This is a hands-on RevOps role focused on systems, workflows, reporting, CRM governance, and operational execution. You’ll work across Sales, Marketing, Medical Operations (Post sales), and Operations to ensure our commercial engine runs smoothly as we continue to grow across markets. Ideally you already have a couple of years of RevOps, commercial operations, or broader commercial / operational experience in a fast-growing company, and are comfortable executing across a broad range of projects, navigating multiple stakeholders, and getting things done without needing heavy structure or oversight. WHAT YOU’LL DO REVENUE OPERATIONS & SYSTEMS * Support the build and rollout of a modern Revenue Operations function, helping to implement scalable processes, systems, and tooling within a greenfield environment free from legacy tech debt. * Build, optimise, and maintain commercial workflows across multiple systems and teams * Support integrations and ensure systems communicate effectively across the commercial stack * Help connect data sources and improve reporting accuracy and visibility across the business * Maintain CRM hygiene, governance, and data quality standards PROJECT EXECUTION * Own and execute multiple RevOps projects simultaneously across different departments and markets * Support GTM efficiency and workflow management across all markets (10 current markets) * Drive operational initiatives from setup through to execution and optimisation * Help operationalise initiatives that have already been identified but lack execution capacity internally * Improve operational efficiency by identifying gaps, friction points, and manual processes COMMERCIAL ENABLEMENT * Support outbound and prospecting operations, including lead enrichment, research, sequencing, and workflow setup for commercial teams * Improve processes and automation supporting SDRs and commercial representatives * Support NPS follow-up workflows and customer lifecycle processes * Create and maintain reporting dashboards and operational visibility for leadership teams WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Demonstrable experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or similar roles * Experience working in fast-growing or scaling companies * Strong systems experience. You are comfortable working directly in CRMs, automation tools, integrations, and operational platforms * Proven ability to execute across multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously * Comfortable working cross-functionally with different teams, departments, and seniority levels * Experience supporting multiple countries or international markets is a strong plus * Strong attention to detail combined with a practical, execution-first mindset * Able to identify operational gaps and proactively solve problems TOOLING FAMILIARITY (EXAMPLES - NOT REQUIREMENTS) * CRM systems: Attio, HubSpot (or similar) * Multichannel tools: Lemlist, Outreach (or similar) * Automation platforms: Zapier, Make, n8n (or equivalent) * BI & analytics: Metabase, Power BI (or similar) * Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Clay, Claude, ChatGPT) to improve productivity and GTM workflows LOCATION We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This role is based in our vibrant HQ in the Epicenter building in the heart of Stockholm where you will work primarily from our office to collaborate, connect, and build our culture. CULTURE AT TANDEM At Tandem, we move fast, think big, and take ownership. We're a high-performing, diverse team with a shared drive to change the future of healthcare - and we’re just getting started. Our culture is built on action, ambition, and learning. You'll be trusted to take the lead, challenge yourself, and make an impact from day one. We believe real growth happens when you're stretched, supported, and surrounded by smart, passionate teammates who want to win together. Even though we’re spread across countries, we come together often in Sweden for team meetings, social events, and offsites - blending global reach with real human connection. We hire for talent, potential, and attitude - valuing different backgrounds and fresh perspectives. Great ideas come from everywhere, and we’re building a team that reflects the world we want to change. Tandem handles sensitive patient data and will conduct a background check before hiring any candidate.
DEINE AUFGABEN * CRM-Betrieb: Du bist unser CRM-Admin (aktuell Pipedrive). * Unbefristeter Vertrag, Vollzeit. * Leistungsprämien für nachweisbare Erfolge. * Mehrtägige Teamevents an Orten, die tatsächlich Spaß machen. SO LÄUFT UNSER BEWERBUNGSPROZESS 1.
3 billion people across the world work in frontline jobs. Yet, despite rising costs and staff shortages, frontline organisations are still left to choose between paper, Excel, and WhatsApp, or decade-old workforce management solutions to take care of the most important part of their businesses - their people. Enter Sona: the next generation of AI-native, frontline workforce management. We’ve built an end-to-end platform covering Scheduling, HR, Payroll, and Communications that gives the largest frontline organisations everything they need to staff more intelligently and empower their teams. In under 5 years, we've already made a deep impact on the lives of over 100k frontline workers and the operation of their organisations, grown the team to 140+, and secured over $100M in funding from notable VC's, including our Series B led by N47 alongside Felicis, Northzone, and Gradient Ventures (Google). It’s a hugely exciting time to be joining the team as we’re still small enough that you’ll have a significant impact on the company’s growth trajectory and culture, yet large enough to have a great structure, experienced leaders and world-class benefits in place. About the Role The Revenue Operations - Systems & Data role at Sona will own the integrity, architecture, and administration of our go-to-market data foundation. This is the role that makes sure our revenue engine runs on clean, trustworthy, well-structured data, and that every system in our GTM stack talks to every other system reliably. You'll be responsible for how data flows across HubSpot, Gong, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and the wider GTM stack: designing schemas, enforcing hygiene standards, building integrations, and ensuring our CRM is the single source of truth for the commercial team. As Sona scales its AI capabilities across the revenue function, the quality of that foundation becomes critical. AI is only as good as the data it sits on, and this role ensures ours is solid. This role sits within Revenue Operations, and works closely with Sales, Marketing + wider GTM org. It's a hands-on, technically deep role for someone who gets genuine satisfaction from well-structured data, clean integrations, and systems that just work. Responsibilities * Maintain and administer Sona's GTM data model day to day: properties, objects, associations and lifecycle stages across HubSpot and connected systems, under the direction of the Head of RevOps * Build and maintain integrations between GTM platforms (HubSpot, Gong, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, Cognism, Planhat, and others), ensuring data flows reliably and bi-directionally where needed * Enforce data quality standards across the CRM: deduplication, enrichment, validation rules, and ongoing hygiene programmes to keep our contact, company, and deal data trustworthy * Design and maintain reporting infrastructure: dashboards, custom reports, and data views that give revenue leaders accurate, timely visibility into pipeline, conversion, and attribution * Build and manage workflow automations in HubSpot and n8n that reduce manual work for the commercial team while maintaining data integrity * Support the development of a reliable data foundation that AI tools and agents can build on, working closely with the Growth AI Engineer to ensure systems are structured for programmatic access * Document system architecture, data dictionaries, integration maps, and operational standards so the team can scale without tribal knowledge * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, integration failures, and data discrepancies quickly and methodically * Evaluate and onboard new GTM tools as needs evolve, managing vendor relationships and technical implementation Requirements Technical skills * At least 2-4 years of hands-on experience administering and configuring CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot * Strong understanding of data architecture principles: schema design, object modelling, data normalisation, and relational data structures * Experience building and maintaining system integrations using APIs, middleware (e.g. n8n, Zapier, Make), or native connectors * Comfortable writing or debugging simple scripts to manipulate or transform data (Python, JavaScript or similar) is a plus * Experience with data quality tooling and practices: deduplication, enrichment, validation, and hygiene automation * Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools: building dashboards and custom reports that revenue teams actually trust and use * Active, fluent use of AI tools in your own work, and a clear understanding of why clean, structured data underpins AI effectiveness GTM & business understanding * Solid understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, marketing funnels, and how data supports revenue operations * Hands-on experience with GTM platforms beyond CRM (e.g. Gong, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, Cognism, ZoomInfo, Clay, Planhat) * Ability to diagnose complex data and system issues end-to-end: from root cause to resolution * Comfortable working in evolving, imperfect systems and improving them methodically over time * Able to clearly explain data and systems concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product teams Benefits * Salary: $100k - $120k * Hybrid: New York City, minimum 2 days a week in office (3 preferred) * Share options * 20 days PTO + sick days * 401k contributions, employer match up to 2% * Comprehensive health insurance available from day one * Enhanced parental leave & pay * Annual all expenses paid team retreats * The latest Macbook and equipment budget for your home office * Professional development budget * Unlimited free books New York City, New York #lihybrid Note: this represents a typical benefits package for a US-based, full-time employee.
