Den nya avdelningen  Som utvecklingschef leder du en helt ny avdelning med ett strategiskt och samverkande uppdrag inom och utanför den kommunala kulturverksamheten i Umeå. Avdelningen ansvarar för förvaltningsövergripande samarbeten, externa projektansökningar, samarbeten med andra städer både nationellt och internationellt. Uppdraget innebär också att, med kultur som verktyg och metod, bidra till samhällsomställning – exempelvis inom områden som klimatomställning, social hållbarhet, ökad inkludering och förebyggande arbete mot kriminalitet. Din roll  Som utvecklingschef leder du både strategiskt och operativt arbete för att stärka och utveckla kulturverksamheten lokalt, regionalt, nationellt och internationellt. Du initierar och driver nya satsningar samt utvecklar samverkan med aktörer inom och utanför kultursektorn, såsom andra förvaltningar, kulturutövare och organisationer. Genom ditt arbete bidrar du till en levande och attraktiv stad där kulturen är en tydlig drivkraft. Du leder ett team bestående av en mindre grupp medarbetare som kan variera över tid beroende på olika projekt. Du ansvarar för budget och resurser samt säkerställer att satsningar och projekt genomförs med god kvalitet och effektiv resursanvändning. Du företräder kulturförvaltningen i externa sammanhang både på svenska och engelska. Vi söker dig som har ; akademisk utbildning inom kultur, offentlig administration eller annan inriktning som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig, flerårig erfarenhet av arbete inom kulturverksamhet i offentlig sektor, erfarenhet som chef med personalansvar, god förmåga att uttrycka dig skriftligt och muntligt på både svenska och engelska. Övrigt Resor nationellt och internationellt ingår i tjänsten. The position Production processes at IRnova include test measurements and characterization of the products - large imaging arrays and integrated modules. Characterization processes employ a great deal of interdisciplinary knowledge and skills, such as technical physics, automation and electronic equipment, applied and system programming and mechanical design. Your mission will be owning the acceptance test procedure (ATP) which will include; · Coordinating the measurements on daily and hourly basis dependent on the current needs and availabilities including all logistics · Establishing and enforcing quality procedures for the ATP processes and equipment, incuding necessary documentation, tests and calibrations · Providing support to the production team for the ATP measurements including the methodology, hardware, software, logistics · Performing the ATP measurements when necessary · Owning and performing certain process steps · Participating, together with other Optronics and Development engineers, in the development of the characterization methods and infrastructure The position implies a substantial amount of practical work in the lab. You will work in close contact with engineers from the Optronics team, the production team, R&D team.
