På kontoret förbereder och administrerar du dina felanmälningar/beställningar. Ute hos våra kunder ansvarar du för- och utför arbetsuppgifter som kommit in via felanmälan eller via vårt fastighetssystem. I arbetet som fastighetstekniker utför du underhållsarbete, förebyggande- och felavhjälpande arbete, samt planerat underhåll. Drift- och övervakning samt periodiserade funktionskontroller av tekniska installationer, ingår också i ditt arbete. Du bevakar tillsammans med förvaltare garantiåtgärder, beställer från underleverantörer och utför för tjänsten tillhörande administrativa arbetsuppgifter. Vidare har du yrkeserfarenhet av fastighetstekniskt arbete där kundkontakt ingått. För tjänsten krävs att du har tekniska kunskaper inom flera områden som ryms inom fastighetsförvaltning.  Det är ett krav att du har B-körkort för manuellt växlad bil och för tjänsten goda kunskaper i det svenska språket, både i tal och skrift.  Det är meriterande om du har god datorvana specifikt inom området fastighetssystem. Vidare är det meriterande om du har arbetat som elektriker, har erfarenhet från byggbranschen och/eller har arbetat med ventilation.
