DB Partner is looking for skilled and experienced salmon filleters and trimmers for our new client, Mathias Salmon AS, at their modern salmon processing facility on Ellingsøy.

📍 Workplace: Ellingsøy / Ålesund
The factory is located on Ellingsøy, just outside Ålesund, making it possible to live in the Ålesund area and commute to work.
You will be joining a modern salmon production environment with strong focus on quality, efficiency, food safety and teamwork.
🔪 We are looking for:
SALMON FILLETERS
Experience with manual filleting of salmon
Good knife skills
Ability to work accurately while maintaining good production speed
Understanding of yield and quality requirements
SALMON TRIMMERS
Previous experience trimming salmon fillets
Ability to identify and remove bones, fat and defects according to specifications
Good knife handling and attention to detail
Ability to maintain both quality and speed throughout the shift
Previous experience from salmon or fish processing is strongly preferred.

You understand that every gram matters – quality, yield and efficiency go together.
You should be able to:
Work efficiently as part of a production team
Follow hygiene, HSE and food-safety procedures
Maintain high quality throughout the working day
• Communicate in English or Norwegian
Be flexible regarding working hours and shifts
Arrive at work on time and be someone your team can depend on
