Food & Beverage Manager – Finspång Till vår verksamhet hos en av våra industrikunder i Finspång söker vi på ISS en affärsdriven och engagerad Food & Beverage Manager som vill utveckla både människor och verksamhet. Här får du en nyckelroll i en växande leverans med två restauranger, ett café samt hotellverksamhet i kulturmärkta miljöer, där du har stora möjligheter att påverka och vidareutveckla helheten. Om rollen Som Food & Beverage Manager har du det övergripande ansvaret för hela F&B-leveransen på siten i Finspång. Verksamheten omfattar två restauranger, ett café samt ett boutiquehotell med 20 rum och konferensverksamhet med tillgång till slottets möteslokaler. Verksamheten innefattar både en intern konferensdel inne i slottet samt möjlighet till externa gäster på restaurangens ovanvåning. Du ansvarar för att skapa en stark kundrelation samt säkerställa att leveransen sker i enlighet med avtal, uppsatta mål och ISS höga kvalitetskrav. I nära samarbete med kunden arbetar du kontinuerligt med att utveckla erbjudandet, förbättra gästupplevelsen och stärka verksamhetens lönsamhet.
