As an Executive Team Assistant you will learn and develop core business administration and executive support skills while assisting in delivering high-quality support to the Senior Management Team (SMT). Working under the guidance of the (Lead) Executive Assistant, you will support the coordination of day-to-day administrative and logistical activities, helping to ensure that senior leaders are well-organised, prepared, and able to operate effectively. In this role, you’ll learn about and support with a variety of interesting tasks, such as: Executive Support (Developmental and support focused) * Assist the (Lead) Executive Assistant in providing administrative support to the SMT. * Support with diary management activities, including scheduling meetings and coordinating availability. * Help prepare basic documentation, meeting packs, and presentations. * Learn how to prioritise and manage requests under guidance.
