About Repli5: Repli5 is a small Swedish startup based in Gothenburg that specializes in bringing Generative AI to computer vision applications. Our technology, called RealSim, leverages gen AI to bridge the gap between synthetic data and reality. This is particularly useful for creating accurate, realistic training data for computer vision models, essential in developing solutions for industrial robotics, autonomous drones, and select automotive applications. Our technology is also capable of enhancing real-world images by introducing extensive weather and lighting variations, which significantly increases the robustness of downstream computer vision models. We are now packaging this tech into a platform service built for computer vision engineers. The Opportunity: Shaping the Future of AI Perception We're looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with a deep background in computer vision and generative AI. You’ll be part of a team developing workflows that generate realistic, diverse, and highly controllable synthetic image data using state-of-the-art tools like Stable Diffusion, LoRA, and ControlNet. These workflows will be adapted and applied to our new platform and your work will thus directly impact Repli5’s business and the performance and robustness of real-world AI systems—from self-driving cars to industrial automation. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Develop and fine-tune generative AI pipelines (e.g., Stable Diffusion, ControlNet, LoRA) for synthetic image generation. Design and implement machine learning workflows to generate structured, photorealistic datasets. Collaborate with 3D artists and simulation engineers to align ML models with physical environments and sensor setups. Work closely with customers in automotive, robotics, and aerospace to deliver tailored datasets. Optimize generation systems for scalability, quality, and speed using tools like ComfyUI or custom pipelines. Who You Are (Qualifications) The Essentials: MSc or PhD in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years of hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow). Extensive experience with state-of-the-art image generation models (GAN, Diffusion, Transformers) Exploring Mindset: Experience exploring workflows with generative AI models (especially diffusion-based) and a strong passion for reading and applying new research papers. Toolset Curiosity (Big Plus!): Familiarity with tools like LoRA, ControlNet, ComfyUI, or custom workflows around Stable Diffusion. Domain Knowledge (Big Plus!): Strong understanding of synthetic data generation and its role in training perception systems. Practitioner: A track record of deploying ML systems in domains like industrial automation, defense, or automotive. The Startup Gene: You excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you can take initiative and work independently. A Team Player: A problem-solving intellect with a team player spirit and a positive can-do attitude. What We Offer A competitive compensation package. Flexibility and work-life balance. Challenging tasks that are at the forefront of technology. The autonomy to make major technical decisions and influence the product direction. An international, caring culture where it is natural to both ask for and offer help. Flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home some days a week. Fun at work. Recruitment Process Application Review First Interview (1-1 with COO) - More about you. This is our chance to learn who you are and what you bring to the table. Technical interview (with 2-3 from the Repli5 team). You're given a technical problem similar to a customer request and you are expected to present how you would solve this (but not present the actual solution). This is followed by general technical questions Final stage is a sync with the CEO.
About Repli5 Repli5 builds computer vision training data for autonomous systems. Our customers are the engineering teams building perception stacks for autonomous vehicles, industrial robots, quality inspection systems. They come to us when their existing datasets are inadequate, and their models fall short. We combine simulation pipelines with generative AI workflows to produce high-fidelity synthetic and augmented training data at scale. That means augmentation of real-world imagery, domain adaptation on rendered scenes, and domain randomisation to cover the rare edge cases that inhibit model performance in production. The Role You will be Repli5's first dedicated commercial hire and the company's primary revenue driver. You'll report directly to the CEO, inherit an active pipeline, and build the sales motion from the ground up. This is not a quota-carrier role inside a mature sales org. You'll define the playbook - ICP targeting, outreach, qualification, pricing, and close. You will eventually hire the team beneath you. If you're looking for a script to follow, this isn't the right job. If you want to own a function and be rewarded when it works, read on. Industrial automation is our strategic growth focus. Experience in that vertical, or a network there, is a strong differentiator. What You'll Own The full commercial pipeline: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, close Go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the CEO. Target verticals, positioning, pricing Account development and expansion on existing customers Partnering with the CEO and ML engineers on technical discovery calls and proposals CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting Laying the groundwork for the future sales team What We're Looking For Must-have: Proven B2B sales track record in enterprise software or deep-tech. Minimum 3+ years. Technical fluency sufficient to hold a credible first meeting with a computer vision or perception engineer. You don't need to write the code, but you need to understand what they're solving. Experience selling into one or more of: autonomous vehicles, robotics, industrial automation, computer vision / machine learning, simulation, defense / aerospace. Full-cycle sales ownership. You've sourced and closed deals, not just managed handoffs. Self-starter who builds structure in ambiguity, not someone who needs it handed to them. Based in Gothenburg or able to relocate; comfortable with regular travel. Strong advantage: Existing network across physical AI or industrial automation buyers (engineering leads, ML engineers, heads of perception, CTOs) Background or education in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline Experience at an early-stage company or in a market development / commercial lead role What We Offer Competitive base salary benchmarked to experience Equity options aligned with long-term company success Performance bonus tied to commercial outcomes Direct line to the CEO and genuine influence over company direction The autonomy to build the commercial function your way Recruitment Process Application Review First Interview (1-1 with CEO) - More about you. This is our chance to learn who you are and what you bring to the table. Technical Workshop (with 2-3 Repli5 team). More about Repli5. This is your chance to learn who we are, what we're building, and showcase your ability to converse on an engineering level. We'll walk you through the technology and product, and expect you to ask the questions a customer would - and start building the technical answers you'll need in the field.

This is a rare "greenfield" opportunity: you will be architecting and building out the platform from the ground up, allowing users to effortlessly generate computer vision training datasets. As a pivotal early member of our startup, you won't just be writing code—you will lead our platform development. You will sit at the intersection of our users, our 3D artists, and our Machine Learning engineers, translating complex generative AI capabilities into a seamless, scalable user experience. If you love the autonomy of a startup, thrive on making high-level architectural decisions, and want to build a product that directly impacts the future of autonomous systems and robotics, this is the role for you. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities) Architect & Build: Lead the end-to-end full-stack development of our user-facing cloud platform, owning the technical roadmap and tech stack decisions. Product Lead: Lead the development of the platform product and ensure we are building features that solve real problems for our clients in robotics, drones, and manufacturing. Design for Flexibility: Create a robust architecture that thrives as a cloud-native application today, but is adaptable enough to be packaged for strict on-premise enterprise deployments tomorrow. Bridge the Gap: Work closely with our Software, Machine Learning, and 3D teams. You don't need to be an ML scientist, but you will integrate generative AI features and distributed training pipelines into the platform. Who You Are (Qualifications) The Essentials: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in full-stack software development with strong programming skills in modern frameworks (e.g., SvelteKit/React for frontend; Python/Node.js/Go for backend). Cloud & Infrastructure Guru: Deep experience architecting and deploying cloud platforms and practical knowledge of containerization/orchestration for both cloud and on-prem environments, as well as DevOps skills and experience in GPU-based services. Product Mindset: You have experience with, or a strong appetite for, Product Management/Product Ownership. You care just as much about why you are building something as how you are building it. The Startup Gene: You excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you can take initiative and work independently. Cross-Disciplinary Curiosity (Big Plus!): A strong interest in or exposure to 3D creation (e.g., Unreal Engine, Blender) and/or Machine Learning (specifically Generative AI or Stable Diffusion). Understanding these domains will give you a massive advantage in collaborating with our specialized team members! A Team Player: A problem solving intellect with a team player spirit and a positive can-do attitude. What We Offer A competitive salary, pension, insurances and Stock Options. Together with the client, you shape what gets built, then you build it. You'll work in cross-functional delivery teams alongside platform engineers and AI developers, each owning a distinct layer of the stack. A few examples of what this looks like in practice: Building a Kafka-based ingestion framework for a major insurance group, onboarding several thousand tables at scale so multiple downstream teams can actually use the data they need. Lifting an on-prem data warehouse into a cloud-based Databricks lakehouse for a Nordic logistics company, standing up CI/CD, integration, modeling, and quality assurance, then scaling for new use cases. Auditing a manufacturing company's data platform against best practices, delivering a migration plan, then staying on to bring in new sources, optimize workflows, and build out analytics models. The bar for what "done" means here is high: production-grade, observable, secure and used. What you get Assignments that accelerate you. Every 6–18 months you're in a new engagement. New industry, new architecture decisions, new stakeholders to earn trust from. You'll face more distinct technical challenges in two years here than most engineers see in five. Work that's hard to come by elsewhere. Modern data platforms underpinning enterprise AI is one of the most technically demanding spaces right now. The problems here aren't solved yet, and you'll be among the people solving them. Your direction, your call. Want to go deep technically, specialise in Databricks and Spark engineering, platform foundations or analytics engineering? Go for it. Want to grow toward Tech Lead or Solution Architect, steering delivery and building long-term client relationships? Also go for it. Both paths are real and equally valued. People who make you better. The people here are genuinely passionate about technology, not as a job, but as something they care about. Engineers who go deep because they want to, follow the space obsessively, and get restless when things stop moving. That's what keeps Redeploy consistently ahead, and it's what you'll feel from day one. The Perks. 30 days vacation · hybrid work and flexible hours · private medical insurance · pension (ITP1) · wellness allowance 5,000 SEK · free choice of tools and tech · free breakfast, soda and snacks · yearly gatherings and AW's · a team with genuine interests outside work — gaming, food, running, padel, golf, football, cycling Who you are You take ownership, hold yourself to a high standard, and bring real opinions to the table. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you're energised by the consulting pace, new challenges, new contexts, and the pressure to deliver. We care more about how you think, build and collaborate than whether your background ticks every box. Maybe you come from software development and want to move closer to data. Maybe you've never worked in consulting but you're curious about the variety it brings. Humble enough to play for the team, sharp enough to push back when it matters. What you bring A background in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent university degree Strong programming skills in Python, with solid experience in SQL and Spark, and a sound understanding of software engineering principles Experience with cloud-based data solutions (Azure preferred, but AWS is also highly relevant) Solid understanding of data structures, modeling and processing Familiarity with data architectures like Lakehouse and Medallion AI-assisted development (you actively use tools like Claude Code, Codex, or similar in your daily work) Strong plus: Databricks or Microsoft Fabric, CI/CD pipelines for data, data governance, graph databases, prior consulting experience, Swedish language skills About Redeploy Redeploy is where cloud, data, and AI come together in production. We help Nordic enterprises design, build, and operate modern tech platforms and AI solutions that are secure, scalable, and production-ready. Engineers at heart, we work hands-on across Azure, AWS, and Databricks from strategy to operations.

RaySearch develops software that supports cancer treatment at hospitals and radiotherapy clinics worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to work on RayIntelligence, an oncology analytics platform helping radiotherapy clinics turn data into actionable insights.About RayIntelligence Radiotherapy clinics generate large amounts of clinical and operational data every day, but much of this information remains difficult to access, analyze, and act upon. RayIntelligence is designed specifically for radiotherapy clinics, bringing together data from treatment planning systems, oncology information systems, and other clinical and operational sources. The platform enables clinics to analyze treatment workflows, patient volumes, machine utilization, resource planning, treatment patterns, and long-term outcomes. By making data more accessible and reliable, RayIntelligence helps clinics understand their operations, learn from past treatments, and continuously improve care. For healthcare analytics to create value, clinics need confidence in the data they use. RayIntelligence ensures consistent metrics, understandable insights, and traceable data from source to result. Already deployed at customer sites, the platform is continuously expanding its analytical capabilities and adoption worldwide. About the Role The role spans data ingestion, integration, transformation, analytical data modeling, and the implementation of new analytics use cases. Working in healthcare brings unique engineering challenges. Data quality, traceability, reproducibility, validation, and risk management are key aspects of our software development process. While RayIntelligence is not a medical device, we apply many of the same engineering principles and quality practices used across RaySearch. Unlike internal analytics teams, we are building a product for environments where we do not control the source systems. This requires us to handle limited access to real-world customer data, variations between customer environments, and the challenge of creating analytics that clinics can understand and trust. Today, the platform focuses on analytics and reporting use cases, with future AI and machine learning capabilities building on the foundations being developed. RaySearch supports the use of modern AI-assisted development tools where appropriate, while maintaining the quality standards and engineering rigor required in healthcare software. Responsibilities Capture and integrate data from clinical and operational source systems Design, build, and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines Develop analytical data models supporting product capabilities and customer use cases Implement new analytics capabilities using SQL and Python Contribute to architecture and design decisions related to scalability, maintainability, and data quality Improve observability, traceability, and reliability across the platform Ensure that metrics, transformations, and data flows can be understood, tested, and verified Participate in validation, testing, and risk-management activities appropriate for healthcare software environments Technology Stack Our platform includes technologies and programming languages such as: Python & SQL PostgreSQL & SQL Server dbt AWS CDC-based ingestion Apache Superset Your Profile We believe successful candidates will typically have experience in several of the following areas: SQL development Python development Data engineering and ELT/ETL development Data modeling and data warehousing Experience applying software engineering best practices to data platforms and production systems Translating product and analytical requirements into robust technical solutions Working with data quality, observability, testing, or traceability in production data systems Formal education in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is beneficial.
