ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. ABOUT THE ROLE The way legal work gets done is changing, and Engagement is at the center of that transformation. We’re looking for an experienced, strategic Engagement Manager to join our growing team and help the world’s top law firms and corporations fundamentally change the way they work with Legora. This is a role for someone who has led change inside large, complex organizations and knows that real transformation is designed and managed. You will own the adoption and long-term success of your accounts: building the relationships, defining the outcomes and serving as the trusted advisor and quarterback who turns Legora into an embedded part of how legal teams operate. At the heart of the role is designing each client’s adoption playbook and delivering multi-year change-management programs that transform how they work. For every account you will build a tailored roadmap, sequence initiatives from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption, define measurable outcomes and ROI and evolve the program as new AI capabilities and use cases emerge. You will be critical as we continue to build a best-in-class adoption program at Legora, helping clients realize measurable ROI, expand successful use cases and transform the way their teams work. WHAT YOU’LL DO You’ll lead the post-sale customer experience, owning onboarding, adoption and long-term value realization for a portfolio of Enterprise firms or corporates. Specifically, you will: * Design each client’s adoption playbook: the tailored change-management approach, stakeholder map and target outcomes for how that firm adopts Legora and transforms the way they work. * Execute against that playbook, sequencing initiatives from initial rollout to firm-wide scaled adoption and adapting as the client’s needs and Legora’s capabilities evolve. * Act as a strategic advisor who deeply understands client goals and legal workflows, surfaces high-impact opportunities, and guides teams toward maximum value from Legora. * Drive sustained value through a structured operating cadence: success plans, enablement, stakeholder check-ins, training and value reviews. * Orchestrate engagement from cross-functional teams to accelerate client success (GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, Support), maintaining end-to-end account context and coordination. * Partner with GTM on key commercial moments to ensure seamless handoffs, continuity, and a great customer experience, and to identify and realize expansion opportunities. * Translate customer feedback into action by collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to inform roadmap, positioning, and enablement. WHAT YOU BRING You care deeply about customer outcomes and you know that transformation has to be designed and led. You’re proactive, strategic and comfortable steering demanding, senior stakeholders through significant change. You take pride in being the reason customers adopt, grow and succeed. We’re looking for: * A consulting or transformation background, with a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering change-management programs inside large, complex organizations. * Experience building tailored, client-level transformation roadmaps and adoption plans and steering them to measurable outcomes. * 4 - 8+ years in management consulting, customer success, account management, or a related field, ideally with exposure to high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech. * A track record of driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders. * Experience working with legal, compliance, or other regulated and complex industries or the ability to learn a complex domain exceptionally fast. * Strong program and project management skills; you keep multi-workstream initiatives moving and your clients confident. * Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal. You can lead boardroom conversations with legal leaders and roll up your sleeves with hands-on teams. * High EQ: you know when to listen, when to advise and when to act. * A love of fast-paced, early-stage environments where you help build the playbook, not just follow it. * Comfort with metrics and driven by data, customer health, and outcomes over process. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients domestic and internationally. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily. * In-person environment: Toronto office designed for ambitious builders. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. ABOUT THE ROLE The way legal work gets done is changing, and Engagement is at the center of that transformation. We're looking for an experienced, strategic Engagement Director to build and lead a multi-layered team within our growing Engagement org that helps the world's top law firms and corporations fundamentally change the way they work with Legora. This is a role for someone who has led change inside large, complex organizations and built and scaled the teams — and the leaders — that deliver it, and knows that real transformation is designed and managed. You will own the adoption and long-term success of an entire vertical (e.g., Enterprise Firms, East or Mid-Market Corps, West) — leading a team of Engagement Associates, Managers, and Senior Managers who build the relationships and define the outcomes, while you reserve yourself for the most strategic accounts and C-suite relationships as the senior strategic advisor who ensures Legora becomes an embedded part of how legal teams operate. At the heart of the role is defining the engagement model for your vertical and building the frameworks and standards your team uses to design each client's adoption playbook and deliver multi-year change-management programs that transform how they work. Across the portfolios in your vertical you'll set the bar for how a tailored roadmap is built, how initiatives are sequenced from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption, how measurable outcomes and ROI are defined, and how the program evolves as new AI capabilities and use cases emerge. You will be critical as we continue to build a best-in-class adoption program at Legora, partnering with Leadership to scale the teams, leaders, and standards that help clients realize measurable ROI, expand successful use cases and transform the way their teams work. WHAT YOU’LL DO You'll lead the post-sale customer experience for a vertical (e.g., Enterprise Firms, East or Enterprise Corporates, East) — owning onboarding, adoption and long-term value realization across every account in it, through the teams and leaders you build. Specifically, you will: * Define the engagement model for your vertical, setting the standard for how your team designs each client's adoption playbook: the tailored change-management approach, stakeholder map and target outcomes for how that customer adopts Legora and transforms the way they work. * Build the operating rhythms — portfolio and pipeline reviews, health inspection, coaching cadences — that keep the team executing against those playbooks at scale, sequencing initiatives from initial rollout to firm-wide scaled adoption and adapting as clients' needs and Legora's capabilities evolve. * Coach the team — including other people managers — to act as strategic advisors who deeply understand client goals and legal workflows, reserving yourself for the most strategic accounts and C-suite relationships, to engage executive sponsors, surface high-impact opportunities, and guide clients toward maximum value from Legora. * Set the standard for how the team drives sustained value through a structured operating cadence: success plans, enablement, stakeholder check-ins, training and value reviews — turning what works across portfolios into repeatable, scalable motions the whole vertical adopts. * Partner with Leadership and orchestrate engagement from cross-functional teams across your vertical to accelerate client success (GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, Support), maintaining end-to-end context across your portfolio and shaping how Legora delivers value. * Partner with GTM leadership on key commercial moments across the vertical to ensure seamless handoffs, continuity, and a great customer experience, and to identify and realize expansion opportunities — coaching the team to lead these conversations and stepping in on the most complex or strategic renewals and expansions. * Translate vertical-level feedback into action by collaborating closely with Leadership, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to shape roadmap, positioning, and enablement. WHAT YOU BRING You care deeply about customer outcomes and you know that transformation has to be designed and led — and that scaling it across a vertical takes a high-performing team and the leaders to run it. You're proactive, strategic and comfortable steering demanding, senior stakeholders and executive sponsors through significant change. You take pride in being the reason customers — and the teams behind them — adopt, grow and succeed. We're looking for: * A consulting or transformation background, with a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering change-management programs inside large, complex organizations — and building and leading the teams — and leaders — that deliver them at scale. * Experience building the standards and operating rhythms that scale tailored, client-level transformation roadmaps and adoption plans across a vertical and steering them to measurable outcomes. * 10+ years in management consulting, customer success, account management, or a related field, with 5+ years managing client-facing teams — including other managers and team leads — ideally with exposure to high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech. * A track record of owning adoption, retention, and satisfaction across a vertical of enterprise clients and senior stakeholders — and of developing the people and leaders who deliver those outcomes. * Experience working with legal, compliance, or other regulated and complex industries or the ability to learn a complex domain exceptionally fast. * Strong operational discipline; you build inspection frameworks and run tight rhythms that keep multi-workstream initiatives moving across multiple teams and your clients confident. * Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence — written, verbal, and interpersonal. You are trusted in the boardroom with C-suite and legal leaders, coach your team and leaders through them, and roll up your sleeves with hands-on teams. * High EQ: you know when to listen, when to advise, when to coach and when to act — and when to step in versus let your team and leaders lead. * A love of fast-paced, early-stage environments where you build the playbook, the team and the function, not just build for yourself. * Deep data fluency; you read portfolio metrics and account health with rigor and use them to drive decisions across the vertical. THE ROLE We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing. This role owns the engine room of marketing: the martech stack, campaign hierarchy, lead scoring and routing, and budget, that determine how fast, how well, and how cost-effectively marketing-generated demand converts into pipeline impact. You'll work hand-in-hand with RevOps and the wider marketing team, and in particular a regional marketing director, to make sure every region has the reporting it needs to run its business. You're equally comfortable in the weeds of a routing rule and in a room with regional leadership explaining what the numbers mean. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own campaign hierarchy and structure: Build and maintain a clean, consistent campaign hierarchy in Salesforce (and connected tools) so every initiative, a single webinar, a third-party event, a sponsorship, a paid campaign, rolls up correctly into its parent program and ultimately into channel and pipeline reporting. * Enable campaign-level analytics: Make sure every campaign is structured and tagged so its performance can be isolated on its own or rolled up to the program level. Partner with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how those metrics get modeled and presented, so at any given point we know exactly which campaigns are driving pipeline and which aren't. * Own the martech stack: Administer and continuously improve our marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, intent data, BI/analytics tools), keeping tools integrated, clean, and trusted. * Manage the marketing ops budget: Monitor spend across tools, campaigns, and vendors; ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget; and flag cost-effectiveness issues before they become a problem. * Improve speed-to-lead: In close partnership with RevOps, design, implement, and iterate lead scoring models and routing logic so the right leads reach the right rep as fast as possible. * Partner with RevOps: Be marketing's counterpart to RevOps on funnel definitions, handoffs, SLAs, and data hygiene across the lead-to-opportunity process. * Support regional marketing leadership: Work closely with regional marketing directors, alongside RevOps and the Data Analytics team, to make sure each region has the dashboards and reporting it needs for visibility into pipeline, funnel performance, and campaign impact. * Drive data integrity: Own the data model connecting marketing systems to Salesforce, and Hubspot, ensuring consistent fields, campaign attribution, and reporting logic across the funnel. * Enable the marketing team: Act as the go-to person for marketing systems and reporting questions, training the wider team on tools, processes, and self-serve dashboards. WHAT YOU BRING * An analytical, AI-enabled business mindset: 4-5 years of experience in marketing operations, equally comfortable building a report and explaining what it means for the business, is a campaign underperforming because of targeting, creative, or timing, and what should we do about it. You're quick to bring in AI tools (e.g., Clay) to work faster and smarter, not just to keep up with them. * Campaign reporting expertise: A track record of designing campaign hierarchies and reporting structures that let stakeholders drill from a single event or ad down to individual performance, and back up to full program-level ROI. * Salesforce expertise: Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including the Campaign object, campaign hierarchies, and reporting/dashboards. This is a requirement. * Marketing automation and BI fluency: Experience with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Customer.io) and comfortable working in analytics/BI tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau, enough to partner effectively with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how metrics get modeled and presented. You don't need to build every dashboard solo. * Lead scoring and routing experience: Proven experience designing lead scoring models and routing logic, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. * Systems thinking: You see how tools, data, and process connect, and default to fixing the underlying system rather than patching one-off issues. * Clear communicator: You can explain technical or data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including regional leaders who need answers, not jargon. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily. THE ROLE We're looking for a Web Developer / Web Owner to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing. You'll own Legora's website end to end: building and shipping landing pages on our CMS (Framer), and keeping the site fast, on-brand, and easy for the rest of marketing to work in without needing a developer for every change. This isn't a typical web developer role. We want someone who treats the website like a product they own, not a ticket queue: proactive about what should change next, comfortable proposing a different tool or approach when it serves us better, and able to move at a weekly cadence. You'll work closely with product marketing on content, and with our AEO Specialist to make sure the site is structured the way modern search and AI answer engines expect, all while protecting design and brand standards. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Build and ship landing pages: Design, code, and launch landing pages and site updates on our CMS (Framer), balancing speed with quality and brand consistency. * Own site architecture and CMS strategy: Take ownership of how our CMS is structured and used, and proactively propose changes, tooling, or a different CMS entirely when it better serves the team's needs. * Partner with product marketing: Work with product marketing on content so pages ship on time, read well, and are structured for both humans and search/answer engines. * Partner with our AEO Specialist: Make sure page architecture, schema, and content structure support how AI answer engines and search discover and cite Legora. * Partner with the brand team: Work closely with brand/design to maintain design and UX quality to Legora's brand guidelines across every page and template you or others ship. * Apply AI fluency to web work: Use AI tools to speed up coding, content adaptation, QA, and experimentation, and bring a point of view on how AI is changing how websites are built, discovered, and optimized. * Instrument the site: Own Google Tag Manager, tracking scripts, and form embeds, ensuring accurate data flows into the rest of the marketing stack. * Build for reuse: Create reusable components and templates so the wider marketing team can launch and edit pages independently, without waiting on a developer. * Work at a weekly cadence: Ship, review, and iterate every week, staying proactive and easy to redirect as priorities shift. WHAT YOU BRING * Hands-on coding skills: Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and real comfort working inside a modern CMS/website builder. * Systems and template thinking: You build reusable components and page templates by default, so the marketing team can move fast without you in the loop for every change. * AI fluency: You use AI tools day to day for coding, content, and QA, whatever gets the job done faster, and you have a point of view on how AI is changing the way websites should be built and discovered. * Marketing/GTM tooling: Experience with Google Tag Manager, form tools, and integrating a website with the rest of a marketing/martech stack. * A product mindset: You think about the website as a product you own, not a list of tickets, and you proactively suggest better ways of working, including on tooling and CMS choice. * Agile and proactive: Comfortable with a fast, iterative, weekly cadence, and quick to adapt when priorities or direction change. * Cross-functional collaborator: Experience partnering with content, brand/design, and SEO/growth stakeholders to ship pages that are both on-brand and effective. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your website is often a prospect's first experience of Legora, and you'll own how that experience looks, feels, and performs.
