Wealth Digital Enablement Trainer As a Wealth Digital Enablement Trainer at Richardson Wealth, you will help shape and deliver modern learning experiences that support advisors and internal teams across the organization. In this role, you will help advisors, advisor support teams, and internal business partners maximize the value of the firm’s digital tools, operational processes, and advisor-facing platforms. You are more than a trainer—you are an enablement expert who understands how wealth professionals run their practice and can translate technology, workflows, and business processes into practical solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen client service, support business growth, and drive adoption. You understand the advisor and assistant experience and can clearly connect technology to business outcomes. You explain not just how tools work, but why they matter, how they fit into the broader advisor journey, and how they work together to create capacity, reduce friction, and improve the overall advisor experience. You are equally skilled at delivering training, guiding users through change, identifying adoption barriers, and collaborating with stakeholders to support meaningful, sustained adoption. This is an existing vacancy Key Responsibilities Digital Learning & Enablement • Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and one-on-one training sessions for advisors, assistants, and internal teams. • Enable advisory teams to use digital platforms, operational tools, and business processes more effectively to improve productivity and client service. • Translate complex technical concepts and business processes into practical, advisor-focused learning experiences. • Provide coaching and support that builds confidence, strengthens capability, and encourages long-term behavioural change and adoption. • Identify common advisor and assistant pain points and recommend ways to simplify workflows, optimize tool usage, strengthen training, and enhance the overall advisor experience. • Support the implementation of new initiatives, platform enhancements, operational changes, and business transformation efforts. • Contribute ideas and recommendations that improve learner engagement, enablement experiences, and content delivery practices. Advisor Workflow & Ecosystem Enablement • Map and understand end-to-end advisor workflows across client onboarding, portfolio management, servicing, and compliance. • Train advisors and teams to navigate and optimize workflows across connected systems such as AX360, Croesus, Client Onboarding, Compass, and iAssist. • Show how data, activities, and decisions flow across platforms to support efficient practice management. • Identify workflow gaps, duplication, and friction points, and recommend improvements that enhance the advisor and assistant experience. • Reinforce best practices that align system usage with business outcomes such as efficiency, scalability, and client experience. Adoption & Change Readiness • Drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of new tools, processes, and capabilities. • Partner with business stakeholders to understand advisor needs and develop targeted enablement strategies. • Define and track key adoption and behaviour metrics to assess impact and identify opportunities for improvement. • Gather feedback from advisors and assistants to identify adoption barriers, inform improvements, and refine support approaches. • Monitor participation, engagement, and usage trends to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas requiring reinforcement. • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter resource for digital enablement initiatives. Learning & Content Development • Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, reference guides, videos, and learning resources that are scenario-based, workflow-driven, and aligned to real advisor and assistant use cases. • Contribute to onboarding programs, learning pathways, and continuous education initiatives. • Ensure training content remains current, accurate, and aligned with evolving business priorities and platform capabilities. • Apply adult learning principles to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention. Skills & Experience Required • Advanced proficiency in both English and French — speaking, reading, and writing — is highly advantageous. • Experience delivering training, coaching, enablement, or advisory support within wealth management, financial services, or investment management environments. • Experience with platforms such as Croesus, Salesforce CRM. • Strong understanding of advisor and assistant end-to-end workflows within a wealth management practice. • Demonstrated ability to train users on digital platforms, operational processes, and business workflows. • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. • Ability to explain technical concepts in practical business language. • Strong relationship-building skills with advisors, business partners, and stakeholders. • Proven ability to influence behavioural change and encourage adoption. • Highly organized with strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. • Passionate about applying artificial intelligence to drive efficiency and elevate performance. Preferred • Experience working directly with financial advisors and advisory support teams. • Knowledge of advisor technology ecosystems, CRM platforms, onboarding tools, client service platforms, and operational workflows. • Experience supporting digital transformation, technology adoption, or change management initiatives. • Familiarity with wealth management operations, investment products, and advisor business practices. Who You Are • Advisor-Focused: You understand the realities of running and supporting a wealth management practice and bring a practical understanding of advisor and assistant needs. • Business Acumen: You connect training, technology, and operational processes to business goals, client experience, and practice efficiency. • Enablement-Oriented: You are passionate about helping people work smarter, build confidence, and apply learning in ways that improve performance. • Trusted Partner: You build credibility with advisors, assistants, and stakeholders through expertise, collaboration. • Clear Communicator: You simplify complexity and make learning practical, relevant, and actionable. • Workflow Thinker: You think in end-to-end workflows rather than individual tools and can clearly connect systems, processes, and business outcomes. • Curious and Innovative: You embrace digital tools and emerging technologies and look for practical ways to improve the advisor experience. • Continuous Improvement Mindset: You seek feedback, identify opportunities to strengthen adoption, and look for ways to improve enablement effectiveness. • Adaptable and Collaborative: You thrive in evolving environments and work effectively across teams to support change and deliver results.
