time-consuming production.
Our Studio AI suite offers more than 26 specialized AI tools that automate technical work: generate custom images, remove
backgrounds, create fonts, and produce publication-ready designs in minutes instead of hours.
Our content library contains 15+ million commercially-licensed fonts, graphics, SVGs, and templates, giving you
professional-quality building blocks without the expense or time of creating assets from scratch.

joining an international team to elevate our financial planning to new heights. You will work closely with the rest of the Finance
team, the Data Team and the COO to sharpen our financial insights, drive better decision-making, and scale our planning
processes.
We value exceptional talent and operate at a fast pace, trusting in your expertise and analytical prowess to make impactful

This role sits at the intersection of technology strategy, finance systems architecture, and transformation delivery, translating complex Finance business requirements into practical, high-impact solutions. The Solutions Architect acts as the technical backbone of the Finance Transformation portfolio, ensuring that every major initiative is designed correctly from the outset, governed according to established architectural standards, and delivered in alignment with the Finance team’s target operating model. Success in this role requires combining deep technical expertise with strong business consulting skills, including the ability to engage confidently with senior-level stakeholders, simplify complex architectural concepts for non-technical audiences, and drive first-time-right solution design in multi-technology, multi-vendor environments. DAY TO DAY, YOU WILL: Solution design, validation, documentation * Lead technical discovery and solution design for Finance Transformation Office initiatives, defining scalable architectures that align with business goals and technical constraints. * Own end-to-end solution architecture for Finance Department systems, as well as for assigned programs, reducing delivery risk, improving system performance, and accelerating implementation timelines. * Design and document scalable architecture processes for the Finance team’s systems and integration patterns. * Validate the technical, operational, and commercial feasibility of proposed solutions, approving or adjusting designs as required. * Guarantee compliance with vendor standards, architecture principles, and internal governance requirements. * Ensure adherence to SLAs for design validation and alignment with governance standards throughout the transformation delivery lifecycle. Stakeholder engagement * Support project and program initiation activities by analyzing business requirements, defining solution approaches, and preparing architecture documentation for senior stakeholder review. * Engage with the Finance department’s business leaders, IT partners, and external vendors to understand requirements and translate them into compelling, value-driven solutions. * Facilitate technical discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, architecture workshops, and proof-of-concept activities. * Prepare and present solution proposals and architecture recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, adapting the communication style accordingly. Delivery governance and technical leadership * Establish and oversee architecture standards, technology selection, and developer best practices across transformation programs. * Guide technical and non-technical teams during transformation delivery by reviewing architecture, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring adherence to the defined solution architecture. * Perform hands-on development when required, building proofs-of-concept, reference implementations, or critical components using modern programming languages, APIs, and cloud-native services. * Provide technical consulting to business teams in the Finance department and project delivery teams, evaluating existing systems and recommending modernization strategies, integration approaches, and performance improvements. * Act as an escalation point for design disputes, configuration conflicts, and cross-program technical dependencies. Knowledge development and innovation * Maintain an architecture knowledge base with process, governance, and design documentation and certifications. * Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to finance and financial services transformation, including AI, automation, and digital platforms. * Share knowledge internally through technical enablement sessions and best-practice documentation. * Contribute to process improvements and the evolution of solutioning frameworks and governance standards within the Finance Transformation Office. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Strong technical architecture expertise, with experience designing and documenting scalable, secure, and future-ready enterprise solutions across complex, multi-technology and multi-cloud environments. * A consultative approach to solution design, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, value-driven technical solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences. * Experience in delivery governance, including establishing and applying engineering standards, architecture processes, and governance frameworks across transformation programs. * Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate architecture decisions clearly, engage senior leaders, and manage competing priorities diplomatically. * A strong interest in innovation and continuous learning, with the ability to identify emerging technologies and apply relevant developments to the Finance Transformation agenda. * A collaborative and supportive working style, with experience partnering across functions and mentoring delivery and business teams in solution design and governance best practices.
