WHAT WE DO AT QLIRO At Qliro we deliver safe and simple payments. We are a dedicated partner to our merchants who serve their customers every day. We believe that if our merchants grow, we grow. We are a company of dedicated, friendly and highly competent people that together have redefined what Qliro and payments can be. We are now on a journey of scaling our business both here in Sweden and the Nordics. WHAT YOUR TEAMS ARE DOING: We are seeking a Product Designer to join our design team, working closely with two of our product teams: Checkout Experience and Web & App. As a Product Designer at Qliro you own the full design cycle — research, prototyping, and crafting engaging, intuitive experiences — across the products these two teams build. You work side by side with Product Managers and engineers in both teams to drive the design forward based on research and data, and you help shape our shared design framework together with the rest of the design team. • Checkout Experience owns the checkout flow for our merchants’ customers, building the best e-commerce checkout and payment widgets. It’s a fullstack team with a lot of humour, collaboration and drive. • Web & App builds the products where our merchants’ consumers follow their purchases. A self-organised, autonomous team with full ownership of features from discovery all the way to operating them in production — fullstack, with most of its focus on the front end. WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO: • Drive the end-to-end design process, from discovery to implementation, across the Checkout Experience and Web & App product areas • Break down complex UX and design challenges into safe, simple and tangible solutions • Partner closely with Product and engineering in both teams from an early stage — understanding technical limitations and keeping consumer value at the centre • Balance the needs of two product teams, prioritising where your design time creates the most impact • Make AI part of how you work — using it to move faster, explore more directions and raise the quality of what you ship. At Qliro we expect everyone to actively embrace AI in their craft • Help define our design framework and ways of working together with the other designers in the design team • Help grow an insight-driven design and product culture at Qliro WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM You are a talented Product Designer with a creative mindset on how to solve tasks efficiently. You identify areas for improvement and can work both along a long-term strategic plan and deliver quick fixes where needed. You’re comfortable serving more than one team at once — juggling different contexts, stakeholders and priorities without losing the thread. You have extensive experience with digital products in fast-moving environments and a good understanding of the financial world and the demands it places on a great user experience. • Relevant education and 3–7 years of experience in product design, preferably within a payments domain • Figma is your best friend • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong collaboration skills, a real team player • Experience within the financial industry, or a good understanding of financial systems through interest • Naturally curious and insights/data driven • Can create structure in chaos by being self-driven and action oriented • Strong proficiency in Swedish, both writing and speech WOW IN EVERYTHING WE DO Qliro is the place for you who are curious, passionate and love collaboration. Together we have the power to create wow in everything we do. Feel comfortable being you and bringing your own unique perspectives. At Qliro there is a place for you whoever you are — differences are a strength. We love flexibility and remote work, and we also believe in the power of meeting in real life. With a mix of working remotely and collaborating in the office, we believe in a flexible workplace that suits both you and Qliro. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOUR NEXT ROLE? To ensure a strong start, you’ll receive hands-on training from an experienced colleague to familiarize you with our development process and tools before being in client discussions. After a while, you will start acting as the technical interface towards customers, leading discussions around progress, challenges, and next steps. In this role, you will Drive MEMS development projects from concept to the delivery of a final prototype. Evaluate customer designs and ensure manufacturability together with CAD and process experts. Define process flows and build fabrication recipes for new products. Bring together cross-functional experts early in the project to ensure a robust concept. Analyze process results using SEM and other characterization methods. Collaborate with Process Engineers to achieve desired results after each fabrication step. Own project timelines, order portfolios, progress, and delivery. Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure forward momentum. Act as the technical lead towards customers. Lead technical discussions, reporting, and planning. What We’re Looking For A Master’s degree or PhD with coursework in microfabrication/ nanotechnology. Experience with microfabrication through work or academic research, ideally using processes like lithography, plasma deposition and plasma etching. Summary of the Role: As Product Engineer (Full Stack) at Maze, you'll be the technical force behind our customer-facing product experience, owning the complete stack from UI to API while moving at startup velocity. This is a unique opportunity to join as one of the early engineering team members of a well-funded startup building at the intersection of generative AI and cybersecurity. You'll work alongside our full stack product team with significant autonomy, owning your own API layer that powers the React application, enabling you to move fast and deliver exceptional experiences without dependencies or blockers. You'll take full ownership of feature development from concept to production, building both the elegant UI components that security teams interact with daily and the robust API infrastructure that makes it all work. Your success will be measured by delivery velocity, product quality, autonomous execution, and the customer experience you create—not by process adherence or ticket completion. This role is perfect for a hands-on full stack engineer who has thrived in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments, values independence and ownership, and wants to build something extraordinary with a modern tech stack from the ground up. Your Contributions to Our Journey: * Own Product Feature Development: Take complete ownership of features from front-end UI through to API implementation and database layer, delivering end-to-end functionality that delights customers and drives product adoption * Build with Modern Front-End Excellence: Craft exceptional user experiences using React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and the TanStack ecosystem (Router, Query, Table), creating intuitive interfaces for complex security workflows with attention to detail and performance * Design and Maintain API Infrastructure: Build and own performant REST APIs using our Python/FastAPI backend, ensuring scalable, maintainable services that power the front-end while maintaining clean architecture and performance optimization * Drive Autonomous Execution: Operate with high independence and startup energy—identify what needs building, make technical decisions quickly, and execute without waiting for perfect requirements or extensive process * Optimize for Performance and Scale: Continuously improve application performance across the stack, from database query optimization to front-end rendering efficiency, ensuring our platform scales elegantly as we grow * Contribute to Architectural Decisions: Participate in technical discussions and architectural planning, bringing your experience to help shape our front-end architecture and potentially grow into owning architectural decisions as the team scales * Balance Speed with Quality: Move at startup pace while maintaining high standards—ship features rapidly, gather feedback, iterate quickly, but never compromise on code quality or customer experience What You Need to Be Successful: * Proven Full Stack Product Experience: 6+ years building production applications with strong command of both front-end and back-end development—you must be genuinely skilled at both, not primarily one with dabbling in the other * Strong TypeScript and React Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with TypeScript and React (or other modern component-based frameworks) in production environments, with strong understanding of component architecture, performance optimization, and modern patterns * Performant RESTful API Development: Proven track record building performant RESTful APIs with server-side frameworks, with experience designing scalable API architectures, optimizing endpoint performance, and building maintainable backend services * B2B SaaS Background: Direct experience in B2B SaaS product companies where you've built features for business users, understanding the unique requirements of enterprise product development and customer-facing applications * Database Performance Intuition: Strong understanding of database interactions and query optimization—you instinctively know when a query might blow up and how to structure data access for performance at scale * Startup Velocity Mindset: Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with bias for action—you "just go get it, go do it" without waiting for perfect specs, comfortable making pragmatic technical decisions quickly * Attention to Detail with Speed: Exceptional balance of moving fast while caring deeply about customer experience and code quality—you build things right the first time while maintaining velocity * Collaborative Independence: Comfortable working autonomously and owning your work end-to-end, while also collaborating effectively with designers, product managers, and other engineers when needed * Nice to Haves: * Python and FastAPI experience for our backend stack * Kubernetes/EKS experience for understanding our deployment environment and infrastructure * Temporal workflow orchestration experience for complex, distributed workflows * PostgreSQL optimization skills and experience with database performance tuning at scale * Experience integrating LLMs into applications, understanding how to build AI-powered features into production products * Experience with our specific front-end stack: TailwindCSS, TanStack ecosystem (Router, Query, Table), shadcn/ui, Radix UI * Infrastructure knowledge and comfort working with cloud platforms or infrastructure-as-code tools * Design system or component library development experience * Background at technical B2B SaaS companies where product velocity and customer experience were primary drivers Why Join Us: * Ambitious Challenge: We're using generative AI (LLMs and agents) to solve some of the most pressing challenges in cybersecurity today. You'll be building the product experiences that security teams interact with daily, creating intuitive interfaces for breakthrough AI-powered solutions. * Expert Team: We are a team of hands-on leaders with experience in Big Tech and Scale-ups. Our team has been part of the leadership teams behind multiple acquisitions and an IPO. * Impactful Work: Cybersecurity is a force for good - helping to stop cyber attacks ultimately helps deliver better outcomes for all of us. Your work will directly enable security teams to protect organizations worldwide from real threats. * Build an AI-Native Company: We're building a new company in the AI era with the opportunity to design everything from the ground up - you'll work with a modern, carefully chosen tech stack and help establish engineering practices that scale with us through hypergrowth. * Technical Ownership and Growth: True end-to-end ownership with your own API layer, freedom to make architectural decisions, and opportunity to grow into front-end architectural leadership as we scale the team and product.
Mentimeter is an engagement tool with a clear goal in mind. To turn presentations into conversations. Through real-time interactivity and clear visualizations, we get people to participate, engage and become more productive. Transforming all those passive meetings, airless classrooms and drawn out trainings into valuable and memorable moments. We truly believe that you achieve the best results by doing things together. And that successful leaders need to adopt a curious and collaborative mindset in order to get there. So with you at Mentimeter, you’ll be a big part of the ambition to help over 1 billion people listen, learn and work better together. SUMMER HIRING NOTICE: DUE TO SUMMER VACATIONS, WE WILL BEGIN THE REVIEWING AND INTERVIEWING PROCESS FOR THIS ROLE FROM AUGUST. HOWEVER, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ABOUT THE ROLE AI is changing how people create and consume content, and the Insights product area is where Mentimeter turns that shift into an advantage rather than something we retrofit later. It's the area that decides what every one of our users sees, learns and does next, to turn data into something valuable enough to come back for, and in turn drive retention and expansion for our business. As Senior Product Manager, Data / ML, you'll own the data and ML depth of Insights: the intelligence that turns every interaction into sharper results, insights and recommendations, pulls in context from inside and outside Mentimeter, and gets better the more it's used. With 300 million users' worth of interaction data behind it, the mandate is to turn that into a defensible asset. The data and ML is the means; a system that drives measurable outcomes for users and the business is the end. This is a senior, hands-on role with a clear mandate. You'll report to the Product Director of Insights: the Director owns the area's place in company strategy and its org shape, while you own the data and ML depth that delivers it. You'll work alongside the other product managers in the area, our Staff Engineers, our Science Lead, the Office of the CTO, and our data platform teams. The exact shape of the teams is still forming, and you'll help shape it. In your first year, success looks like a clear direction the area is bought into, and the first solid evidence that the system is compounding. WHAT YOU'LL DO OWN THE DATA AND ML DIRECTION * Set the data and ML direction for the area and get alignment behind it across product, engineering and leadership. * Turn raw interaction data into immediately useful, actionable insight for users, at the individual level and aggregated up to the organization, measured by whether people come back and act on it. * Keep recommendations grounded in science, not just patterns in the data, working closely with our Science Lead to keep what we surface credible and defensible. BUILD THE INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM, FOR UI AND AGENTS * Own the platform that generates insights and recommendations: opinionated, grounded in our thought leadership, and built so the rest of the suite can build on top of it. * Make that intelligence usable two ways at once, surfaced directly in Mentimeter's UI and exposed so our AI companion and external agents can act on it, with a clean separation between the logic and context layer and the experience layer. * Build the ranking and timing that gets the right insight to the right user at the right moment, getting sharper from what lands. * Partner with Staff Engineers on the architecture and technical bets: you bring the product judgment and the outcomes the system must serve, they own the technical design. MAKE IT LEARN, AND PROVE IT * Define the measurement and experimentation standards the area scales by, so we only scale what shows durable lift against a strong baseline. * Show, with evidence, how the system's insights and recommendations get sharper over time as it learns from feedback, for example through reinforcement learning. * Own how we ship AI well: anticipate failure modes, set quality bars, guard against feedback loops that reinforce errors, and roll back cleanly when the model is wrong. * Make pragmatic calls on when to reach for ML, GenAI or something simpler, proving value before scaling. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED DATA / AI PRODUCT LEADER * Several years leading data-driven or ML-backed products end to end, from discovery through rollout, ideally in B2B SaaS. * Experience with recommendation engines or similar ranking and personalization systems is highly relevant, and familiarity with AI ecosystems and integration patterns such as MCP is a bonus. YOU BUILD THE DATA SYSTEM, NOT JUST THE SURFACE * You've shipped data or AI products where the core value is the system itself, and you're comfortable reasoning about pipelines, models, and how data compounds over time. * You've led shared-capability or platform work where the real win was adoption and alignment across teams, not just shipping features. COMMERCIALLY MINDED AND OUTCOME-DRIVEN * You connect product decisions to business outcomes like retention, expansion and durable engagement, and treat data and ML as how you get there, not the point in itself. * You have a bias for the simplest solution that works, you resist over-engineering, and you have good judgment on when advanced ML or GenAI is worth the trade-off. RIGOROUS AND AI-NATIVE * Strong on experimentation, with real fluency in A/B testing, incrementality and causal inference. * Fluent in shipping AI responsibly and well: eval sets, failure modes, and a clear sense of what "good enough" looks like before something goes live. A LEADER WHO MULTIPLIES OTHERS * You lead through influence and coaching, make progress in ambiguity through iterative learning and clear decision points, and bring out the best in the people around you. Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications? Please apply anyway and let us know why you'd enjoy working in this role at Mentimeter. PRACTICAL DETAILS * This role is based in our Stockholm office, primarily onsite with the option to work from home twice per week. * Swedish is not required. Daily work is carried out in English, and the Mentimeter team currently boasts 50+ nationalities. * A cover letter is not required as part of your application. Compensation At Mentimeter, we believe in fair and transparent compensation that grows with you. The salary range for this role is SEK 70,000–SEK 91,000 per month. It’s intentionally broad to reflect the different stages of growth within the role: from early development to deep expertise and meaningful impact. Where an individual is placed within the range depends on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements. We’re committed to supporting your growth. You’ll have ongoing development conversations with your manager, and your salary will evolve as you build skills and contribute to our mission. In addition to your monthly salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package—learn more about it here: https://www.mentimeter.com/benefits/stockholm. What Mentimeter can offer At Mentimeter we can offer a diverse and inclusive work environment supported by smart and driven colleagues. We believe in continuous professional development for all of our colleagues and therefore offer access to a leadership program (including external personal coach) and relevant education to ensure that we continue to be state-of-the-art when it comes to innovating and building Mentimeter. Your place will be in a growing company with lots of career opportunities, working on a beloved product used by more than 300 million people. It’s not all about work though, we also offer a very healthy view on work-life balance. All of this comes attached with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including pension contributions. Learn more about our benefits by visiting our Benefits & Perks page AI and Hiring at Mentimeter At Mentimeter, we believe AI helps us work smarter - but it never replaces the human assessment, curiosity, and personal connection that define our culture and our hiring. We use AI as a sparring partner: to bounce ideas, bring new perspectives, support structure, and make our work more efficient. But the meaning, decisions, and interactions always come from people. * AI does not screen or decide on candidates. * There is no automated filtering, ranking, or decision-making in our recruitment process. Every application is reviewed by a person. * Hiring teams may use AI to support their work - for example, to structure notes, prepare interview questions, or organize their thinking. AI strengthens our work, but it does not define it. At Mentimeter, we’re not building an AI-driven hiring process - we’re building a people-first culture, where technology helps us listen, learn, and grow together. Culture at Mentimeter At Mentimeter we believe in giving everyone a voice - regardless of who you are. So we build a platform that does just that. Our platform is not only our product but also our organization. A platform where people feel safe, where differences are embraced, a place where you can have fun. We strongly encourage applicants who are people of color, LGBTQ+, women, people with disabilities, and/or formerly incarcerated people, and a college degree is not strictly required. In order to give everyone a voice, we need to be as diverse as our users. Learn more about our culture by visiting our Culture page. Review our Privacy Policy for more information.

UX Designer at Logikfabriken We're a consultancy of curious, generous people in tech who care as much about the craft as the team around us. Are you a UX Designer who wants to own the full design process, from discovery to delivery, on complex products that are both data heavy and deeply human? Perfect! 👌 You'd work close to developers, product managers, and stakeholders, balancing user needs with technical and business reality, and designing things that can actually be built, maintained, and evolved over time. You're confident in your work, you do your best thinking when problems get complex, and you want room to make a real impact. You're also someone who's social, clear in your communication, and genuinely enjoys close collaboration. That's a big part of how we work and how we have fun together. EXPERIENCE 5+ years of UX design experience You've worked end to end, from research and concepts through interaction design, prototypes, and follow up in real usage. You're used to making design decisions where technology, business, and user needs all need to be balanced. Experience from SaaS, B2B, internal tools, or complex workflows is a strong plus ✚. You know what it means to design for products that ship continuously, evolve over time, and serve real customers. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Curious and forward leaning. You want to understand users, products, and the problem behind the problem, and you keep an eye on where design and technology are heading next. Always learning, always sharing. You look for ways to learn from others and pass on what you know, whether through pairing, critique, writing, or just thinking out loud in a chat thread. A love for complex problems. Tangled domains, messy edge cases, and unclear requirements energize you rather than scare you off. A collaborative way of working. You share early, invite feedback, and bring others along instead of designing in isolation. Comfortable with AI in your craft. You've adopted AI tools into your own workflow, and ideally also designed AI powered features or products. Strong craft in interaction design, prototyping, and visualizing solutions. Outcome oriented. You don't stop at shipped. You care about whether the design actually moved the needle for users and the business, and you use that to shape what comes next. A pragmatic mindset. Good design that ships beats perfect design that never does. YOUR FIRST ASSIGNMENT You'll join a Swedish SaaS company in the people and culture space as the designer in one of their product teams. You'll be a member of the product trio alongside a product manager and an engineering lead, and you'll own the full design process for the team, from discovery through delivery. You'll also play a real part in shaping how AI shows up in the product. The product helps organizations understand and improve employee engagement, leadership, and wellbeing through continuous feedback and AI driven insights. Expect complex flows, layered data, and users that range from frontline employees to executives. A great fit if you like designing for products that are both data heavy and deeply human. Tech Innovation at Apotea Apotea is Sweden’s largest online pharmacy. We are rebuilding our core platform on a modern cloud-native architecture and investing in our technology stack. In Tech, our vision is to move toward AI-first, automated and data-driven systems — not by adding AI on top of legacy workflows, but by redesigning how software is built and operated. We focus on scalable, observable systems owned by engineers end-to-end. We are now looking for Senior Full-Stack Software Engineers who want ownership, impact and engineering challenges. The Role As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will design, build and operate distributed backend systems and modern frontend applications that power Apotea’s core products and emerging AI-driven experiences. You will own the full software lifecycle: architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring and improvement — from database design and backend services in Go to frontend experiences for teams and customers. You will work with data engineers, ML engineers, product managers and business stakeholders to turn problems into production systems, including agentic AI applications where software agents interact with data, services and workflows. Key Responsibilities Full-Stack System Design & Implementation: * Design and build backend services in Go for distributed, cloud-native applications. * Build frontend applications that connect users to data, workflows and AI-powered capabilities. * Build APIs and event-driven components across e-commerce, logistics, data and AI platforms. * Design systems with scalability, resilience and observability in mind. Database Design & Data Ownership: * Design application-level data models and database schemas. * Make informed trade-offs between storage approaches. * Understand query patterns and performance implications. * Integrate operational systems with analytics and ML pipelines. Agentic AI Applications: * Build production-grade agentic AI applications that integrate LLMs with real systems and workflows. * Design services that enable AI agents to act safely with business data. * Collaborate with ML and data engineers to operationalize AI in real products — not demos. * Help define guardrails and patterns for reliable AI-driven systems. Engineering Excellence: * Write clean, maintainable, production-quality code across backend and frontend. * Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions. * Build automated tests and CI/CD pipelines. * Take responsibility for production reliability and incident resolution. * Improve engineering standards, tooling and AI-assisted coding workflows. We are looking for someone with: * Strong experience as a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer building production systems. * Proven experience with Go (Golang) in backend environments. * Solid understanding of distributed systems and modern architectures. * Experience building frontend applications. * Experience with database design and application data modeling. * Strong fundamentals: testing, versioning, CI/CD, documentation and code quality. * Ownership mindset and ability to balance speed and quality. * Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude. Nice to Have * Experience with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks. * Familiarity with event-driven architectures and streaming systems. * Experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures. * Experience building AI-powered or agentic applications. * Exposure to high-scale e-commerce, logistics or data-heavy environments. * Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform, CDK or CloudFormation. Why Join Apotea? * A stable, future-focused company with a meaningful mission to improve healthcare accessibility. * Work on AI, ML and automation projects that impact millions of customers. * Work with modern cloud-native, automated and event-driven systems. * Join a flat, agile organization with minimal bureaucracy. * Grow through training, mentorship and industry conferences. * Collaborate in a transparent, cross-functional environment. * Own projects from concept to deployment.
