För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du har: - Tidigare erfarenhet av personalansvar och arbetsledning, gärna från fordonsbranschen, produktion, tillverkningsindustri eller liknande verksamhet. - God vana av att leda, coacha och utveckla medarbetare i det dagliga arbetet. - Förståelse för produktionsflöden, bemanningsplanering och daglig styrning samt erfarenhet av strukturerade arbetssätt och förbättringsmetoder, exempelvis Lean. - Erfarenhet av att arbeta mot uppsatta mål, följa upp resultat samt driva effektivisering och struktur i verksamheten. - Ett intresse för fordon eller praktisk erfarenhet av att arbeta med bilar.
