If that future excites you, you’re in the right place. Come and do your life’s work with us. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a Growth marketing manager to join our Marketing team. This is a mid-level role for a hands-on marketer who can own paid acquisition, web experimentation, and conversion rate optimization across our key markets. You’ll sit at the intersection of performance marketing, growth, and web optimization: designing and running multi-channel campaigns, continuously improving our marketing website, and turning high-intent traffic into pipeline and revenue. You’ll partner closely with our broader Marketing, Design, and Commercial teams to drive measurable growth for both of Sana’s AI products. This role is ideal if you love going deep on data, running experiments end-to-end, and shipping iterative improvements that compound over time. WHAT YOU’LL DO Own performance and growth campaigns You will: * Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel performance campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant channels (e.g. YouTube, Reddit) to drive high-quality lead and opportunity generation. * Monitor and optimize campaigns daily, refining audiences, creatives, bids, and budgets to maximize ROAS while hitting CAC and CPA targets. * Run systematic A/B and multivariate tests on ads, landing pages, and funnels to improve CTR, conversion rate, and downstream pipeline metrics. * Partner with content and design to brief and iterate on high-performing creatives, messaging, and offers tailored to our core buyer personas. Lead website and conversion rate optimization You will: * Own experimentation on Sana’s marketing website and key landing pages, designing and running tests across layout, copy, UX, and forms to improve visit-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity conversion. * Use quantitative data (GA4, behavioral analytics) and qualitative insights (session recordings, surveys, user feedback) to identify friction points and prioritize CRO opportunities. * Collaborate with design, product marketing, and web development to implement winning variations and ensure a consistent, premium brand experience. * Maintain clear documentation of tests, hypotheses, results, and learnings to build a scalable experimentation program over time. Build a robust growth analytics foundation You will: * Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and pipeline/revenue impact across channels and experiments. * Own marketing tracking and attribution quality across web and paid media, partnering with RevOps to ensure accurate lead source, campaign, and opportunity data. * Analyze performance across the entire funnel—from first touch to closed-won—to identify where optimizations will have the largest impact, and communicate clear, data-backed recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate across Growth and Commercial You will: * Work closely with Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Design, and Sales to align campaigns and experiments with business priorities, launches, and target segments. * Partner with Sales on feedback loops around lead quality and pipeline, iterating targeting and messaging accordingly. * Support broader growth initiatives when needed, including content-driven campaigns, events, and partnerships, always with a focus on measurable impact. WHAT WILL HELP YOU THRIVE EXPERIENCE * 2–4 years in a highly data-driven digital marketing, growth, or CRO role, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech. * Hands-on experience managing multi-channel paid campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta) with clear revenue or pipeline accountability. * Proven track record designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests on websites or landing pages that moved key metrics (conversion rate, CPA, or similar). SKILLS * Strong proficiency with web and campaign analytics tools such as GA4 and major ad platforms; familiarity with heatmapping/session replay and A/B testing tools (e.g. Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely, similar). * Comfortable building and maintaining dashboards in tools like Looker Studio, Sheets, or BI platforms to track performance and inform decisions. * Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling stories for both marketing peers and commercial stakeholders. * Solid understanding of CRO principles, experimentation frameworks, and user-centered web design best practices. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can craft succinct, conversion-focused messaging and present your recommendations with clarity and confidence. MINDSET * Analytical and hypothesis-driven: you enjoy dissecting complex problems, forming clear hypotheses, and validating them through experiments and data. * Outcome-oriented: you care deeply about impact on pipeline and revenue, not just activity metrics. * Builder mentality: comfortable with ambiguity, eager to help shape our digital growth and experimentation practices from the ground up. * High ownership and autonomy: you can independently prioritize, execute, and iterate, while knowing when to pull in collaborators. * Motivated by excellence: you set a high bar for your own work and are more interested in learning and improving than being right. NICE-TO-HAVE * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, and with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, similar). * Background working on complex B2B buying journeys or multi-stakeholder deal cycles. * Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how they interact with UX and conversion. * Experience in AI, data, or developer tooling markets is a plus. WHAT WE OFFER * Help shape AI's future alongside brilliant minds from Google, Apple, Spotify, Notion, Slack, Databricks, and BCG. * Competitive salary complemented with a competitive RSU program. * Swift professional growth in an evolving environment, supported by a culture of continuous feedback and mentorship from senior leaders. * Work with talented teammates across 5+ countries, and global customers, from our beautiful office in Stockholm.

At Albert Group, we're building next-generation products for maths learning, spanning both school and home. AI is a genuine and relevant part of the solution. It's a from-scratch build alongside Albert Junior, our flagship product, and it's still small enough that the technical decisions you make now will shape how it works for years. We're looking for a senior engineer to take ownership of our architecture, working across a modern TypeScript stack (backend, web, and mobile) with Python for data processing and analysis of learner signal data. You'll set the standards for how we build — and we mean this seriously: we expect deep, hands-on experience with AI-agentic product development, where AI agents do meaningful parts of the implementation and your job is to direct, review, and hold the bar. We also put real weight on experience with learner signal engineering and adaptive algorithms — building, analyzing, and tuning the logic that turns raw interaction data into meaningful, personalized behavior. This is one important piece of what makes the product meaningful and personalized for each learner, and getting the parameters and weighting right is one of the more technically interesting problems in the whole system. What you'll own: Core architecture decisions across our product surfaces Data pipelines and analytics — including Python-based processing of learner input/output signal data Learner signal engineering and adaptive logic — how learner data is captured, analyzed, and tuned to drive what the product does next Standards for agentic development across the team: what "good" looks like, and where human judgment is non-negotiable Technical direction alongside with full-stack engineers, reporting directly to our COO/CTO What we're looking for: Deep experience architecting modern TypeScript systems at a senior/staff level Strong Python skills for data processing/analysis Experience with learner signal engineering, adaptive algorithms, or parameter/weighting tuning for personalization Real, substantial experience with AI-agentic development workflows — not just occasional use of AI tools, but building this way as a primary mode of work Independent, self-directed — flat, no-management-layer team
Do you thrive when code has a clear purpose – helping thousands of customers find the right product fast, on a global e-commerce platform. This role sits right where user experience, data, and engineering meet: building and evolving capabilities on Sandvik Coromant’s external web and e-commerce platform, guided by real user behavior and a strong product mindset. Why Sandvik Coromant? Here, engineering doesn’t happen in a vacuum – development is connected to real customers, measurable outcomes, and a technical community that keeps moving forward. For you, this means long-term ownership, continuity, and room to grow with the platform. Work flows through an agile backlog in Azure DevOps, where features, enhancements, and improvements are shaped together with the product team. Full stack development is at the core: front-end experiences that feel effortless, and back-end services that stay reliable, secure, and scalable. Decisions are driven by data, tracking and learning from how users behave so the platform becomes even more user-friendly and, in turn, support sales. Depending on the focus area, your day-to-day may also include: Building and refining integrations and APIs to support web capabilities. Working with product data and its complexity across systems. Here’s what helps you succeed: Knowledge in front-end development with Angular, CMS (Kontent.AI), CSS and Bootstrap. Knowledge in back-end development with C#, SQL, and REST APIs. Knowledge in everyday tooling such as Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio, GitHub, GitHub Copilot and Azure. Demonstrated skills in taking architectural decisions. Experience in agile ways of working in a product team and managing work through Azure DevOps. Comfortable working in a data-driven setup. Knowledge of Swedish and English in a professional setting. Skills nice to have: Experience with Duende. Familiarity with SAP back-end or working close to complex product data domains. Your collaborative, responsible way of working makes a real difference here. Your curiosity and initiatives are valued – bringing ideas forward, suggesting activities proactively, and enjoying the learning curve that comes with modern development and an evolving AI landscape. Are you hands-on when needed for test, lab and automation, but more importantly see the bigger picture and know how to get an entire team involved and united around quality? Do you want to do that in an environment where AI isn't just a talking point, but how you actually work? We're looking for a QA Engineer to join our Device Management Test team in Lund. Who is your future team? You'll join the Device Management Test team within R&D QA, working in our Developer Experience team, a highly skilled, AI-first group at the forefront of how Axis builds with AI for the future. Axis partners build on our cloud platform, everything from device management and video streaming to analytics. Your team's job is to make that easy: intuitive APIs, robust SDKs, and tools that let partners ship fast, securely, and without friction. The result? Customers get flexibility, partners get speed to market, and everything stays compatible. Day to day, you'll work in an agile, cross-functional team that owns its software end to end, from development and testing through delivery and monitoring. You'll also have the support of test engineers across surrounding teams to maintain consistent test strategies and a unified methodology. This is a team where AI is embedded in everything we do, from how we approach strategy, ways of working and automation to how we think about quality at scale. If you have a genuine curiosity for AI and want to explore how it can transform quality assurance, you'll feel right at home here. What you'll do here as QA Engineer Yes, you'll troubleshoot bugs, set up labs, and build automation together with your team. But the bigger part of this role is stepping back and making sure quality is everyone's responsibility, not just yours. You set up the structures and processes that make it easy for the whole team to contribute. And you'll explore how AI can make our testing smarter, not just faster. Your work directly impacts the quality of the platform that Axis's partner ecosystem depends on - when you raise the bar, the entire developer experience improves. Testing and development: Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks together with the team Perform user-centered testing based on use cases, with a focus on usability, security, and the customer perspective Test early in the development cycle alongside developers, including troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis Build and maintain, with the help of the team, the monitoring, analysis, and tooling needed for our production systems, and act on findings to improve quality Strategic quality and team enablement: Drive the test strategy, scope, approach, and priorities, leveraging AI where it adds the most value Ensure an end-to-end perspective, so that integrations and cross-team flows are thoroughly covered Identify where test automation and manual testing - including AI-powered approaches - creates the greatest value, and drive its adoption Set up shared test processes, guidelines, and standards that enable the whole team to contribute to quality - and proactively identify risks, gaps, and metrics to keep stakeholders informed Who are you? You love testing and making sure customers get a top-tier experience with our solutions, but you also see how all the pieces fit together and take initiative to make the team better as a whole. You communicate with clarity, whether you're pairing with a developer on a tricky bug or aligning with stakeholders on quality priorities. You have the drive to push things forward, the structure to keep things organized, and the collaborative spirit to bring everyone along. You bring the experience and confidence to influence technical decisions, guide less experienced colleagues, and take ownership without needing to be told. Crucially, you have a genuine interest in AI and its potential to transform how we approach testing, quality, and automation. You're curious, eager to learn, and excited about working in a team that puts AI first in everything it does. We'd love to hear that you have: A degree in engineering (M.Sc. or B.Sc.), information systems, or equivalent experience Demonstrated experience in software testing A strong end-to-end mindset, the ability to understand how individual components integrate into a complete, working solution Solid technical understanding of test architecture and automation frameworks Broad knowledge of test types (i.e. unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing) Professional proficiency in Swedish and English Bonus points for: Experience coordinating or leading test efforts across multiple teams Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning applied to testing or quality assurance Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, APIs, SDKs, or web services Professional experience in testing applications, web services, or APIs Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and how test automation integrates into them Comfort with a DevOps mindset and shared responsibility for production systems Knowledge in programming - from your education, professional experience, or personal projects Ready to Act? Vacation is important! At Axis we value work-life balance and that means that during summer many of us are on a well-deserved vacation. Do you want to be part of one of Sweden's fastest-growing start-ups? Antrino Labs is a vision infrastructure company. We build AI architectures that let cameras understand actions, behavior, and context across time — moving video beyond surveillance into real-time, programmable sensing. Instead of cameras just recording video in the background, they can now perform tasks in real-time: detecting theft, identifying security risks, analyzing flows in stores and industries, and enabling organizations to act immediately when something happens. Video goes from being something reviewed in retrospect to becoming active, real-time decision support. This means that millions of existing cameras, which previously only functioned as passive sensors, can suddenly start working actively for businesses – from retail and logistics to security companies and public environments. Everything is built on a foundation of Privacy by Design, where data protection and GDPR compliance are central parts of the architecture. The goal is to make advanced video analysis both powerful, scalable, and responsible in how data is handled. We just closed our Seed Investment Round which was announced together with Dagens Industri and are scaling up to meet demand. Also, the company is certified through Institution för Strategiska Produkter which makes the company a strategic asset for the Kingdom. Purpose and Goal We are looking for exceptional Fullstack Engineers who want to be part of our journey in automating detection. In this role, you will work across both frontend and backend systems, building the core product experience that allows users to connect cameras, deploy intelligence, and interact with real-time insights from video streams. The role is broad and hands-on, where you will work closely with our engineering team and leadership to develop a scalable, high-performance platform that can support thousands of live video streams and global deployments. You will help shape both the user-facing interfaces and the underlying backend systems, ensuring the platform remains intuitive, fast, and reliable as we expand. Your main areas of responsibility will include: Designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend components of our platform Building user-facing features and interfaces that allow customers to interact with video streams, analytics, and system insights Developing and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs that power the platform Collaborating closely with designers and engineers to create intuitive, high-performance product experiences Ensuring the platform remains fast, reliable, and responsive as the number of users, cameras, and data streams grows Writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code while following modern development best practices Participating in system architecture discussions and helping design scalable solutions for complex problems Troubleshooting and resolving bugs, performance issues, and production incidents across the stack Collaborating with DevOps and AI engineers to integrate machine learning systems and real-time data pipelines into the product Continuously improving the developer experience, tooling, and internal workflows to accelerate development and product delivery Contributing to code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team Helping shape the technical direction of the platform as we scale globally and expand the product capabilities Who are we looking for? However, we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. THE ROLE: At Mentimeter, organic growth is a core part of how we scale across both self-serve and enterprise. With search evolving quickly, there’s an opportunity to rethink how we show up across queries, use cases, and increasingly AI-driven experiences. We’re looking for an experienced Senior SEO & AI Search Growth Manager to drive Mentimeter’s organic acquisition strategy — making sure high-intent users find us, understand us, and convert through SEO, AI-era discoverability, structured content and localization. You’ll help define the next version of organic discovery at Mentimeter — shaping how we capture demand and stay visible when it matters most. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role: you’ll set the strategy and execute it by building and publishing indexable pages directly in our CMS using approved templates/components, while keeping a scalable content architecture across personas and markets. You’ll help shape how Mentimeter is discovered across both traditional search and emerging AI-driven answer experiences. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: * Own and execute Mentimeter’s SEO strategy: keyword intent mapping, topic clusters, internal linking, and technical foundations. * Improve discoverability through structured data and modern search practices, including AEO/SGE readiness. * Monitor performance (rankings, traffic, organic registrations) and iterate based on results and search trends. * Plan and lead global SEO content creation with Brand and Product Marketing (PMM), ensuring content matches user intent and business goals. * Build and publish search-optimized, indexable pages in the CMS (titles, headings, meta, canonicals, internal linking, and schema/hreflang where supported). * Maintain a clear, scalable content structure across personas, use cases, and markets — and keep internal linking healthy. * Lead localization efforts so translated content meets search standards and delivers real, unique value in each market. * Partner with CRO to improve conversion without compromising SEO fundamentals; scale winning treatments across templates and markets. * Track the organic funnel end-to-end and identify opportunities to grow reach, engagement, and registrations. Own the organic journey from discovery to registration, ensuring our search strategy attracts high-intent users — not just traffic. * Act as an internal voice of search, helping stakeholders understand important shifts in SEO, AI-driven discovery, and search behavior. YOU’LL COLLABORATE CLOSELY WITH: * Website Growth Manager (priorities, goals, tracking, roadmap input) * Website Optimization / CRO (experiments on indexable pages, scaling winners) * Brand & PMM (themes, messaging, quality, and consistency) * Web PM & Developers (new templates/components, platform improvements) * Sales Enablement (enterprise personas/use cases and content needs) * Analytics (tracking validation, attribution, page-level reporting) WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: You’re the kind of person who can zoom out and set a clear organic strategy — then zoom in and ship pages that perform. * Strong experience in SEO and content growth, typically at least 8+ years. * Deep understanding of technical + semantic SEO, internal linking, structured data, and localization fundamentals. * Proven track record growing organic traffic and converting that traffic into registrations and revenue. * Comfortable owning an SEO/content roadmap and delivering strategy + execution. * Confidence publishing directly in a CMS and ensuring content quality (with strong editorial judgment). * Collaborative, proactive working style across Marketing, CRO, Web, PMM, Sales Enablement and Analytics. * Strong commercial judgment: you know how to prioritize high-intent opportunities and focus on work that drives meaningful business impact, not just rankings. * Good understanding of how search is evolving, including AI-influenced discovery and answer-driven search experiences. Who are you: * The technical specialist: You have 8+ years of experience in high-growth digital companies, with a proven track record of scaling organic traffic into the millions. * AI-native: You understand the data science behind search. You have a working knowledge of how LLMs process information and how to leverage them for content scale. * The change leader: You are a strong communicator who can lead cross-functional teams and act as a central point of enablement, clearing bottlenecks to execute fast. * Data-fluent: You are proficient in SQL, Tableau, or similar tools, allowing you to move beyond "vanity metrics" and report on true pipeline contribution. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET: * SEO/AEO tools: High level mastery of Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and AI-driven tools. * Data & analytics: GA4, GSC, SQL, and Google Tag Manager. * CMS expertise: Deep hands-on experience with headless CMS architectures like Contentful or other. * Technical excellence: Deep understanding of internationalization (hreflang at scale), site migrations, and page speed optimization. NOT REQUIRED: * Swedish is not required (as daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently boasts 50+ different nationalities) WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE (AFTER YOU’VE SETTLED IN) * High-quality SEO pages ship steadily (brief → live), and organic registrations per page trend up over time. * A reduction in content-to-live cycles through automation and modular CMS design. * Clear visibility across priority topics/intents/personas — including presence in snippets/AI results where relevant. * Localized pages rank well and convert in key markets. * CRO collaboration feels smooth: experiments improve conversion and keep search performance healthy. A significant increase in organic traffic with a corresponding uplift in Conversion Rate (CvR) * Stakeholders across the business have better visibility into organic performance and stronger confidence in how search supports growth, empowered by transparent, proactive reporting. * An overall clear progress in how Mentimeter shows up across both traditional search and AI-driven discovery experiences. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 📍 Location: This is a hybrid role at Mentimeter HQ in Stockholm.
