Are you an experienced Project Manager passionate about innovation and energy technology? We are looking for a driven R&D Project
Manager to lead cutting-edge projects focused on improving the performance and reliability of gas turbine systems. In this role,
you will take full ownership of projects from concept to delivery, working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, global
environment. You’ll play a key role in driving innovation, ensuring quality, and contributing to the ongoing energy transition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage R&D projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery and follow-up
Develop structured project plans and break them into actionable milestones
Coordinate cross-functional teams (3–10 members) and foster strong collaboration
Monitor schedules, costs, and quality while ensuring alignment with stakeholders and resource owners
Facilitate meetings and support teams in solving technical challenges with creative solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an R&D environment
Proven ability to successfully lead complex technical projects
Experience with gas turbines, control systems, or power generation is highly advantageous
Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
