ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re looking for a seasoned Fullstack Mobile Engineer to help shape the core experience for thousands of restaurant teams. This is a senior role focused on building performant, polished applications across mobile platforms. You’ll lead development of cross-platform features, collaborate closely with design and product, and contribute to shared backend components when needed. You should bring a strong product mindset, care deeply about developer experience, and be excited about building better software, faster. This role is ideal for someone who has experience shipping real-world apps, and is looking to make high-impact technical decisions in a fast-moving team. Our Tech Stack: We use Kotlin multiplatform and Jetpack Compose. Everything runs in GCP and our database it’s Postgres. WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Work on the development of our app architecture across Android and iOS * Design and implement shared business logic and client code, as well as platform-specific UI components where needed * Work closely with designers, PMs, and other engineers to deliver intuitive, delightful product experiences * Contribute to backend services where necessary, ensuring tight integration and performance across the stack * Continuously improve build tooling, developer experience, and code quality * Play a critical role in shaping how Tebi scales across new markets, languages, and user types WHAT YOU BRING: * 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with deep expertise in mobile engineering * Strong experience building and shipping Android apps; familiarity with iOS and multiplatform development patterns. * Strong experience with Kotlin * Comfortable owning architecture decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship features * A strong product mindset, you care about solving real problems for users, not just writing code * Great communication skills and a pragmatic approach to building scalable systems If this speaks to you we can be the right fit. About the role At Nivoda, we're passionate about pushing the boundaries of innovation to empower our customers in the online jewelry industry. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, collaborating directly with our business stakeholders and engineers to architect, develop, and launch groundbreaking products. Your expertise will span the full stack: from crafting intuitive, high-performance frontend experiences to designing robust backend systems that power them. The impact you will have on the role * Design, implement, and maintain fullstack features for high-performance, customer-centric experiences across the Nivoda platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. * Build and iterate on frontend interfaces that are fast, accessible, and delightful to use. * Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines throughout the development lifecycle. * Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. * Debug and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support to internal teams and external customers. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer requirements and feedback. * Mentor junior developers and improve the quality of engineering work in the broader team. * Actively participate in discussions to improve the overall customer experience on the Nivoda platform. Minimum Qualifications and experience: * 5+ years of relevant experience in fullstack development, with strong proficiency in Node.js on the backend. * Solid frontend experience with a modern framework: we use React. * At least 2 years of experience working with GraphQL. * Strong foundation in database concepts, with at least 4 years of experience working with relational databases like PostgreSQL. * Proficient in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and committed to writing high-quality, maintainable code. * Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * B.S or M.S Tech degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering.
