ABOUT ACCRUE Accrue is redefining how brands turn payments into loyalty. We help enterprise merchants launch their own branded wallets. About the role You've sat on the other side of this conversation. You know how loyalty and payments decisions get made at large retailers — who the real stakeholders are, how budgets get allocated, and what it takes to get a new product across the finish line internally. Now imagine using that knowledge to help build the category from the startup side. We're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager who brings firsthand retail or commerce experience to the way Accrue sells, positions, and wins enterprise deals. You won't need a long ramp to understand our customers — you've been one. What we're looking for is someone ready to channel that insider perspective into opening doors, building relationships, and closing meaningful partnerships. JOB REQUIREMENTS What you'll do * Use your retail and commerce network and category knowledge to identify and prioritize high-value merchant targets * Lead enterprise sales conversations with the credibility of someone who has lived the operational realities our customers face * Build multi-threaded relationships across merchant organizations — loyalty, digital, marketing, finance, and the C-suite * Help shape how Accrue positions its platform to resonate with retail, travel, DTC, and e-commerce buyers * Own deals end-to-end: from first conversation through negotiation and close * Partner with leadership to refine our go-to-market approach based on what you're hearing in the market * Represent Accrue at industry events where your existing relationships give us an immediate edge What we'd love to see * 5+ years of experience, with meaningful time inside a large retail, travel, DTC, or e-commerce organization in a role touching loyalty, digital, partnerships, or vendor management * A genuine interest in transitioning to a commercial, revenue-driving role at a startup * Strong existing relationships across the retail and commerce ecosystem * Ability to translate product capabilities into business outcomes for a retail or commerce buyer * Excellent communicator who can hold a room with senior stakeholders * Comfortable operating without a playbook and energized by building something new We care more about how you think than your exact title. You might be a great fit if you: * You've been in the room when a major retailer or brand evaluated a loyalty or payments vendor — and you know exactly what they got right and wrong * You're energized by the idea of building, not just operating within an established system * You want the ownership and upside that a large employer simply can't offer Benefits & Perks * No-cost and low-cost health plan options for employees and dependents * Company-contributed 401k * An empathetic team that values mental wellness and work/life balance * A brand new NYC office! Salary The estimated pay range for this role, based in New York City: OTE $240,000–$320,000 (uncapped), Base salary $120,000–$160,000. This role will also receive equity and the benefits listed below. The range listed is just one component of Accrue's total compensation package; this role will receive a competitive salary + sales commission + benefits + equity. The salary range is for US-based employees located in the listed market. Other benefits include those listed above such as healthcare and 401(k) with 3% contribution. Work Authorization Accrue does not provide employment sponsorship. Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Accrue is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive, innovative environment. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or Veteran status. If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please contact us at talent@accruemoney.com.

Do you get a kick out of opening doors that were closed five minutes ago? Interested in AI, emerging technology and learning how enterprise deals actually get done? We are looking for a driven and curious LIA Intern to help us build pipeline and drive revenue as we scale across Europe. About Us At Antrino Labs, we're building the next generation of AI powered visual intelligence. Our technology transforms cameras into intelligent systems capable of understanding what's happening in the real world using advanced Video Language Models (VLMs) and Computer Vision. Run parts of the sales cycle from day one, and eventually own the entire cycle yourself with support from your handledare. Handle objections, follow up relentlessly and keep momentum in live deals. Keep CRM data clean and use it to sharpen your own numbers. Turn complex AI capabilities into a clear business case for the person on the other end. Feed insights from the market back into product and marketing. Who You Are We're looking for someone who: Is enrolled in a YH program requiring a LIA internship. Is not afraid of the phone and treats rejection as data, not drama. Is competitive, self-driven and keeps going when the first ten attempts go nowhere. Communicates clearly and can hold a conversation with a decision maker twice their age. Is curious about AI and technology, and willing to learn the technical side. Is organised enough to manage many conversations at once. Speaks and writes Swedish and English confidently. Has a collaborative mindset, takes feedback well and brings ideas to the team. Is comfortable working on-site in Stockholm. Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot or similar outreach tooling is a plus. What You'll Get Hands-on experience at a cutting-edge AI company. Real ownership of your own pipeline, not just list building. Full sales cycle experience, from first touch to closed deal. Mentorship from professionals in AI, sales and business development. Experience working with one of today's fastest-growing technology sectors. Potential opportunities beyond the internship. Location: On site at our new office, Blasieholmen, Stockholm If you're excited about sales, technology and the future of AI, we'd love to hear from you. Apply with your CV and a short note on why you think you'd be good at this. Education & internship period This internship is suited for students currently studying sales, business development, marketing or a related field. The internship is preferably part of a LIA (Learning in Work) period and part of your studies. We ensure you get enough time to build skills, gain hands-on experience and grow within the team. We are looking forward to your application!

🏡 The Business Development team is expanding and we're on the lookout for a new team member who can help us find new doors to open, and then move right in. A role in the intersection of strategy, data and business, and where your analysis actually turns into real decisions. In short, you’ll be doing the ultimate interior styling of Hemnet’s future. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, early-career professional who wants to work at the very core of the business. You will help shape Hemnet’s strategy, identify new growth areas, and drive strategic initiatives from analysis all the way through to execution in the organisation. You will sit close to senior leadership, work across every part of the company, and prepare material that reaches the board. Your work will not disappear into a drawer. It will turn into real decisions. With rising competition and constant product releases, strategy here is never a theoretical exercise. It’s hands-on, sometimes messy, and always evolving - which also means ideas move faster, and your impact is instantly visible. The culture? High standards, high trust, low ego. It’s a position that offers a rare mix of high-level exposure and hands-on execution. Your responsibilities will include: * Driving strategic initiatives end-to-end: From identifying new growth opportunities and building quantitative business cases, to rolling up your sleeves and executing them across the organization. * Turning data into decisions: Translating complex analysis into clear insights, concrete recommendations, and high-quality decision materials for senior leadership, investors, and the board. * Managing alignment: Leading and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across Hemnet to ensure progress on our most important strategic priorities. Who you are 🤩 You are a driven, analytical, and structured doer who thrives on combining sharp thinking with real execution. You navigate complexity with ease, and you're just as comfortable building a rigorous Excel model as you are presenting it to the CEO. We think you are a great match if you: * Have a commercial compass: You naturally think in terms of value creation and business impact, always asking "how does this help Hemnet grow?" * Are a master communicator: You can translate heavy data into a clear, compelling story, adapting your message effortlessly whether you're talking to developers or the board. * Lead through collaboration: You are a natural at building relationships and driving alignment across the organization - even without formal authority. * Own the outcome: You have that "A to Z" mindset, meaning you take pride in seeing an initiative all the way through from an abstract idea to actual impact. Requirements * 2–3 years of professional experience and a background from management consulting * Academic background within Engineering, Business/Economics or similar * Solid quantitative and analytical skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English and proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across an organisation * Experience preparing high-quality materials for senior stakeholders (leadership och board level) Bonus * Experience from marketplaces (B2C, B2B or multi-sided) Hi! I am your new manager 👋 Hi! My name is Linnéa and I will be your new manager. I joined Hemnet six years ago and I am leading the Business Development Team here at Hemnet. We are a small but impactful team of three, that works in the center of Hemnet, collaborating closely across all departments. We value collaboration, great discussions, and a good laugh together! As a manager, I am transparent and try to always give insights into decisions, priorities and the bigger picture. I believe in freedom under responsibility. I will support you when needed and always be available to discuss ideas, but give you the freedom to drive your work independently. I strongly believe that if you have fun at work and enjoy spending time with your colleagues we will also create better results together! Why do I enjoy working at Hemnet so much? To me the answer is easy, the people. At Hemnet we have a unique culture; warm, open and helpful. At the same time we have high ambitions and a strong drive forward, which makes it a truly special place to work. A Note on Inclusion 💚 At Hemnet, we believe that diversity in gender, sexual orientation, ability, neurodiversity, cultural background and life experience makes us stronger.
