*THIS ROLE IS BASED FULL TIME AT OUR SOHO HOME STUDIO IN NUNEATON, WARWICKSHIRE* The Role… Reporting directly to the London-based Head of Creative, we are looking for a highly autonomous, creative Still Life and Interiors Photographer to take the reins of our in-house studio in Nuneaton. In this role, you will take full ownership of daily shoot execution and technical output, delivering high-quality, on-brand studio photography and video content across our luxury product categories. You will run the studio independently day-to-day, while collaborating with our Freelance Art Director on seasonal creative projects. This role requires a balance of independent self-sufficiency and the agility to work quickly under creative direction to maintain and elevate Soho Home’s premium aesthetic. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Independent Studio Ownership: Take full ownership of the Nuneaton studio floor, independently setting up and shooting across diverse categories including large-scale furniture, lighting, drapery, and small accessories. * Technical Excellence: Demonstrate deep technical understanding of Aputure continuous lighting. You must have the ability to build complex, nuanced lighting setups for high-end creative projects, while maintaining the speed and agility required to quickly pivot and execute direction from the Art Director when on set. * Advanced Capture Techniques: Utilise advanced photographic techniques (such as focus stacking via Helicon Focus) to ensure high-fidelity, razor-sharp capture of complex textures, materials, and luxury finishes when required. * Brand Consistency: Interpret established brand guidelines with minimal daily supervision, ensuring all lighting, composition, and styling meet Soho Home's premium standards. * Video Content Capture: Capture high-quality video content (e.g., product motion) alongside stills as required by the shoot brief to support digital product pages and social media channels. * Retouching Collaboration: Partner closely with the Retouching team to ensure texture realism, material integrity, and colour accuracy are achieved in-camera where possible, providing clear notes to minimise post-production friction. * Asset Management: Manage the technical side of the live shoot, including tethered file capture, accurate file naming conventions, and final delivery for post-production. * Studio Operations: Work alongside the Studio Production Coordinator to ensure daily shoot lists are completed on time, maintaining a clean, efficient, and organised studio environment. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * Experience: Proven experience in a mid-to-senior studio photography role, with a demonstrated ability to run a studio completely independently. * Portfolio: A strong, professional portfolio of Still Life, Product, and/or Interiors Photography demonstrating versatility across both hard and soft goods (e.g., lighting structured furniture vs. textured drapery). * Technical Proficiency: Extensive, hands-on experience with Canon camera systems and professional continuous lighting setups. * Software Expertise: Full understanding of all Capture One tools is essential (including tethering, session management, layers and masking, colour editor, styles and presets and more) to deliver flawless results and maintain an efficient studio workflow. Experience with Helicon Focus is highly desirable. * Autonomy & Agility: A high level of self-sufficiency on daily shoots, balanced with the ability to work at pace and adapt instantly to creative feedback during fast-moving, collaborative campaign sessions. * Video Capabilities: Experience shooting short-form video content, colour grading and key camera movements and how to achieve them. ABOUT US Humaans is building the next generation of infrastructure for the workplace; software designed for companies that are scaling fast, operating globally, and pushing into new boundaries. What started as a system of record has evolved into a broader platform for operating people globally. With Athena, our agentic AI layer, Humaans moves beyond data management into intelligent orchestration, connecting workflows across HR, IT, Finance, and Operations so organisations can act faster and with greater confidence, redefining how work gets done. We work with ambitious teams across Europe and the US, from AI-native companies like Lovable, Poolside, Fyxer AI, and Tandem Health, to established, high-growth organisations scaling internationally and through acquisition, including Quantexa, Sellpy, Manychat, Gigs, Croud, and Threecolts. These teams don’t buy software for features, they buy leverage. The ability to run faster, cleaner, and with more control as complexity compounds. To date, we’ve raised $20m in venture funding from some of the most respected founders, operators, and funds in technology: Lachy Groom (Physical Intelligence), Stewart Butterfield (Slack), Tobias Lütke (Shopify), Dylan Field (Figma), Jeff Weiner (LinkedIn), Claire Johnson (Stripe), Oliver Jay (OpenAI), Jay Simmons (Bond) as well as Y Combinator, Moonfire, Frontline Ventures, Pathlight Ventures, and Exor. If you have massive ambition and want to work on a hard problem, with a small team that moves fast, at a moment when the category is genuinely up for grabs - this is it. ABOUT THE ROLE Revenue teams used to scale by adding people. Now they scale by building systems. We're looking for a GTM Engineer to own the infrastructure behind how Humaans finds, engages, and converts customers, turning our go-to-market strategy into automated systems that run at scale. This is a builder role, not a reporting role. You'll sit between RevOps, Sales, and Marketing and own the connective tissue: the data pipelines, enrichment workflows, signal detection, lead scoring, routing, AI agents, and outbound infrastructure that decide which accounts we pursue, what we know about them, and what happens next. When a process is manual, slow, or rep-dependent, you replace it with a system. Your output scales non-linearly, because the system does the work, not the headcount. OUR GTM STACK Our GTM stack runs on HubSpot as the system of record, with Clay as the orchestration layer wiring together dozens of data providers, enrichment sources, AI models, and our own internal tools into automated workflows. You'll have dozens of tools at your disposal to build with, from enrichment and outbound platforms to call intelligence, AI coding tools, and our own internal tooling, plus the latitude to add new ones when they earn their place. We obsess over clean data and reliable systems, and we move fast by building on high quality foundations rather than stacking fragile workarounds. YOUR DAY TO DAY * Own the data foundation: keep our CRM trustworthy with automated enrichment, hygiene routines, and clear ownership rules * Build enrichment and scoring workflows that turn raw firmographic and signal data into ranked, ready-to-action target lists * Design signal-based plays: detect the right buying signals and events as they happen, then trigger the right outreach at the right moment * Own cold email as our primary outbound channel: build and protect the sending infrastructure, manage deliverability and inbox health, personalise at scale, and instrument it so you're the first to know when something breaks * Deploy AI agents for research, personalisation, and CRM updates, with guardrails that protect quality and brand * Connect our GTM tools through their APIs, deciding what the source of truth is for each field and how data flows between systems * Launch new outbound campaigns continuously, run structured tests, read the results, and feed what you learn back into the system so it keeps improving * Partner with SDRs, AEs, and leadership to find bottlenecks, ship solutions in days, and scale what works * Design structured tests with defined success metrics up front, kill what underperforms fast, and double down on what works * Treat copy as a testable variable: systematically test subject lines, opening angles, and CTAs, then roll winners back into templates and agent prompts * Operate at volume: manage thousands of leads flowing through the system every day without letting data quality or targeting slip SKILLS * Systems thinker with a commercial bias: you judge every workflow by whether it actually helps close a deal * Copywriting backed by testing: you write outbound that books meetings and prove it through reply and positive-reply rates rather than opens * Hands-on experience with a modern GTM stack (Clay or equivalent, HubSpot or Salesforce, plus enrichment and sequencing tools) * Comfortable enough with SQL and a scripting language (Python or JavaScript) to solve problems independently; reading API docs, handling auth, and chaining calls doesn't scare you * Fluent with AI coding and automation tools (Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Zapier) and able to build, test, and ship agents and workflows end to end * Strong understanding of the outbound motion: ICP definition, lead scoring, deliverability, and what good outreach actually requires * Experimental mindset: you validate signals, measure everything, and turn feedback loops into better systems * You learn by tinkering. Background matters less than a track record of building things revenue teams actually use Many of the best GTM Engineers come from SDR, RevOps, growth, or product backgrounds. If you've been the person quietly wiring Clay into your CRM and automating your own pipeline, this is the role for that instinct. This is an in-person role. Our GTM team comes together in the office Monday through Thursday, while most of the team collaborates in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. This is an in-person role. Our team comes together in the office Monday through Thursday, while most of the team collaborates in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. PACKAGE & BENEFITS Early stage startups can be messy – we know that. We're putting effort in providing you with the best employee experience and a quality driven environment in exchange for trusting us. * Market-leading compensation that reflects your value * 25 days paid time off each year plus public holidays * Share Options with 5-year exercise window so you don’t feel pressure to exercise if you leave * Free Thursday lunches at HQ, quarterly team events, and company offsites. * Top tier private coverage for health, vision and dental care * A new MacBook and tools you need to do your best work * Enhanced parental leave with up to 16 weeks for primary and 4 weeks for secondary * Learning & development budget WHY JOIN HUMAANS TODAY? HR tech is having its AI moment and we’re positioned to own it. Humaans started as a next-gen HRIS taking on large incumbents in a massive market. We’ve since evolved into something even bigger: an AI platform that sits across workforce data and automates the operational layer of HR entirely; the natural progression of what we’ve been building toward. The product is highly differentiated. It’s built around a structured workforce data model that makes AI reliable in an HR context, something no one else has gotten right. Customers notice the difference immediately. We’re backed by Y Combinator, Lachy Groom, Moonfire, Frontline Ventures, and operators who’ve built some of the most consequential software companies of the last decade: the founders of Slack, Figma, and Shopify, and Asana’s former CRO and Head of OpenAI International. We’re a small team with an unapologetically high bar. It shows up in the product, in how we communicate, and in the standards we hold each other to. OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY At Humaans we’re looking for genuinely good people that are transparent and emphatic. We’re committed to providing equal opportunities, a diverse and inclusive work environment, and ensuring a fair interview process for everyone. You’re welcome to apply no matter your gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, civil or family status, age, disability, or race. PRIVACY NOTICE We care about your privacy. When you apply for a role at Humaans, we’ll collect and process your personal data as part of our recruitment process. This includes things like your CV, contact details, and any other information you choose to share. We may also contact you about future opportunities. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. We Are Sparta Sparta is the next-generation commodity trading platform. We give trading desks the clarity, control, and collaboration they need to move faster and trade smarter. In February 2025, we secured $42 million in Series B funding. Now we’re scaling up across the business, and it’s an exciting time to join. Our people are the driving force behind everything we do. At Sparta, you’ll be trusted to take ownership, backed by a team who wants you to succeed. You’ll be challenged, supported, and given room to grow. Because building something this ambitious takes everyone at their best. At Sparta, your work has reach. From improving our platform, to powering smarter decisions for our customers, to changing how commodity trading is done around the world. And because we’re growing fast, you won’t just build your career. You’ll accelerate it, with a level of ownership and impact you simply don’t get at bigger, more bureaucratic companies. THE ROLE Sparta has the raw material most companies never get: a well-defined ICP with an engaged audience of traders, a genuine PR and analyst engine, product usage telemetry, and a stack rich with intent data. What we don't have yet is all of it connected into one demand engine that turns every signal into pipeline and revenue. That's your remit. You'll build and run Sparta's demand engine end to end, from the first buying signal to closed revenue, on a single unified pipeline in HubSpot. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role: you'll design the architecture and set the strategy from day one, then build and lead the team around it as it proves out. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and can be based in either London or Geneva. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Scale the demand-creation engine that's already working (analyst commentary, PR, webinars, the Market Outlook) and build a website and programs that turn our community into signal. * Build the process to catch in-market demand the moment it appears, running paid, retargeting, SEO/AEO and lifecycle programmes. * Own the signal-based pipeline architecture, unifying first-, second- and third-party signals into one HubSpot record. * Fix and own the martech stack (HubSpot, Clay, ZoomInfo, Lemlist, event tooling) and cut what overlaps. * Replace vanity metrics with honest reporting: real conversion rates, real source of pipeline, numbers the business can actually plan against. * Build the marketing-to-sales handover that works: shared lead definitions, SLAs, and an account-based motion inside our existing accounts. ABOUT YOU * A track record building and running a demand engine in B2B SaaS: you've owned pipeline and revenue, not just leads and MQLs. * Hands-on experience with HubSpot, intent platforms and preferably also Clay: workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, attribution and reporting. You can build automation, not just brief it. * Strong collaborator with Rev Ops, as we build one clean, signal-based pipeline. * Fluency with intent and signal-based marketing, and the discipline to make signals drive action. * Comfortable being the person who says the real number out loud, even when it's not the one on the dashboard. * The judgement to set strategy with the CMO, prioritise ruthlessly, and hire and grow a team as the function scales. Nice to have: experience with account-based marketing for expansion inside existing accounts; a background in commodities, trading, fintech or data/analytics products; content-led or community “dark social” demand-creation experience. Sparta Commodities is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and promotes diversity within its workforce. We are determined that no-one will ever receive less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, age, disability, religion, belief, sexual orientation, marital status, race, veteran status or any basis covered by appropriate law.
