Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Sales Finance to serve as a key business partner to the APJ Sales SVP and their APJ leadership team. This high-impact role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, driving operational excellence and providing actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
As a senior member of the Sales Finance organization, you will lead critical finance initiatives across the APJ region, manage end-to-end P&L oversight, and contribute to global reporting processes. This role requires a strong command of financial modeling, deep understanding of sales dynamics, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives for senior executives and stakeholders.

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager is responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and business partnering activities across all legal entities. The role provides financial insight and analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making, helping senior leaders understand organisational performance, financial sustainability and future resource requirements. Working closely with budget holders and the wider Finance team, the FP&A Manager will drive a culture of accountability, evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement through high-quality financial information and analysis.
