Vi söker en Workshop Technician / Produktionsspecialist
Som Produktionsspecialist kommer du att arbeta i ett team som för närvarande består av tre personer med samma roll på vårt Training Center (TC) samt ingå i den tekniska avdelningen. På den tekniska avdelningen supportar vi den nordiska regionen i tekniska frågor, både internt och externt.
Tillsammans med övriga personer på TC ansvarar du för den praktiska utbildningen av våra kunder, antingen på TC eller ute hos kund. Arbetet består av att åka ut till kunder och supportera dem i deras produktion samt att utbilda dem praktiskt på TC när nya produkter lanseras.
När kunderna bygger en produkt första gången eller om kunderna har problem i produktion blir det ofta aktuellt att åka till kund och supportera. Du kommer även att supportera kunderna via e-post och telefon när de har praktiska problem. Detta innebär att resor ingår i tjänsten, även utanför Sverige.
Vid mässor och vid olika typer av tester, såsom brandtester, ansvarar TC för att bygga produktprover, både stora och små. Vid brandtest ska Produktionsspecialisten även installera partiet hos RISE.
På TC finns en testrigg där Produktionsspecialisten kan utföra täthetstester för vatten och luft. Vid reklamationer händer det att Produktionsspecialisten åker ut och undersöker problemet.
I tjänsten är det även viktigt att kunna arbeta med vår mjukvara TechDesign och kunna göra nya samt justera bearbetningsmacron i vår CAM-mjukvara för vidare utskick till CNC.

OVERVIEW The Prototype Development Workshop provides mechanical manufacturing expertise across a wide variety of product development in all sectors. With access to a suite of manufacturing equipment including manual lathes and mills, 3 and 5 axis CNC, Laser cutter and 3D printers providing component and sub-assembly through to full machine manufacture for proof of concept, prototype and low volume deliverable hardware. At Heart Aerospace we develop the ES-30, a regional hybrid-electric airplane with a capacity of 30 passengers, an electric zero-emission range of 200 km and an extended hybrid range of 400 km. Heart is targeting type certification of the ES-30 by the end of the decade. Your mission We are looking for a Prototype Workshop Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that combines mechanical and electrical assembly, prototype fabrication, and workshop development. You will support the build and integration of test rigs, sub-systems, and full-scale prototypes as we develop our electric aircraft. You’ll also play a critical role in setting up and maintaining our prototyping workshop, ensuring it is safe, functional, and efficient. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prototype Assembly & Fabrication: * Support the assembly of mechanical and electrical components for prototypes and test rigs. * Assist with wiring, soldering, crimping, and integration of electrical systems and harnesses. * Perform basic machining, 3D printing, and fabrication tasks (e.g., cutting, drilling, and fastening). * Collaborate with engineers to build, test, and iterate on functional prototypes. Workshop Development & Support: * Help set up workshop infrastructure, including tools, benches, safety systems, and inventory. * Maintain an organized and well-equipped workshop environment. * Manage tool calibration, equipment maintenance, and consumable supplies. Team Collaboration: * Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams. * Provide feedback on design for manufacturability and assembly (DFMA). You'll Bring These Qualifications: * Technical diploma or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic systems. * 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in prototype assembly (mechanical and electrical). * Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. * Good communication and teamwork skills. These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have: * Experience in an R&D, aerospace, automotive, or startup environment. * Experience with CAD tools and/or fabrication techniques (e.g., CNC, welding, additive manufacturing). * Familiarity with test instrumentation, DAQ systems, or low-voltage electronics.
