Your mission at Voi For the position as a Fleet Specialist, you'll have the possibility of working in two different areas, depending on workload and suitability. We have our mechanical team, where you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our vehicles. This means keeping our scooters in top shape and provide strong support to our team on the ground. We also have our In field team, where you'll be utilising our vans to perform different tasks in the Stockholm area, making sure our operations runs as efficiently as possible. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Leasing Administrator role is very much a 'hands-on’ role, where we are looking for someone to work closely with the Fulfilment Manager, and to be proactive in developing and supporting the growth of the department, establishing efficient processes in line with the growth of the business unit. * Owning the operational lifecycle by managing day-to-day dealer relationships, processing orders, and providing proactive updates to our customers. * Taking the lead on administrative duties, including the independent handling of finance documents, delivery bookings, and submitting delivery packs for payout. * Establishing strong professional credibility with our external stakeholders, specifically within our network of Dealers and Funders. * Supporting the health of the team by offering helpful feedback to peers and assisting with the coordination of our collective workload. * Maintaining an open-minded and proactive approach to change, while adapting to new process improvements to ensure there is no friction or bottlenecks. Assignment Description We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager IT What You Will Work On Ensure IT compliance for computerized systems and IT infrastructure Review and approve risk assessments, qualification, and validation documentation Review change controls, deviations, and periodic system reviews Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, SOPs, and internal quality requirements Support Computerized System Validation (CSV) activities Participate in IT compliance, qualification, and validation projects Provide QA support for IT projects and system changes Ensure data integrity principles are applied across IT systems Maintain and update the inventory of computerized systems Collaborate with QA, IT, Validation, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders Support continuous improvements in IT quality, security, availability, and compliance Contribute to regulatory inspections and audit readiness Review technical documentation to ensure regulatory compliance Support quality activities throughout the system lifecycle What You Bring Experience working in IT Compliance within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other GxP-regulated industries Strong understanding of Computerized System Validation (CSV) Experience reviewing qualification and validation documentation Knowledge of GMP, GxP, and pharmaceutical quality systems Strong understanding of Data Integrity principles (ALCOA+) Experience with change control, risk assessments, and periodic reviews Experience supporting QA and validation activities for computerized systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset Flexible with a proactive approach to quality and compliance
