Arbetsuppgifter Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer att vara löpande bokföring, kund- och leverantörsreskontra, löneadministration och hantering av reseräkningar. Medverka i bokslutsarbete. Stötta verksamheten i ekonomiska frågor samt ekonomisk administration som är kopplad till den fackliga verksamheten. Arbetet kan även i viss mån innebära övrigt förekommande administrativa uppgifter på avdelningsexpeditionen så som posthantering mm. Du kommer även vara back-up i vissa av dessa arbetsuppgifter för vår grannavdelning vilket kan innebära resor till deras kontor i Karlskoga. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig med gymnasial utbildning, gärna med ekonomisk inriktning, och som har minst tre års erfarenhet av brett ekonomiarbete inom bokföring, som inkluderat leverantörsreskontra, löneadministration, arbetsgivardeklaration. Om du även arbetat med förberedande bokslutsarbete är det en fördel. Dina kunskaper i Officepaketet är mycket goda och det är meriterande med erfarenhet av Visma Control och elektronisk fakturahantering. Det är även fördelaktigt om du är van vid att hantera reseräkningar.
