Postdoctoral studies in Experimental Systems Neuroscience - Stagkourakis Lab (scholarship) Do you want to contribute to top quality medical research? The Stagkourakis Lab is recruiting for a highly independent postdoctoral researcher that can integrate within our existing team pursuing systems neuroscience projects. The lab is based at SciLifeLab (Sweden’s national center for advanced life science infrastructure) and the Department of Neuroscience, Karolinska Institute. Our research focuses on the neural control of survival and homeostatic behaviors (including aggression, fear, and feeding), using large-scale neural recordings, advanced imaging, causal perturbations, and quantitative analysis in freely moving mice. The opportunity Plant Electrical Design is part of HVDC Engineering and manages the delivery of the auxiliary power system for HVDC stations. The system we manage includes equipment such as auxiliary transformers, medium & low voltage switchgear, diesel generator systems, batteries, UPS and cables. To be able to deliver the system in a safe and reliable way, we are now searching for more Design Leads to strengthen our team. In this role, you will have the overall responsibility for the department’s scope of delivery regarding auxiliary power equipment, which includes system design, selectivity studies, equipment specification, cable and cable transit systems. Part of your tasks will be to ensure that our deliveries are time and cost efficient with expected quality. The design of the auxiliary system is complex and customized based on the customer requirements which makes our work challenging, but also very exciting since every project is different from another. Collaborate with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to produce persuasive, on-brand copy and ensure consistent messaging across campaigns and channels. Report on content performance to the marketing manager, tracking metrics such as website traffic, engagement, and conversions. Support the Content & Comms Lead on thought leadership material and co-own our customer case studies, turning customer insights into interview and storytelling formats for blog posts and case study downloads.
