YOUR MISSION Role Summary The Growth & Content Distribution Manager is responsible for maximizing the reach, engagement, and business impact of EuroLeague Basketball's content across all digital platforms. Working at the intersection of Content, Marketing, Data, Clubs, and Digital Products, this role develops audience growth strategies, optimizes content distribution, identifies new consumption opportunities, and ensures every major content initiative reaches its full potential. Success in this role will be measured by audience growth, content performance, fan engagement, and contribution to key business objectives, including ELTV, app adoption, sponsorship value, and digital revenue. Key Responsibilities * Lead audience growth initiatives across YT, TikTok, IG, Facebook, WhatsApp channels, X, podcasts, ELTV EL app and emerging platforms. * Build integrated distribution plans for key competitions, campaigns, and tentpole moments including start of the season, playoffs, Final Four and “I was there” Campaign * Partner with content, marketing, clubs, broadcasters, and creators to maximize organic reach and audience engagement. * Analyze content performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations for editorial and creative teams. * Lead experimentation with platform features, publishing strategies, AI-driven recommendations, and content optimization. * Identifyopportunities to expand content through creators, athlete channels, club networks, paid amplification, and strategic partnerships. * Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor KPIs and inform decision-making. * Stay ahead of digital media trends, platform algorithms, and evolving fan behaviors. YOUR PROFILE Skills & Experience * 4–6years of experience in digital content growth, audience development, social media strategy, or content distribution within sports, media, entertainment, or digital publishing. * Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and emerging content platforms. * Experience interpreting analytics and using data to drive audience growth and content optimization. * Knowledge of digital audience acquisition, SEO, content discoverability, and platform best practices. * Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Strong communicationand presentation abilities with a data-driven mindset. * Comfortable working in fast-paced live-event environments. * Passion for sports, digital storytelling, and fan engagement. * Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, and Looker Studio is preferred.
