About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to partner with Enterprise customers and help them maximize the business value of
their investment in Miro. As a TAM, you will act as a fractional strategic advisor—guiding customers through workflow
optimization, driving AI-powered adoption, and embedding Miro into their innovation operating models to secure long-term value and
partnership.
TAMs are key players in evolving how the world’s most innovative companies Discover, Define, and Deliver new products and
services. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will combine product knowledge, strategic insight, technical fluency, and
change management expertise to drive measurable outcomes for your customers.

The Impact You Will Have: Your impact will grow the usage of the SonarQube ecosystem within Accounts, both increase the value they get from our products and their consumption. You objective are to increase the overall Account Sonar maturity, lower the risk of Account churn or downgrade, Increase Account satisfaction, reduce the number of escalations, Increase the number of Sonar sponsors in the Account, Establish and maintain Sonar as a Trusted Advisor in the Account, Entice Accounts to stay current on an Active version of Sonar, to get maximal value and Influence Sonar roadmap to meet Account needs. In a nutshell, any technical activity that brings value both to the Account and to Sonar.

About this opportunity We're looking for a Technical Solutions Manager to serve as a critical bridge between our customers and our product capabilities. In this role, you'll work directly with enterprise customers to understand their technical requirements, guide solution design, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of DeepL's products. Your responsibilities * Own the technical customer relationship: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers, building trust and ensuring their technical needs are met throughout their journey with DeepL * Guide solution design: Work with customers to understand their technical environment and requirements, then design and recommend appropriate DeepL integration approaches and architectures * Support successful implementation: Guide customers through technical onboarding, integration, and deployment, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth go-lives * Drive adoption and value: Proactively identify opportunities to expand usage and ensure customers are leveraging DeepL's full capabilities to achieve their goals * Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and contribute to product improvement * Create technical resources: Develop documentation, guides, and best practices that help customers get the most from their DeepL implementation * Monitor and improve: Track customer health metrics, proactively identify risks, and take action to maintain high satisfaction and retention Qualities we look for We know that confidence gaps and imposter syndrome can sometimes hold people back from applying. Core Responsibilities * Deliver an exceptional onboarding and implementation experience that drives adoption of Redgate solutions and ensures customers achieve their intended return on investment. * Build strong partnerships with business and technical stakeholders, demonstrating knowledge and expertise across Redgate's solution areas. * Own and co-manage Onboarding Plans, tracking progress against agreed milestones and KPIs in our CRM systems. * Work closely with internal technical teams to remove blockers, resolve issues, and deliver implementation best practice. * Coordinate with Redgate Professional Services and Premium Support where required, as per customer contracts. * Lead customer meetings — both face to face and virtual — acting as a trusted ambassador for Redgate at all times. What makes you a great fit * Customer-centric by nature — genuinely passionate about helping customers get value from software solutions. * Emotionally intelligent, with strong empathy for both customers and colleagues. * Experienced in a similar role — Onboarding Manager, Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or equivalent — ideally within software or a software-related industry. * Able to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus internally and externally. * Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing change with a project management mindset focused on time-to-value. * Commercially minded and results driven, with strong business acumen and analytical skills. * Familiarity with Database Tooling — including Database DevOps, Automation, Security and Compliance, or Monitoring — is a bonus, but not essential.
