Position Overview

Supporting the Brand Manager in following up on daily tasks, timelines, and deliverables. 2. Coordinating marketing activities, campaigns, and activations from planning to execution. 3. Assisting in the preparation and follow-up of events, exhibitions, and related marketing activities. 4. Coordinating with digital agencies, UGC content agencies, and production house agencies to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery. 5. Tracking ongoing projects and following up with internal teams and external partners. 6. Helping ensure proper coordination across all marketing-related activities and maintaining workflow efficiency. Qalification: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. * 1–3 years of experience in brand management, trade marketing, or marketing coordination (preferably in FMCG, retail, or beauty industries). * Knowledge of 360° marketing campaign development and execution. * Strong understanding of market analysis, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes. * Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple regional markets is a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM or analytics tools is an advantage. * Fluency in English is required.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy and drive scalable, profitable growth both in Europe and North America. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing to maximize traffic, conversion, and profitable growth. Paid search and paid social are business-critical channels for our e-commerce success, driving a significant share of both traffic and revenue. In this role, you will ensure both short-term performance and long-term growth across markets. You will both define strategy and be actively involved in execution and optimization across key channels. At Peak Performance, you will take on a key role in a company where e-commerce is central to our business. You will play an important role in shaping how we scale digital growth globally, working with a strong brand and ambitious growth agenda. You will be part of the E-commerce team at our HQ in Stockholm and report to the Head of Ecommerce.
