Our platform analyzes complex financial data in real time to increase decision cadence, prevent costly mistakes, and surface value. Sapien has caught multi-million-dollar errors, saved thousands of jobs, and returned significant dollars to customers’ bottom lines. We partner with traditional businesses—manufacturing, healthcare, restaurants, and large enterprises—to deeply understand and automate their financial workflows. We’re HQ’d by Madison Square Park in NYC and backed by General Catalyst, Neo, and top operators from Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Ramp, and Stripe (over $9M raised). THE ROLE We're hiring our Founding AE to own deals end-to-end and help scale Sapien's revenue engine from the ground up. You'll run full-cycle sales from first conversation through close while helping shape our narrative, outbound strategy, and enterprise sales motion. You'll work directly with the executive team to turn early traction into a repeatable, scalable sales motion. This means running discovery, demos, pilots, and negotiations, closing customers, and helping define how Sapien sells—from pricing and packaging to sales process and playbooks. WHAT YOU'LL DO SALES EXECUTION * Own the full sales cycle from first meeting through close. * Run discovery, demos, pilots, and commercial conversations with finance and analytics leaders. * Manage pipeline and forecast revenue. You own deals and revenue outcomes. You figure out what needs to happen and you go do it, with attention to detail that holds up under scrutiny. HOW YOU WORK (VALUES WE CARE ABOUT) * AI-native. You’re energized by applying AI to transform how businesses run. * Ambiguity-shaping. You turn nebulous problems into a first pass and drive to resolution. * Extreme ownership. You identify what’s next—and do it. If you say it, it gets done. * Speed & hustle. You bias to action and move with urgency without sacrificing quality.

WHO WE ARE Sapien is rethinking how finance teams operate in the age of AI. We’re building toward an autonomous CFO -- systems that run company financials end-to-end. Our platform analyzes complex financial data in real time to increase decision cadence, prevent costly mistakes, and surface value. Sapien has caught multi-million-dollar errors, saved thousands of jobs, and returned significant dollars to customers’ bottom lines. We partner with traditional businesses—manufacturing, healthcare, restaurants, and large enterprises to deeply understand and automate their financial workflows. We’re HQ’d by Madison Square Park in NYC and backed by General Catalyst, Neo, and top operators from Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Ramp, and Stripe (over $9M raised). THE ROLE Every wave of enterprise software created a new kind of operator. On-prem had implementation managers. SaaS had solutions engineers. Agentic AI demands something different: people who don't install software, they deploy intelligence. They rewire how finance teams think, work, and decide. That's this role. You'll be the bridge between Sapien and the finance orgs we serve, dropping into customer environments, learning their workflows cold, and redesigning them around our agents. But deployment is only half of it. You'll sit at the center of the company: feeding what you learn in the field back to sales, shaping the product roadmap with engineering, and giving the founders ground truth on where the market is going. Part strategist, part operator, part finance translator. The connective tissue between customers, sales, product, and leadership. If you've ever watched a finance team grind through a process and thought "there has to be a better way", we built this role for you. WHAT YOU’LL OWN Customer Deployments * Own customer implementations end-to-end: scoping, workflow mapping, deployment, training, and optimization. You are the reason a customer succeeds. * Embed with finance teams (CFOs, FP&A, analysts) to learn how they actually operate, then transform those workflows onto Sapien. * Build the deployment playbook from zero: repeatable frameworks for onboarding, integrating, and scaling Sapien across organizations. Cross-Functional Impact & Strategy * Arm the sales team with what you learn in the field, including real customer pain points, objections, success stories, and the language CFOs actually use, so every deal benefits from every deployment. * Work directly with engineering to set the product roadmap: translate real finance workflows into product requirements, stress-test new features, and push for what customers actually need. * Spot patterns across deployments that shape where the product and GTM motion go next. * Partner with the founders on customer materials, internal strategy, and high-priority initiatives. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Finance and operating background. 2–6 years in banking, PE, consulting, or a similarly analytical role. You know your way around financial statements, operating metrics, and corporate finance. * Strong in front of customers. You can hold a room with a CFO. You listen more than you talk, build trust quickly, and turn vague concerns into concrete next steps. * You build systems, not just deliverables. When you solve a problem, you make sure it stays solved. You leave behind processes, not just outputs. * AI-native. You use AI tools every day. You pick up new tech faster than anyone around you and you can't help but show others how to use it too. * High agency. You don't wait for a brief.

We use AI as a sparring partner: to bounce ideas, bring new perspectives, support structure, and make our work more efficient. But the meaning, decisions, and interactions always come from people. * AI does not screen or decide on candidates. * There is no automated filtering, ranking, or decision-making in our recruitment process. Every application is reviewed by a person. * Hiring teams may use AI to support their work - for example, to structure notes, prepare interview questions, or organize their thinking. AI strengthens our work, but it does not define it. At Mentimeter, we’re not building an AI-driven hiring process - we’re building a people-first culture, where technology helps us listen, learn, and grow together. Culture at Mentimeter At Mentimeter we believe in giving everyone a voice - regardless of who you are. So we build a platform that does just that. Our platform is not only our product but also our organization. A platform where people feel safe, where differences are embraced, a place where you can have fun. We strongly encourage applicants who are people of color, LGBTQ+, women, people with disabilities, and/or formerly incarcerated people, and a college degree is not strictly required. In order to give everyone a voice, we need to be as diverse as our users. Learn more about our culture by visiting our Culture page [https://www.mentimeter.com/culture]. Anyfin is building the next generation of consumer finance. We’re profitable, scaling quickly, and now operating with a banking license which opens up a lot of technical complexity. We’re looking for a senior fullstack engineer who enjoys moving fast, taking real ownership, and building things that actually have an impact. If that sounds like your kind of environment, keep reading. Because honestly, it’s not a role for everyone. Small team, high responsibility We hire carefully. We’re not a company that grows by adding headcount everywhere, we grow by keeping the bar high and building a team where every person matters. This isn’t a place where you disappear into a big org. If you join, you’ll have real influence on what we build and how we build it. What you’ll do You’ll work across the stack, end to end: Build and ship features across backend, web and mobile. Own projects from idea to production (and beyond). Make product and technical decisions, not just implement tasks. Build systems that scale with real users and real money. Work closely with product and design, in person, every week. Our main stack is TypeScript, Node.js, React, React Native. How we think about building We’re pragmatic. We like speed, but we also care about building things that last. AI isn’t a side tool here. It’s embedded in how we work helping engineers move faster, reduce friction and focus on solving meaningful problems. We’re looking for engineers who are curious about that shift and want to be part of it, rather than people who feel like good engineering means doing everything the hard way. No ego. Just good judgment and high output. You’ll thrive here if you… Have solid fullstack experience. Take responsibility naturally and don’t wait to be told what to do. Enjoy messy problems and figuring things out as you go. Like being in an ambitious and collaborative team. Want to build, not just maintain. You’re comfortable with things like: Backend microservice architecture and API design. React-based frontend work. Databases, CI/CD, cloud (GCP). Shipping real products to real users. A few practical notes Stockholm based. EU work authorization required. Why Anyfin? Because this is one of those moments where a company is about to level up: Banking license secured, expansion ahead and a lot to build. If you want to be part of a small, high-trust team doing meaningful work, we’d love to hear from you. Apply only if you want the responsibility that comes with real impact.
