Nu söker vi en Senior Technical Sales & Project Engineer som vill ta en central roll i vår verksamhet. Det här är en möjlighet för dig som har byggt upp en gedigen teknisk erfarenhet och som vill använda den för att påverka både affärer, projekt och framtida lösningar.
I rollen arbetar du nära våra kunder och fungerar som den tekniska länken mellan deras behov och våra lösningar. Du stöttar säljorganisationen med teknisk expertis, driver offert- och orderarbete samt deltar i projekt som kan sträcka sig från mindre leveranser till större internationella uppdrag inom exempelvis vattenkraft och annan processindustri. Arbetet präglas av variation och stort eget ansvar. Ena dagen diskuterar du tekniska lösningar med en kund eller konstruktör, nästa dag följer du upp projekt, planerar leveranser eller arbetar fram offerter. Du blir en naturlig kontaktpunkt både internt och externt och får möjlighet att följa affären hela vägen från idé till färdig leverans.
Om dig
Vi söker dig som har en teknisk utbildning inom exempelvis maskinteknik eller motsvarande erfarenhet från tillverkande industri, energisektorn, hydraulik eller närliggande tekniska verksamheter. Du har sannolikt arbetat i en senior teknisk roll under många år och känner dig trygg i dialogen med både kunder, kollegor och beslutsfattare. För oss är den tekniska kompetensen viktigare än vilken titel du har idag. Kanske arbetar du som teknisk säljare, projektingenjör eller specialist inom ett närliggande område.
Som person är du nyfiken, prestigelös och engagerad. Du har lätt för att bygga förtroendefulla relationer och trivs i en roll där samarbete är avgörande för framgång. Samtidigt är du självgående och trygg i dina beslut samt harr förmågan att kommunicera tekniska frågor på ett tydligt och affärsmässigt sätt. Vi uppskattar människor som delar med sig av sin kunskap, bidrar till en positiv arbetsmiljö och som ser värdet i att lyckas tillsammans.
Du behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift och har god vana av att arbeta i affärssystem och digitala verktyg. Meriterande är om du arbetat i Monitor.

In this position you will step into a key role with established customer relationships and strategic responsibilities. You will be responsible for supporting and developing service sales activities, with a strong focus on customer engagement, spare parts tendering, and long-term planning. Knowledge or previous experience in HVDC Control & Protection Software products is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong communication skills: You are engaging, articulate, and adept at using digital tools to collaborate effectively across global teams. People oriented: you can easily empathise with people within the team as well as inside the organization, as you operate in a cross functional environment. Problem-solving mindset: You are curious and open to new ideas, continuously improving processes and work methods in a proactive way to enhance outcomes. Global perspective: Fluency in English is required to work effectively in an international setting. Swedish language skills are a bonus but not a requirement.
