Axel Johnson International söker nu en Project Manager M&A & Strategy till affärsområdet Transport Solutions med placering i Göteborg. Transport Solutions omsätter cirka 3 miljarder kronor, har verksamhet i 12 länder och består av ett 20-tal bolag inom lastsäkring, fordonskomponenter och marina lösningar. Förvärv är en central del av affärsstrategin, och ambitionen är att genomföra ett stort antal internationella förvärv de kommande åren.
Rollen passar dig som idag arbetar inom revision, business controlling, M&A-analys eller inom Transaction Services och vill bredda din kompetens inom företagsförvärv, strategi och projektledning. Här får du möjlighet att arbeta med hela förvärvsprocessen – från analys och screening till due diligence, ta fram styrelsematerial och arbeta med integration – samtidigt som du får insyn i lednings- och strategiarbete på internationell nivå.
Du rapporterar direkt till affärsområdeschefen och arbetar nära ledningsgruppen i Göteborg samt Axel Johnson Internationals centrala M&A-funktion i Stockholm.
ArbetsuppgifterI rollen som Project Manager M&A & Strategy kommer du att:
Projektleda och koordinera förvärvsprocesser från identifiering av bolag till genomfört förvärv och integration
Genomföra finansiella analyser, företagsvärderingar och enklare finansiell due diligence
Sammanställa beslutsunderlag, investeringsrapporter och styrelsematerial
Hantera och koordinera dokumentation såsom NDA, LOI, SPA och andra avtalsprocesser
Samarbeta med externa rådgivare inom legal, finansiell, kommersiell och hållbarhetsrelaterad due diligence
Identifiera och analysera potentiella förvärvsobjekt, marknader och konkurrenter internationellt
Delta i strategiarbete och affärsutvecklingsinitiativ för Transport Solutions och dess affärsområden
Stötta ledningsgrupp och styrelsearbete samt vid behov delta på styrelsemöten i dotterbolag
Bidra till utveckling av arbetssätt, processer och verktyg som stärker förvärvsarbetet
Tjänsten innebär internationella resor, vanligtvis 2–3 dagar varannan vecka och periodvis mer intensivt.
Vem är du?Vi ser gärna att du har en examen som civilekonom eller motsvarande akademisk utbildning och några års erfarenhet från revision, controlling, transaction services eller M&A-relaterat arbete. Du har byggt en stark finansiell grund och är nu nyfiken på att utvecklas vidare i en affärsnära roll där analys kombineras med projektledning, strategi och internationella företagsförvärv. Du behöver ha god förståelse för resultat- och balansräkning samt finansiell analys, erfarenhet av att ta fram och presentera rapporter och beslutsunderlag. Har du erfarenhet av due diligence processer är det meriterande. Vidare behöver du ha mycket goda kunskaper i Excel och PowerPoint samt vara flytande i svenska och engelska.
Som person är du behöver du vara affärsorienterad och nyfiken på företag och industriella verksamheter, strukturerad och skicklig på att driva flera parallella projekt framåt. Du kommer ha mycket externa kontakter med företagsledare, ägare mm så en god kommunikativ förmåga är viktigt. Du behöver vara prestigelös och trivas i att arbeta i ett mindre team.
