You understand how complex software delivery can get, and you know how to help engineering teams navigate that complexity. You are a technical advisor who listens closely, speaks clearly, and enjoys helping others solve real infrastructure and workflow challenges. ABOUT JETBRAINS We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 organizations, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 companies rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale. WHAT YOU’LL DO TeamCity is our powerful CI/CD solution, trusted by teams of all sizes to build, test, and deliver software reliably. As our user base grows and enterprise pipelines become more complex, our customers face evolving technical and architectural choices. We need someone who can step in as a trusted technical point of contact to ensure these teams get maximum value from TeamCity, overcome structural bottlenecks, and scale their infrastructure smoothly. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our users and our internal product teams. You will own the technical relationships for a dedicated portfolio of accounts, ensuring their technical realities and feedback directly shape how we develop TeamCity. You will collaborate closely with Sales to map out long-term account plans, help product teams validate new ideas directly with users, and work independently within a highly distributed global team. Day to day, you will: * Manage technical relationships for a portfolio of accounts, proactively supporting their growth and keeping them updated on product developments. * Help customers adopt TeamCity by assisting with architecture design and guiding them through technical or organizational shifts. * Hold regular discovery calls to understand how teams use the product, spot potential issues early, and suggest new features or optimizations. * Monitor customer adoption, satisfaction, and overall account health to ensure successful outcomes and renewals. * Connect with product teams to present new product ideas and evaluate their fit with your portfolio. * Handle customer escalations, balancing expectations between the internal product team and the customer. * Travel internationally approximately 20% of the time to visit customer offices or meet face to face at conferences. * Partner with Sales to facilitate account expansions by developing short-term and long-term account plans. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * An empathetic, consultant-minded approach to solving technical and business problems for engineering teams. * Clear ownership of outcomes, with the ability to work independently across countries and time zones. * A collaborative mindset that thrives on building deep, trust-based relationships with external stakeholders. * The ability to stay grounded, organized, and flexible when handling customer escalations and shifting priorities. * Curiosity about how different teams build software and a drive to constantly improve existing systems. * Comfort communicating complex engineering concepts clearly to audiences of varying technical backgrounds. WHAT YOU’LL NEED * Proven experience in technical consulting, technical customer success, solution engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role. * Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tooling, including CI/CD systems, source control platforms, cloud infrastructure, and containerized environments. * Proficiency with software development tools, gained through practical work in software development, QA, system administration, or release automation. * A practical understanding or hands-on exposure to AI/LLM applications within software development workflows. * Professional fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills for remote and in-person presentations, product demos, and roadmap discussions. * The ability to travel internationally as required by the role. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Success in this role means earning your customers' trust through sound architectural guidance and reliable support. You will know you are succeeding when your accounts show high health scores, smooth renewal rates, and clear optimization of their TeamCity setups. Ultimately, your impact will come from turning complex technical challenges into predictable workflows, ensuring our product team receives actionable feedback, and leaving our customers' development pipelines in a better state than you found them. WHY JOIN JETBRAINS? * Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience. * Flexible work schedule. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office. * Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love. * Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes. * Relocation support. Assistance to help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible. * Free meals and snacks. Lunch and refreshments provided to keep you fueled. * Health and wellness. On-site gyms or sports club stipends. * Internal events. Company-wide celebrations and team gatherings. *Some benefits may vary depending on location. We are an equal opportunity employer. We know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. About Elyos AI We’re building the next generation of customer service with AI Agents. Our agents answer calls, reply to emails and WhatsApp messages, make bookings, take payments, and operate the CRM in the same way a human would. We founded Elyos in June 2023 and took part in the Y Combinator S23 batch. Our founders spent four months in San Francisco living and breathing AI. Since then, we’ve been growing revenue ~30% month on month and shipping fast. It’s been wild so far - and we’re just getting started. We recently raised a $13m series A to turbocharge our growth. WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS Elyos started with owner-operated trades businesses, and that engine is flying. But the biggest opportunity in front of us is enterprise: housing associations, PE-backed trades rollups, national maintenance and FM groups, and multi-site field service operators. These organisations handle enormous call volumes, run complex operations across dozens of locations, and feel the cost of every missed call and no-access visit at scale. Our founders have been closing these deals directly: building trust, running pilots, and expanding site by site. Your job is to take that founder-led motion and turn it into a repeatable, scalable enterprise engine that you own end to end. This is not a high-volume transactional sales role. It's a foundational enterprise role where you'll shape how Elyos wins, deploys, and grows inside large organisations. WHAT YOU'LL DO The role spans two tightly connected tracks. Success means owning both. ENTERPRISE ORIGINATION & EXPANSION How Elyos enters large organisations and grows over time * Own relationships with enterprise accounts: housing associations, PE-backed rollups, franchise networks, and national field service groups (multi-site, multi-region). * Navigate complex buying committees: operations directors, contact centre leaders, IT, procurement, and investors. * Design phased entry models: pilots, limited rollouts, and structured expansion plans. * Run 3-6 month expansion cycles, proving value site by site and region by region. * Turn founder-led wins into a repeatable playbook that others can run as we scale the team. ENTERPRISE DEPLOYMENT & VALUE REALISATION How Elyos proves impact and earns trust at scale * Work with customers as design partners, shaping how Elyos is deployed across large, complex organisations. * Partner closely with product and engineering to influence roadmap, packaging, security, and rollout strategy. * Define and communicate enterprise ROI: call capture, booked jobs, reduced no-access rates, and operational reliability. * Translate outcomes into executive-ready narratives for leadership teams, boards, and PE stakeholders. * Drive durable expansion across portfolios once value is proven. WHO YOU ARE * Customer-obsessed: You start with the customer. You empathise with their needs, ask the right questions, and build with their success in mind. * Biased for action: You try stuff. You move quickly, experiment often, and aren't afraid to learn in public. * Owner's mindset: You don't wait for permission. You take responsibility for outcomes and raise the bar for the whole team. * A systems thinker: You enjoy designing repeatable motions, not bespoke one-offs. You want to build the playbook, not inherit one. * Ambitious & bold: You think big and take bets. You're excited by markets and deal sizes others might shy away from. * Care deeply: You give a shit about the quality of your work. If a deal or a deployment isn't great, it nags at you until you make it better. WHAT YOU BRING * 6+ years of experience selling complex B2B or vertical SaaS solutions, with time spent in enterprise or strategic accounts. * A track record of closing and expanding six-figure ACV enterprise accounts. * Experience selling to multi-location operators: housing associations, PE-backed groups, franchise systems, or national service businesses is a strong plus. * Comfort building new motions from scratch in a fast-moving startup, without a finished playbook. * Executive presence and the ability to translate AI and technical capability into business impact. * Bias toward outcomes: adoption, expansion, and real revenue. BONUS IF YOU HAVE * Experience in field services, FM, social housing, utilities, or adjacent industries. * Familiarity with AI, voice, or contact centre technology. * Experience working alongside founders to formalise an early enterprise motion. PERKS & BENEFITS * 💸 Competitive salary & equity - we are building together, we win together * 📚 AI-focused learning & development - stay ahead of the curve. * ✈️ Team socials & annual offsites - cool destinations included(last year we went to Greece!). * 🏥 Private healthcare - because your well-being matters.
