As a Revenue Operations Specialist at Pinterest, you’ll play a critical role in enabling our sales teams and partners to thrive. You will ensure precise and efficient processing of orders, facilitate seamless operations between Pinterest and our vendor partners, and be a go-to expert for resolving complex escalations and driving operational innovation. You’ll support both direct and vendor teams, drive process improvements, lead training initiatives, and play a key role in implementing new workflow enhancements. This is a fixed term contract end on 31st Dec 2026. What you’ll do: * Process and manage incoming orders, coordinating seamlessly between the sales team, vendor partners, and our revenue department to ensure accuracy and timely processing. * Process and manage an order management queue in salesforce to answer order processing queries and escalations from the sales team. * Maintain process documentation for order management and related revenue workflows, ensuring procedures are accurate, up to date, and easy for Sales and Revenue users to follow. * Support process and system improvements by identifying issues and proposing solution alternatives. * Build proactive, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy & Operations, Revenue, IT) and act as the operational voice for feedback and process evolution. * Help evaluate and adopt practical AI solutions for operational processes while ensuring outputs are reliable, compliant, and aligned with established revenue and sales policies. What we’re looking for: * 3+ years in revenue operations, order management, sales support, or similar roles, ideally with exposure to advertising or SaaS business models. * Experience handling escalated operational issues, ideally in a high-volume order management or billing environment. * Experience in testing operational enhancements - working alongside systems engineers, and other team members to deliver results on schedule. * AI Enthusiast: Demonstrates curiosity for and practical application of AI to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and strengthen client communications and recommendations. * Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL. * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/order management systems. * High learning agility, strong initiative, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges. * Advanced communication and relationship-building skills. * Meticulous attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to process excellence and accuracy. * A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement. * Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, a related subject, or equivalent work experience. THE OPPORTUNITY As part of our Enterprise Professional Services organization, you'll join a customer project team that delivers a comprehensive digital twin of our customers’ globally distributed factory network. For a leading global Oil & Gas company, we are 3D scanning refineries across the US, Europe, and Asia, covering a footprint of more than 80 million square meters, one of the largest reality capture projects in the industry. As a 3D data admin, you will manage, control, and deliver 3D data for the end customer's facilities as part of a team that owns quality assurance and data delivery. You will gain hands-on insight into executing a large-scale customer project, working closely with our project managers and 3D scanning partners, and play a key role in its success. This role suits someone with strong interest in spatial technology and 3D data management who takes ownership in a customer-centric, fast-paced global environment. WORKING HOURS This role operates on a late-shift schedule (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM CEST) to support our globally distributed project teams across the US and Canada (fixed-term contract, 17 months).
