Job description:Om rollen Vi söker nu en Senior Electrical Engineer / Electrical Engineer till vårt team inom Sustain Engineering i Getinge. Rollen är en ersättningsrekrytering och spelar en viktig roll för att säkerställa fortsatt utveckling, underhåll och förbättring av våra medicintekniska produkter.Du blir en del av ett tvärfunktionellt R&D-team bestående av sex personer med kompetens inom elektronik och mekanik. Teamet ansvarar för att underhålla och vidareutveckla befintliga produkter samt stötta verksamheten med teknisk expertis. Rollen rapporterar till Anders Karlsson, Team Manager Sustaining Engineering. I den här rollen kommer ditt primära ansvar vara att utveckla, underhålla och förbättra elektroniklösningar för våra produkter genom hela produktlivscykeln. Du arbetar nära kollegor inom R&D, produktion, service och andra funktioner för att säkerställa hög kvalitet, produktprestanda och kundnöjdhet.  Dina arbetsuppgifter Som Electrical Engineer kommer du att arbeta brett med både utveckling och underhåll av våra produkter. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar: Produktutveckling och vidareutveckling av befintliga elektroniklösningar. Konstruktion, prototypframtagning, testning och verifiering i labbmiljö. Felsökning och teknisk analys av produkter samt support av fältrelaterade tekniska problem. Hantering av produktförbättringar, avvikelser och tekniska ändringar genom hela produktlivscykeln. Samarbete med kollegor inom mekanik, el, produktion, service och andra tvärfunktionella team. Rollen erbjuder en kombination av utvecklingsarbete, praktiskt labbarbete och problemlösning i en stimulerande medicinteknisk miljö. Du får möjlighet att arbeta med komplexa tekniska utmaningar och bidra till produkter som används av vårdpersonal världen över. Anställningen är baserad i Getinge. På grund av tjänstens karaktär, som innefattar nära samarbete och praktiskt arbete i labbmiljö, är rollen huvudsakligen platsbaserad. Möjlighet till hemarbete finns vid behov.   Vad du har med dig För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har: Ingenjörsutbildning om minst 3 år eller motsvarande relevant teknisk utbildning. Cirka 5 års erfarenhet av eldesign, produktutveckling eller närliggande industriell verksamhet. Erfarenhet av elkonstruktion, felsökning, testning och verifiering. Erfarenhet av arbete i labbmiljö samt prototypframtagning. Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt. Meriterande är om du dessutom har erfarenhet av: EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility). EPLAN. AutoCAD. 3D-konstruktion/CAD. Medicinteknik eller annan regulatoriskt styrd produktutveckling.   Förutom dina tekniska kunskaper värdesätter vi dina personliga egenskaper högt. Vi söker dig som är: Strukturerad och noggrann. We are looking for an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to support Candela’s future growth ambitions. The Role We are looking for an Electrical Engineer for Candelas Manufacturing Engineering team. You will take ownership of the serial production implementation of a multitude of electrical subsystems such as HMI Controls, High Voltage and Low Voltage Distribution, Low Voltage Cabin System, Navigation systems etc. This is a hands-on role — you’ll design processes, plan and document, but also install and test systems yourself. You’ll ensure that systems are robust, serviceable, and seamlessly integrated within Candela’s electric hydrofoiling vessels. This role involves close cross-functional collaboration with Research & Development, Production and Purchasing to turn R&D designs into reliable, Serial producible processes and designs. Your core responsibilities will include: Lead the development of electrical and electronic systems build processes and assembly processes to series- and project-build production readiness. Collaborate closely with Research & Development to ensure product designs are optimized for manufacturability and long-term production stability. Drive technical evaluations at system level, balancing performance, cost, risk, and production constraints. Develop and review technical documentation such as schematics, work instructions, MBOMs, wiring diagrams, test specifications, and production documentation. Participate in technical reviews, verification activities, risk analyses, and root-cause investigations. Collaborate closely with production to ensure smooth industrialization and continuous improvement of electrical systems and manufacturing processes. Ensure all electrical installations strictly adhere to specified compliance standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship within the electrical production domain Requirements: Experience leading industrialization of electrical and electronic systems from concept to production. Strong background in electrical systems and electronics, including system design and integration. Proven experience working closely with R&D and production of machines or complex industrial products. Experience producing and reviewing structured technical documentation for industrial products. Experience in regulated industries with high requirements on safety, reliability, and compliance. M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Marine Engineering or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in electrical and electronics development and/or industrialization. Fluent in English It would be preferred if you have: Experience of working with cad systems, preferably Catia, Experience working with PCB-based electronics, with the ability to review designs and drive architectural decisions (hands-on layout experience not required). Genuine interest in building things.
