Senior Azure Solution / Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Senior Azure Solution / Technical Lead for a long-term assignment in the Greater Copenhagen Area. In this role, you will combine hands-on backend development with technical leadership and solution architecture. You will work closely with developers, architects, business stakeholders and IT security to ensure scalable, secure and compliant Azure solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead the technical direction and architecture for a product area. * Develop new backend solutions and integrations. * Define coding standards, solution patterns and technical best practices. * Perform code reviews and ensure high technical quality. * Ensure that development follows CI/CD principles and automated testing practices. * Align solution architecture with enterprise standards and overall architecture strategy. * Take responsibility for the technical aspects of product and release planning. * Evaluate different architectural approaches and set technical direction. * Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. * Coordinate with Business Owners, Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, IT Security and other stakeholders. * Delegate technical responsibilities within the development team. * Ensure compliance requirements are met in an effective and structured way. * Support a collaborative and healthy working environment within the team. REQUIREMENTS * Preferably 8+ years of software development experience, including several years in a technical lead or similar role. * Strong experience with C#/.NET or an equivalent enterprise Azure backend technology stack. * Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, asynchronous integrations and distributed systems. * Experience with Azure services such as: * Azure App Service * Azure Functions * API Management * Service Bus / Event Grid * Azure Storage / ADLS * Key Vault * Application Insights / Azure Monitor * Entra ID * Strong understanding of authentication and authorization, including OAuth2, OIDC, MSAL and RBAC. * Experience with API security and API versioning. * Experience integrating with Databricks APIs. * Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Git and Azure DevOps or GitHub. * Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using Bicep and/or Terraform. * Strong understanding of logging, monitoring, resilience, performance and secure coding. * Experience with automated testing and modern development practices. * Good stakeholder management skills and experience working across both business and technical teams. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Advanced degree is beneficial. NICE TO HAVE * Experience from regulated environments. * Understanding of GxP software delivery and evidence generation. * Experience working in large enterprise environments with defined architecture and security standards. We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Developer with strong programming and automation skills for an assignment in the Greater Copenhagen Area. You will contribute to the development of a new cloud infrastructure service focused on qualifying and governing cloud-native AWS services. The role combines hands-on development with automated controls, compliance and cloud governance. RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and automate cloud infrastructure solutions in AWS. * Build solutions using Python, AWS CDK and TypeScript. * Define and implement technical requirements for qualified AWS services. * Develop controls that keep AWS resources in a compliant and qualified state. * Implement preventive controls using AWS Service Control Policies. * Create automated remediation mechanisms when preventive controls cannot be used. * Develop grace-period and notification functions before automated remediation is performed. * Work closely with solution managers and other technical stakeholders. * Support the development of reliable and maintainable cloud services. Our Copenhagen office is looking for a structured, hands-on, and tech-curious HR Generalist & Office Manager, to help shape how our workplace runs day to day. The role blends people operations and processes with office management and will give you space to modernize how we work through AI and digital tools across the employee lifecycle. You’ll keep our People practices compliant, efficient, and employee-focused while working closely with managers, employees, and cross-Scandinavian colleagues to bring smarter, AI-supported ways of working into everyday life at the office. If you enjoy both the operational and administrative sides of HR and are curious about how AI can support people processes, this role could be a good match for you. You will work on-site at least 4 days a week. Your direct manager is based in Oslo, and you will have a dotted line to the Managing Director in Denmark. Key Responsibilities - People & Culture Operations & Compliance * Support the day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle * Provide HR guidance and legal support in accordance with Danish labor law and regulations * Support local managers and employees on day-to-day people-related questions from employee relations and performance to adapting to new ways of working, tools, and organizational change * Ensure employment contracts and People policies are compliant and up to date and maintain accurate employee documentation, organizational data * Drive benefits, compensation, performance management, salary payment and review cycles * Act as super user for HR systems * Identify and pilot AI tools to streamline People and office workflows * Champion data quality, privacy, and compliant use of AI in line with GDPR and Danish labor law * Manage recruitment processes end-to-end: screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, leveraging AI-supported sourcing and screening tools where they add value * Own on and off-boarding and the employee lifecycle processes * Collaborate cross-Scandinavian on shared People & Culture initiatives and process improvements Key Responsibilities - Office Management * Ensure the office runs smoothly and maintains a productive and welcoming workplace environment. * Oversee daily office operations and administrative routines and manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities coordination * Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance * Help prepare internal conferences, team gatherings, and the like * Monitor safety procedures and workplace compliance Who You Are You are a proactive, organized HR professional who enjoys working operationally and collaboratively, juggling multiple processes while creating structure and clarity. You are structured, detail-oriented, and service-minded, with the integrity to handle sensitive information discreetly. A strong communicator, you build trust across teams and locations, take ownership of your work, and drive projects independently from start to finish. You are curious about technology and actively look for ways to use AI to streamline People operations, so the team can spend less time on process and more time on people. Qualifications & Experience * 2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role * Strong knowledge of Danish labor law and HR compliance, with experience working with unions, employee relations, and employment legislation * Broad understanding of Danish workplace regulations and the ability to navigate HR matters in a Scandinavian business environment * Hands-on experience with HR systems and payroll processes, and comfort working with digital tools, automation, and AI assistants (e.g. Claude, Copilot) in a professional setting * A genuine interest in exploring how AI can improve HR and office operations.
