ABOUT HYPEREXPONENTIAL (HX) At hyperexponential, we're building the AI-powered platform that enables the world's most critical decisions in a $7 trillion industry - which risks to take, and how to price them. These are the decisions that shape real-world outcomes: whether rockets successfully launch into space, autonomous vehicles make it to market, or communities recover after major storms. Until now, insurance has been making billion-dollar decisions using outdated tools. We're changing that. Our platform brings together data, AI, and human expertise to give insurers the fastest path from submission to decision - helping them move faster, act smarter, and take on more risk with confidence. Backed by a16z, Highland Europe, and Battery Ventures, we're scaling globally - already trusted by nearly 50 of the world's largest insurers, with zero churn and billions in premiums flowing through hx. What began as a single product in one market has rapidly evolved into a multi-product, multi-territory platform powering every stage of pricing and underwriting. AI is at the core of what we do - from building the world's first domain-specific AI peer programmer for insurance (think GitHub Copilot with a PhD in actuarial science) to shaping agentic workflows that reinvent how this industry operates. What makes hx different is the people who build it. Here, impact isn't tied to title or tenure; it's defined by the challenges you take on and the discipline you bring. Surrounded by peers who stretch you, you'll do the best, hardest work of your life in a company engineered to endure. If that sounds like you, join us in building what comes next. ABOUT THE TEAM Corporate Marketing at hx builds trust and mental availability — so the people we care about know what we stand for. We are a team of creatives, designers, brand storytellers, and experience makers, and we create the brand fuel that powers everything: the design, video, and creative output that turn awareness into measurable signals through owned media, thought leadership, and executive communications. This is a hands-on, AI-native team where experimentation is expected and creative judgement matters as much as execution speed. We stay involved from concept through to delivery, we hold a high bar for craft excellence, and we expect the same from everyone we work with. As Multimedia Creative Lead, you'll own the development and delivery of creative output across formats, set the quality bar for visual storytelling, and ensure hx's brand shows up with consistency and impact across every touchpoint. This role sits at the heart of how we bring who we are and what we're building to life — visually, creatively, and across every format we show up in. Check out our Marketing & GTM Engineering Candidate Hub for a behind the scenes look at the team you would be joining! WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Own the end-to-end creative process from brief to final delivery, producing high-quality video, motion, design, and event assets aligned to brand standards and campaign priorities. * Develop compelling storytelling concepts that bring hx's brand, customer success, and product narrative to life across multimedia formats. * Lead creative direction and production planning for out-of-home and experiential brand activations, coordinating execution for flagship events and priority campaigns. * Scope and coordinate external creative production partners — agencies, editors, photographers, and specialist freelancers — ensuring quality and delivery against tight timelines. * Use AI-native tools and industry-standard creative software to accelerate output and maintain creative consistency across a growing volume of work. * Collaborate closely with the Corporate Marketing team, product marketing, and leadership to turn strategic briefs into launch-ready creative that drives brand visibility and audience engagement. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE DONE * Led multimedia creative production for 7+ years across a creative agency, in-house brand team, or as an independent contractor, with demonstrable experience delivering high-quality work across video, motion, and design formats. * Shipped creative projects from concept to completion with minimal oversight, demonstrating strong creative judgement, storytelling instincts, and the ability to balance speed with craft excellence. * Built and maintained a network of external creative production partners, confidently directing and coordinating photographers, videographers, editors, and agencies to deliver exceptional outcomes. * Worked hands-on with AI-native creative tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Claude, ElevenLabs, Riverside, Jitter, and equivalent AI video generation platforms, alongside industry-standard tools including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, and equivalents. * Worked independently across design and motion — comfortable producing assets in Figma without designer oversight, developing motion work independently, and briefing specialist teams for larger concept-led projects. * Produced founder, exec, or personality-led creative work — understanding how to build a compelling human story through video, design, and multimedia formats. YOU'RE UNLIKELY TO THRIVE HERE IF * You prefer heavily structured environments with extensive oversight and clearly defined processes at every stage. * You need to be the loudest creative voice in the room — this role requires confidence without ego and the ability to elevate others' ideas as much as your own. * You're comfortable shipping work that's good enough — the bar here is high and the standard is non-negotiable. If reading our Culture Document leaves you feeling neutral rather than energised, hx may not be the place where you'll do your best work. We're building something that asks for commitment and conviction, and we want you to feel excited by the opportunity to grow with us. COMPENSATION At hx, we're committed to salary transparency. You'll always have clarity on pay early in the process - our Talent Partner will share details with you during initial conversations - and we're working towards publishing salary information for all roles globally.
