Om verksamheten Som intensivvårdssjuksköterska vårdar du patienter i alla åldrar som är kritiskt sjuka med svikt i ett eller flera organ. Den moderna intensivvården handlar om att förbygga och behandla redan uppkommen svikt. Både Falun och Mora är allmänna intensivvårdsavdelningar vilket innebär att de vårdar patienter tillhörande samtliga kliniker på respektive lasarett. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår att handlägga, utföra och utvärdera ordinerade medicinska åtgärder. Du arbetar med monitorering och handhavande av avancerad medicinteknisk utrustning och läkemedel. Utifrån patientens individuella omvårdnadsbehov ska du identifiera, bedöma, utföra och utvärdera omvårdnadsåtgärder. Vidare ansvarar du som intensivvårdssjuksköterska för att skapa en god vårdmiljö som främjar patientens och närståendes psykiska, fysiska och sociala välbefinnande. Arbetsuppgifter Nu kan vi erbjuda dig som är sjuksköterska möjlighet att vidareutbilda dig till specialistsjuksköterska inom intensivvård samtidigt som du får behålla din grundlön under studietiden. Anställningen kallas utbildningsanställning och är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid med placering på IVA i Falun eller IVA Mora. Utbildningarna startar under vårterminen 2027. Vi har samarbete med Högskolan Gävle som erbjuder utbildningen med Campus Dalarna. Kvalifikationer Du är legitimerad sjuksköterska och kandidatexamen i vårdvetenskap alternativt omvårdnad eller sjuksköterskeexamen 180 hp inkl 15 hp examensarbete eller motsvarande. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet från att ha arbetat i några år som sjuksköterska. Du ska vara flexibel och stabil med god förmåga att hantera stress. Som intensivvårdssjuksköterska jobbar du proaktivt dvs ligger steget före, har handlingsberedskap för oväntade situationer. Du bör ha lätt att samarbeta med andra yrkeskategorier då arbetet kring patienten sker i team. Du erhåller en tillsvidareanställning som sjuksköterska på IVA i Falun eller IVA i Mora. Under terminstiderna har du en utbildningsanställning med grundlön som sjuksköterska. Antalet platser till utbildningsanställning beslutas efter ansökningstidens utgång. The work will focus on emergency care and urgent cases. Emergency care work is performed independently while working within a multidisciplinary team.
