig teknisk partner till marknads- och säljorganisationen där du bidrar med expertis i kunddialoger, tekniska presentationer, kalkyler, offertarbete och produktutvärderingar. Genom din kunskap hjälper du kunder och kollegor att fatta välgrundade beslut kring materialval, designlösningar och tekniska vägval.
Internationella kundrelationer och utvecklingsprojekt
Du kommer att arbeta nära kunder över hela världen och vara en viktig teknisk partner genom hela utvecklingsresan: från tidiga diskussioner och konceptutvärderingar till implementerade lösningar.
Rollen innebär regelbundna internationella resor där du representerar Nolato i kundmöten, workshops, utvecklingsprojekt och branschaktiviteter. För dig som trivs med att kombinera teknik, människor och affärsutveckling erbjuder rollen stora möjligheter att bygga långsiktiga relationer och skapa värde på en global marknad.

Är du den vi söker?
För att lyckas i rollen har du en god teknisk förståelse och trivs i gränslandet mellan teknik och affär. Du motiveras av att lösa kunders utmaningar, driva projekt framåt och bygga långsiktiga relationer med människor från olika delar av världen.
Du är strukturerad och kommunikativ, men också nyfiken och lösningsorienterad. Rollen passar dig som uppskattar många kontaktytor, tycker om att dela med dig av din kunskap och vill kombinera tekniskt djup med ett affärsmässigt perspektiv.
Teknisk högskole- eller universitetsutbildning, alternativt motsvarande erfarenhet.
Erfarenhet av projektledning inom teknik- eller industriverksamhet.
God förståelse för produktutveckling och tekniska kunddialoger.
Erfarenhet av produktionstekniskt arbete eller kundprojekt är meriterande.
Erfarenhet av att arbeta kundnära i en internationell miljö.
Intresse för affärsutveckling och teknisk försäljning.
Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift.
Möjlighet och vilja att resa internationellt som en naturlig del av rollen.
Erfarenhet av CAD/3D-konstruktion, exempelvis SolidWorks, är meriterande.

Objective of the position The Advanced Quality Engineer (AQE) is responsible for ensuring conformance to Customer and Stoneridge Quality expectations for new program development through effective Quality Plan development and execution, Customer APQP management, PPAP preparation, and production Quality readiness activities. In addition, this position is also responsible for incorporating lessons learned into project designs/processes and reporting issues and/or risks to management. The AQE must work cross-functionally with Project Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing and Quality to implement and improve our Stoneridge Product Development Process (SPDP) to deliver positive customer experience. Characterization of activities Define and communicate Customer Quality requirements, milestones, and approval criteria while ensuring alignment with program plans and timelines. Ensure effective cascade of quality requirements across the value stream, including documentation, special characteristics, and inspection methods. Lead APQP and PPAP activities, managing quality risks and ensuring timely delivery and compliance with Customer expectations. Develop and execute the Quality Assurance Plan, driving APQP integration through reviews, training, and key deliverables (e.g., FMEA, Control Plans, Design Reviews). Promote risk reduction and continuous improvement using tools like FMEA, validation testing, root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why), and lessons learned. Act as the key Quality interface within the project team and with the Customer, ensuring documentation control, KPI tracking, and coordination across functions. Education, Experience and Knowledge Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or operations field with at least 5 years of experience in APQP product launch teams (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of advanced planning systems, APQP, and global manufacturing project environments. Proficient in statistical methods with awareness of financial and operational impacts. Skilled in Microsoft Office and analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation capabilities. Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run. We want you as a talented Propulsion Thermal Engineer to support the design, analysis, and validation of thermal behavior within Nyx Earth propulsion system. The role focuses on evaluating heat transfer phenomena associated with thruster operation, including heat soak back effects and thermal interactions between closely integrated propulsion components. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In your capacity as Propulsion Thermal Engineer, your role will be continuously evolving, but day to day your duties will include: * Thermal analysis of thruster interaction with the system * Perform detailed thermal analyses of spacecraft thrusters during steady-state and transient phases. * Assess and justify transient heat soak back effects following thruster shutdown, including impact on surrounding structures and components. * Develop thermal models to predict temperature evolution in propulsion subsystem. * Support and propose design decisions to mitigate adverse thermal interactions. * Modeling & Simulation * Build and correlate thermal mathematical models (Thermal Desktop, ...). * Conduct transient and steady-state simulations. * Perform sensitivity analyses and trade-offs. * Verification & Validation * Support thermal test campaigns (component and system level). * Correlate analytical models with test data. * Documentation & Reviews * Produce technical reports to support design reviews (CDR, QR). * Interface with propulsion, mechanical, and system engineering teams. Mission Brief You will be responsible for defining the thermal environment and architecture of the vehicle, ranging from detailed thermal modeling and system level coupled loads analyses and to active and passive thermal control design. You will be in charge of the development, execution, and correlation of thermal models using FEM/FDM/FVM tools and test data. The decisions you make will directly support hardware qualification, test planning, and system-level design choices, ultimately enhancing the thermal robustness, performance, and reliability of the vehicle throughout its mission.
