Role overview
The Associate Systems Administrator is an entry-level position within the IT Systems team based in our Dublin office. This role
serves as a critical bridge between our IT Service Desk and Global Systems functions, primarily focusing on supporting our EU and
UK-based employees.
You will work closely with the IT Service Desk team to resolve technical escalations while aligning with US-based systems
engineers to maintain global applications, security policies, patching standards, and network infrastructure across our European
locations. This role requires a blend of operational support, technical curiosity, and a commitment to maintaining a secure,
highly available environment. On Call work may be required with this roll as needed by the business.
In addition to the responsibilities above, this role also requires regular physical activity, including moving around the office
to assist with IT or AV event related tasks, lifting and carrying equipment (upwards of 50lbs), moving tables and chairs, and
plugging in devices under desks and other confined spaces. The Associate Systems Administrator must be able to perform these
duties safely and efficiently as part of their responsibilities.

The displayed range represents the expected annual base salary / On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position. On-Target Earnings
(OTE) is inclusive of base salary and on-target commission earnings, which applies exclusively to sales roles.
Individual pay within this range is determined by work location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, and
relevant education or training.
This annual base salary forms part of a comprehensive Total Rewards Package. In addition to benefits, this role may qualify for
discretionary bonuses/incentives and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

This also includes services such as Atlas (database as a service), or Cloud Manager (which helps customers with automation, backup and monitoring of their MongoDB systems).
