As Account Director, you will own senior client relationships within your workstreams and be accountable for the successful
delivery of a wide variety of substantial, integrated campaigns, involving multiple stakeholders
You will be required to manage teams to deliver creative briefs across B2C and B2B creative campaigns, from start to finish. As
well as planning and managing the overall team workload in partnership with account managers and creative teams, you will build
trusted partnerships with clients. This position will be working on one of our biggest ecommerce clients and will have a focus on
UK & German markets and so German language skills will be a big bonus!
Strong interpersonal skills are crucial as you will be working closely with multiple, client-side stakeholders, senior leadership
teams and cross-functional internal teams including designers, copywriters, account managers to deliver campaigns; which are

As a Junior Consultant (“Account Director”), you will deliver timely news updates and analysis–markets, media, political and broader stakeholder and in doing so you will develop a strong understanding of clients’ businesses. Brunswick Account Directors are the eyes and ears of their teams; they prepare key client documents, in particular biographies, stakeholder lists and industry/competitor analysis, and often lead on research, working alongside our research teams. You will also ensure the smooth running of client projects and accounts, working alongside assistants to oversee logistics for client meetings and events, including developing agendas and ensuring documents are shared in advance. We will support your personal development through internal training programs and regular feedback. Part of the working time is regularly performed remotely across all of our teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor client news, often in real-time; alert internal teams and clients to key market issues; provide research and analysis (qualitative and quantitative). * Keep colleagues informed of project status; develop action plans/meeting notes as appropriate. * Prepare reporter backgrounders and media lists. * Perform competitive analyses of clients and peer groups; identify and analyse research and media coverage on industry trends. * Effectively handle logistics around media and client meetings, announcement days, and other client events. * Identify and assess media and visibility opportunities for clients. * Begin to nurture network outside of the firm. WHAT YOU'LL DO This role is focused on a set number of some of the largest and most recognized financial services companies in Central EMEA (DACH & CEE). The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years selling SaaS Solutions to strategic clients where typical deal size ranges from $200K - $1M+/year. In addition, candidates should have at least 10+ years overall industry experience. Stronger fit exists with those who have experience working with strategic companies, understand the organisational complexity and decision making processes of very large enterprise organisations. Ideally, your product sales experience focuses on non-ERP solutions. Experience selling analytics, CRM, marketing automation, digital media publishing or content marketing solutions would be the best fit. Prior experience should include collaboration across many different internal and external cross functional groups, as well as SI’s, tech and agency partners. WHAT YOU HAVE * Background in Enterprise Sales for Mobile or Marketing Technology * Outstanding verbal, written and stand up presentation skills * Demonstrated experience in complex solution selling * Training and practice in Value Selling, with an emphasis on creating Business Value Assessments.
