IHR ARBEITSUMFELD Auf der Baustelle ist nicht nur Anpacken gefragt Wer die Liebe zum Bau und die Leidenschaft fürs Handwerk mitbringt, kann bei der GP Con schnell seine berufliche Zukunft finden. Ein Bauwerk und insbesondere sein Rohbau entsteht nicht über Nacht und mit „Stein auf Stein“ ist es längst nicht mehr getan. Viel mehr sind Spezialisten gefragt, wenn Bodenproben erforderlich, die Baugrube gesichert, das Fundament gegossen, die Wände hochgezogen und die Kanäle an die richtigen Stellen verlegt werden müssen. Hinzu kommen unzählige Anforderungen an die Ressourcennutzung, den Klimaschutz, die Nachhaltigkeit der Rohstoffe und vor allem die Einhaltung der hohen Sicherheitsstandards. Mit all diesen Fragen werden unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen draußen vor Ort auf der Baustelle konfrontiert. Als Bauingenieure, Handwerker oder Techniker koordinieren sie bei Regen und Sonnenschein, bei Schnee und Sturm die reibungslosen Abläufe zwischen allen Beteiligten und gewährleisten jederzeit als Team mit Liebe und Leidenschaft einen Rohbau mit Qualitätsgarantie. IHRE AUFGABEN * Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des HSE-Managementsystems * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften (u. a. ArbSchG, BaustellV, DGUV-Vorschriften) * Erstellung, Prüfung und Überwachung der Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Risikobewertungen (RAMs), je nach Projektanforderung auf deutsch und englisch * Organisation und Begleitung von Sicherheitsbegehungen und Audits * Organisation und Durchführung von Besprechungen bspw. DABs Meetings, Toolbox Talks, je nach Projektanforderung auf deutsch und englisch * Untersuchung von Arbeitsunfällen und Beinahe-Ereignissen einschließlich Ursachenanalyse und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen * Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterweisungen * Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in allen Fragen des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes * Beurteilung von Arbeitsschutzmaßnahmen * Unterstützen im Brandschutz, im Bereich der Biostoffverordnung, Maschinenrichtlinie und/oder des Gefahrstoffrechts * Messtechnische sowie ergonomische Beurteilung des Arbeitsplatzes für Umgebungsfaktoren, aber auch in Bezug auf Lärm, Beleuchtung und Gefahrenstoffe etc. * selbständiges Anfertigen von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen uns sonstigen Arbeitsschutz-Dokumentationen, je nach Projektanforderung auf deutsch und englisch IHR PROFIL * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Handwerk mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung, alternativ ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Alternativ erfolgreich absolvierte Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (m/w/d) (z. Roles and Responsibilities As a Manager, you will be based in Copenhagen as part of our European team that is assisting financial institutions in optimising their operations by supporting them in Target Operating Model definitions, vendor selections and implementation or optimisation of solutions. You may be leading a workstream within a larger program or helping to drive projects and produce deliverables for smaller projects alongside a team of other Alpha resources. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing solutions for a range of issues facing financial institutions. Qualifications * Masters's degree in Economics, Mathematics or Finance. * Minimum of three years of experience in consulting, with a focus on the financial sector. * Knowledge of Private Markets (Alternative Investments) and the investment management business and processes. * Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects, from inception to completion, from consulting to financial services organizations. * Excellent English skills written and verbal.
