We're at a pivotal moment for both Tibber and the planet. When joining Tibber, you won’t just help scale a forward-thinking tech
company – you’ll contribute to a real shift in how people consume electricity. With millions of smart devices connected to the
Tibber platform (like electric vehicles and smart thermostats), we have one of the most unique energy trading portfolios on the
market.
We’re looking for a B2B Support Specialist to join us in making the energy transition happen – maybe that’s you?
Job Mission 🚀
Do you get energy from delivering high-quality support, building trust, and bringing structure to complex operations? If you
thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing customer needs with operational excellence, you’ll fit right in.
As our B2B Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting Tibber’s B2B customers (mainly wholesalers and installers).
You’ll be a key contact point for those B2B customers, helping advise and support them around products such as batteries, Tibber
Pulse and Bridge.
What you'll do ✅
Complex case ownership: Act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive B2B cases
Operational support: Support day-to-day B2B operations and support customers across phone, chat, and email
Cross-functional alignment: Drive alignment across Support, Sales, Technical Support, and Back Office to ensure a smooth customer
journey.
Professional communication: Act as a role model for clear, professional, and trustworthy communication in all customer and
stakeholder interactions.
Performance and quality: Drive individual and team KPIs to support scalable, high-quality B2B support.
Continuous improvement: Help improve B2B workflows and operational predictability so the team can work more efficiently and
consistently over time.
What we're looking for⚡
We understand that no one ticks every box, but if you recognize yourself in some parts of this, you are more than welcome to
apply!
💆🏻♀️💆🏽♂️The Tibber Mindset
Tibber is not your typical energy supplier. Our tech helps hundreds of thousands of households lower and shift their energy
consumption to more sustainable and affordable hours. We’re here to accelerate the energy transition – not in theory, but in
everyday life.
Being on a mission to change an industry, fundamentally also means being prepared for the unexpected. We do what others say can’t
be done, try and fail together but never lose sight of our users. We work passionately with sustainability and a circular
approach, both with our own products and in the entire ecosystem that is affected by everything we do.
Starting out with two passionate founders in 2016, we're now 300+ people working for Tibber in our offices in Stockholm, Førde,
Berlin, Amsterdam, and Oslo. We will continue to grow within our markets, and we are thrilled to be backed by investors like
Balderton Capital, Eight Roads Ventures, Founders Fund, Summa, and Schibsted.
Diversity of thought fuels better products, so we welcome applicants of every background, identity and lived experience. Ready to
be part of powering the energy transition? Apply below!

WHAT YOU’LL BRING We’re looking for a customer-obsessed leader who combines strong technical judgement, operational excellence, and a passion for developing high-performing teams. * Leadership experience: 3+ years building, managing, and developing remote B2B support teams, with a track record of coaching individuals and improving team performance. * Proven experience: 5+ years in customer-facing roles supporting technical SaaS products, ideally within a start-up or high-growth environment. * Technical capability: Confident troubleshooting APIs, AI products, CRMs, integrations, and workflow tools, and partnering effectively with technical stakeholders. * Customer empathy: Deep empathy for customers paired with the ability to balance their needs with broader business goals. * Builder mindset: Experience creating systems, processes, and tooling that improve outcomes for customers and internal teams. * Operational excellence: Highly organised, data-driven, and dependable, with strong judgement and a focus on execution. * Collaborative mindset: A strong cross-functional partner who thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments. WHAT DOES THE HIRING PROCESS LOOK LIKE? Applicants can expect the following: * Initial Conversations * 30-minute introductory chat with a member of our Talent team * 30-minute track record interview with our Technical Support Manager * Take-home technical exercise * Core Interviews * 45-minute leadership, program building and cross-functional collaboration session * 30-minute strategy & program vision session * Final Stage * 30-minute closing conversation with our CEO * Offer call (if it’s a mutual fit)
