The Social Content Videographer / Editor Lead is responsible for delivering high-quality, social-first video content across client
brands, combining creative execution with strong platform understanding to produce work that is native, engaging and
performance-driven.
This role operates across the full spectrum of modern social content — from lo-fi, reactive creator-style execution to more
structured mid-fi branded production. It requires a balance of craft, speed and judgement, with the ability to adapt approach
based on platform, audience and objective.
At Core, content is not created in isolation. It is built to travel, perform and scale, supported by media, data and audience
insight. This role plays a key part in ensuring that output meets that standard, contributing not only to how content is produced,
but also to what should be made and why.
As the social offering continues to grow, this role will also contribute to developing internal capability, supporting and
mentoring others while helping to elevate the overall standard of videography and editing across the team.
This position offers the opportunity to work across high-profile brands, shaping how content is created and delivered at scale,
and contributing to a more integrated, performance-led social offering.

Working in close partnership with our Director of Social Content Experience and Social Strategy Director, you'll transform strategic insight into social-first creative that earns attention. While the Social Strategy Director defines the strategic opportunity & has ongoing input into social creative, you'll define the creative response – bringing ideas to life through platform-native storytelling, creator thinking and social-first execution. Together, you'll shape campaigns, always-on content and creator collaborations that feel native to the platform, authentic to the brand and genuinely interesting to the audience. You'll help define what great social creativity looks like – not just for Core Social, but for our clients too. What You'll Do Lead Social Creative You'll lead the creative development of social-first ideas across our client portfolio. From always-on content platforms to integrated campaigns, you'll create ideas that people actually want to watch, engage with and share. Not because they've been targeted. Because they're worth paying attention to. Raise the Creative Standard You'll set the creative benchmark for Core Social. You'll challenge average ideas. Champion better ones. Push for work that's braver, sharper and more platform-native. You'll know when something feels like advertising. More importantly, you'll know how to make it feel like social. Creative Leadership You'll mentor and inspire creative talent across the Social Content team, helping people think bigger, execute better and continually raise the bar. You'll work closely with our Content & Community Lead, ensuring brilliant ideas become brilliant execution. You'll collaborate with Core Creative, Performance and Strategy because the best work never happens in silos. Most importantly, you'll become the creative authority within Core Social—helping shape the standard of work we're known for. Stay Curious Social changes every day. So will you. You'll keep one eye on creators, culture and emerging platforms, constantly bringing fresh thinking back to our clients and our team. Not because it's trendy. Because staying relevant is part of the job. YOUR PROFILE What We're Looking For: Someone who understands that social isn't another advertising channel. It's where attention is won or lost. You've probably spent years creating social-first work that audiences genuinely engaged with. You know the difference between chasing trends and creating relevance. You care about storytelling. You care about craft. You care about making every piece of work feel like it belongs on the platform—not adapted for it. Most importantly, you're ambitious. Not just for yourself. For the work. For the team. Because we're building the most ambitious social offering in the country. And we're looking for someone ambitious enough to help us build it. WHY US? Why Core Social?
