What You’ll Do * Own customer success and revenue growth: Continuously improve customer experience, streamlining and improving our processes. * Onboard customers: Act as a trusted product expert and business partner, empower them to implement Reonic in the most efficient way. * Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering to accelerate adoption, drive usage, and identify market opportunities. * Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR): Uncover opportunities to expand, renew, and strengthen customer relationships. * Lead strategic projects: Plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation What Makes You a Great Fit * Resilient, driven, and passionate about helping customers realize long-term value - you thrive on a challenge. * Experience in customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for customer facing interactions. * Experience in high growth start up environment. * Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering, or top tier business school degree. * Excellent communication abilities in German and English. What you will do * Contribute to Fullstack Development: Work on our product primarily contributing across our feature rich frontends. * Create Beautiful Interfaces: Build intuitive, responsive components using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. * Deliver World-Class UX: Participate in the creation of world class User Experiences for our market. * Collaborate with Product & Design: Contribute to the overall look and feel of the web application alongside Product and Design team. * (Optional) Broaden Your Scope Depending on your interests and experience, there’s room to get involved with: * Node.js backends * Database design and queries (especially SQL and a tiny bonus if you love PostgreSQL!) * Integrating with Prisma ORM * Or even dabbling in Rust (not required, but a huge bonus if you’re curious) What Makes You a Great Fit * Hands-On Experience: 2+ year of software development, ideally in a startup or product-driven environment. * Passion for Renewables: Genuine interest renewable energy (we ask for context here). * Self-Starter Energy: Self-starter mindset to be responsible for your own learning. * Ownership: We're a small team, so everyone has to be an owner.
