The Demand Manager owns pipeline health, growth, and motion for their territory within International General Business. This is a
dual-responsibility role: part pipeline strategist, part execution lead. The Demand Manager diagnoses where pipeline is thin,
ageing, or poorly qualified, and then personally runs the activities that fix it, from structural interlocks with Sales and
Marketing to hands-on activation programs like blitz days and partner sprint weeks.
The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Sales Development, Marketing, and Partner teams. Success means the territory never
operates on hope. Every quarter runs on a foundation of qualified pipeline, actionable data, and coordinated execution.
We've built a collaborative workspace in Barcelona where teamwork, continuous learning, and career development are at the heart of
everything we do. We believe that drive, curiosity, and coachability are the foundations of long-term success. If you're eager to
learn, embrace feedback, and make an impact, we'd love to meet you.

As Content & AI Enablement Team Lead, you will lead our global editorial agenda and build the systems that help high-quality content scale across Payhawk. This is a player-coach role. You will own our most important top-of-funnel content programs, remain hands-on with strategic writing and editing, and enable Product Marketing, SEO, Demand Generation, and regional teams to produce strong content through clear workflows, tools, templates, and standards. RESPONSIBILITIES LEAD OUR GLOBAL CONTENT STRATEGY * Define the themes, problems, and perspectives Payhawk should own with finance leaders. * Turn company, customer, market, and product insight into a focused editorial plan. * Build a coherent top-of-funnel narrative across our brand, platform, products, customers, and leadership. * Own the global content calendar and resolve competing priorities, duplication, and timing conflicts. BUILD OUR AI-ENABLED CONTENT OPERATING SYSTEM * Identify where AI, automation, and better process design can improve content quality, speed, and capacity. * Build repeatable workflows for research, briefing, drafting, repurposing, localisation, review, distribution, and performance analysis. * Create reusable prompts, templates, playbooks, quality checks, and structured knowledge sources. * Combine AI tools, automation, and human review in ways that protect accuracy, originality, brand consistency, and trust. * Evaluate new tools based on measurable business value. * Train teams to use the systems and track adoption. ENABLE TEAMS TO SELF-SERVE * Give Product Marketing, SEO, Demand Generation, and regional teams the workflows and tools they need to create product and mid-funnel content. * Define clear ownership, handoffs, and review requirements. * Build self-service toolkits for repeatable formats such as explainers, campaign assets, localisation, and executive social content. * Reduce reliance on the central content team without lowering quality. LEAD THE FUNCTION * Manage, coach, and develop a small team of content managers. * Set clear priorities, standards, and development goals. * Manage external writers, creators, agencies, and production partners where needed. * Build a content model that scales through systems, expertise, and enablement rather than headcount alone. REQUIREMENTS * 7–10 years of experience in B2B content marketing, editorial, brand publishing, or a related discipline. * Native-level English proficiency, with excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. * Experience leading a content team or function. * Experience in SaaS, fintech, enterprise technology, financial services, or another complex B2B category. * Experience creating content for senior business audiences. * Evidence of building repeatable content processes and operating models, not only individual assets. * Experience working across Brand, Product Marketing, SEO, Demand Generation, Sales, Web, Design, and regional teams. * Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to challenge low-value requests. At Amenitiz, we're on a mission to simplify hospitality management - empowering over 15,000 independent hoteliers to run smarter, not harder. We're more than just another SaaS scale-up. We're revolutionizing one of the world's oldest industries. Backed by over $80M from top-tier VCs who support disruptive giants like Alibaba, Toast, Zendesk, Delivery Hero, Revolut, and Loom, we've been recognized as a TravelTech Titan and one of Wired's hottest start-ups. From our Barcelona HQ, we turn bold ideas into real impact, ownership into innovation, and collaboration into results that matter - every single day. About the role Amenitiz is an all-in-one hotel management platform built for independent hoteliers — PMS, channel manager, booking engine, and website builder in one place. Organic search is one of our most strategic acquisition channels, and this role sits at its centre. As Senior SEO Specialist, you'll own the end-to-end organic search strategy across five locales (EN, FR, IT, ES, PT), with France as the primary growth market. Your north-star metric is New MRR driven through organic — not just rankings or traffic. If you're the kind of SEO who thinks beyond rankings, who's already paying attention to how AI systems surface content, and who wants to build something with real business impact — this role was written for you. Your missions * Partner with the Content team to ensure all content is SEO, AEO, and AI search optimised across all five locales — briefing, reviewing, and iterating per locale. * Own our competitor comparison pages and a 100+ term hospitality glossary programme — systematically improving every page across copywriting quality, SEO, structured data, and AI search visibility. * Manage technical SEO: hreflang, canonical strategy, JSON-LD structured data (FAQPage, HowTo, BreadcrumbList), Core Web Vitals, and crawl health across our Webflow site. * Own our Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) strategy — FAQ architecture, featured snippet capture, and People Also Ask coverage across all content types. * Drive our visibility in AI-powered search — optimising content to be cited and recommended by Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini when a hotelier searches for hotel management software. * Monitor performance across Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush — translating data into clear priorities and actions. About You * 3+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing, with strong knowledge of on-page optimization and content SEO. * Solid technical SEO foundations: you can write and validate JSON-LD from scratch, manage hreflang at scale, and diagnose crawl and indexation issues independently. * Comfortable working in Webflow or a comparable CMS without developer support. * Strong analytical mindset — you connect SEO activity to pipeline and revenue, not just traffic. * Fluent in English; strong written communication skills. Our Offer * Competitive salary with performance-based incentives * Stock options - with a back-loaded vesting schedule * Comprehensive health insurance * Flexible benefits - save on meals, childcare, transportation, and training with our tailored remuneration options * On-demand salary access - no need to wait until the end of the month * Any book, purchased for you, plus access to a shared team library * An international team of 35+ nationalities based in one of Europe's leading tech hubs #LI-DD1 Apply now to join our team and be a part of our exciting journey at Amenitiz!
