Responsabile di Manutenzione Siamo alla ricerca di un responsabile della pianificazione, organizzazione, direzione e controllo del Dipartimento di Manutenzione secondo le politiche aziendali, garantendo le operazioni e la manutenzione dei macchinari, degli impianti elettrici, delle strutture edilizie e delle aree esterne nel modo più sicuro, efficiente ed economico possibile. Principali Mansioni: * Sviluppare procedure di manutenzione e sicurezza e assicurarsi che vengano rispettate; * Effettuare controlli e ispezioni di impianti e attrezzature tecniche e di sicurezza per individuare eventuali malfunzionamenti e risolvere problemi; * Controllare i sistemi elettrici, idraulici, di ventilazione, elettronici e antincendio negli edifici per assicurarsi che funzionino correttamente; * Pianificare, supervisionare e organizzare tutte le attività di riparazione, manutenzione e installazione di attrezzature coordinando anche ditte esterne; * Ispezionare regolarmente i sistemi di allarme (antincendio/accessibilità) e programmare la manutenzione; * Assegnare il carico di lavoro e supervisionare il team e le aziende esterne quando sono in sede; * Fare l'inventario delle attrezzature e dei materiali tecnici e fare ordini se necessario; * Tenere traccia delle spese e monitorare il budget del reparto; * Gestire i rapporti con aziende esterne, appaltatori e fornitori di servizi. What You’ll Do * Lead and guide the maintenance team while keeping close contact with external contractors * Jump in as the first responder when anything technical pops up in the hub * Manage and plan all daily maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators and more * Track, log and follow up on work orders using Salesforce * Monitor budgets, check invoices and keep clear maintenance records * Register monthly utility consumption and support energy-efficient habits * Keep safety, fire protection and compliance tasks up to date in collaboration with the Regional Property Manager What You’ll Have * You have 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance management, ideally in hospitality * You bring strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills * You have a hands-on mindset and stay calm when things get messy * You bring confidence in coordinating contractors and guiding a team * You have basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other building systems * You speak German, English is a plus What We Offer * Minimum salary EUR 2,554 gross per month (14 salaries per year) according to the applicable collective agreement. Job Overview: Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for directly managing a team of technically skilled staff within the Maintenance department, providing dynamic hands-on leadership and skilled problem solving who can continually develop the capabilities of their team while working with vendors and key internal stakeholders. The role’s main priority will be to support Give & Go’s long-term plan (LTP), through the creation and delivery of the department’s strategic initiatives on time. Key Responsibilities: * Aid in the creation and contribution to the Company’s LTP expectations through the leading and execution of maintenance projects, such as through the sourcing and supervising of contractors/suppliers to engage in program support * Support Maintenance Cost Containment objectives by tracking the department budget and approving capital projects when necessary * Lead, coach, and develop the Maintenance team, including providing feedback and conducting formal evaluations, to ensure employees have the right resource skills, competencies, and expertise to meet departments and agreed-upon objectives of the company * Manage the completion of Corrective and Backlog WO and PM WO by effectively scheduling maintenance team, taking advantage of any work stoppage * Conduct workplace inspection in area of responsibility for safety, GMP violations, production line and equipment Recipe for Success: * Post-secondary education in Engineering or related field preferred * Minimum 7 years of prior maintenance managerial experience in a production-manufacturing environment (within food services/baking a strong asset) * Holds a valid Ontario Millwright or Electrician license (P.Eng and/or PMP a strong asset) * Excellent problem solving with strong troubleshooting skills * Advanced working knowledge on mechanical/electrical systems and components * Working knowledge and experience on Automation; Industrial Process and Control system; PLC; Measuring Devices; Instrumentation; Robotic Application; Bulk Handling System * Working knowledge and experience on Facility Maintenance and Plant Equipment * Project management skill with capability of scoping the work and work break down analysis * Strength to stay on top of the Breakdown/downtime or any other issue until being resolved (initiate RCA) * Planning, scheduling & assigning ability while well experienced in defining priorities, required skills & resources * Computer-savvy; holds practical knowledge on CMMS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point) * Multitasked in an evolving environment with lots of changes in direction based on business requirement * Holding strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills · Understanding of Maintenance programs, such as knowledge regarding reliability centered maintenance, TPM, etc. What we can offer: * It’s an exciting time to be part of the Give & Go team as we are growing rapidly and want you to become a part our growth and extraordinarily bright future. * As we grow, we are committed to preserve the parts of our diversity & culture that is unique, people focused and are core to our success at every size.
