Arbetet som linjetekniker innebär att du är produktionens första kontaktperson vid driftstopp. Du ansvarar för att åtgärda störningar samt koordinerar resurser för större tekniska problem på linorna i samråd med skiftledare. I rollen ingår även att utbilda personalen i tekniska frågor. Arbetstiden är förlagd till dagtid.

As a Secondary Market Specialist, you will be responsible for the following: * Managing the secondary market process, including rate locks, loan commitments, and the sale of applicable mortgage loans to investors. * Maintains accurate investor records and provides monthly reports to management. * Pricing, hedging, and sale of mortgage loans to investors. Salary Range: This is a non-exempt position. The starting hourly rate for level I is $27.35-$34.19, Level II is $33.70-$42.12, Senior $41.52-$51.90 per hour; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity. Schedule: * Normally works a weekday schedule, but may be required to work evenings, holidays, or weekends. Education/Experience: * You must have an associate degree relatable to business is required for Levels I and II. A bachelor’s degree relatable to business, finance, economics, mathematics is required for the Senior Level. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. * Level I: Requires two years of experience within mortgage operations or financial services. Secondary market lock desk experience is preferred. * Level II/Sr: Requires four years of experience within Lock Desk or a Secondary Marketing environment. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: * NMLS License. * SAFE Act registration required. * A professional designation such as an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) or Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) from the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) is preferred for levels I and II but required for the senior level (12 additional months of experience in relatable to the position may be substituted in lieu of the designation). Keys to success: In order to be successful as a Secondary Market Specialist you must possess these qualifications: * Knowledge of secondary mortgage markets and investor requirements, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Federal Housing Administration (FHA), VA, and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) programs, as well as mandatory versus best efforts execution strategies. * Knowledge of the mortgage loan life cycle, including origination, pricing, lock management, loan boarding, servicing, escrow administration, accounting interfaces, and loan sale execution. * Knowledge of real estate practices, mortgage lending regulations, and compliance requirements, including government lending programs and TILA‑RESPA (TRID) rules related to changed circumstances and fee tolerances. * Knowledge of loan pricing structures, margin management, and competitive market dynamics, with the ability to analyze investor pricing, competitor rates, fallout trends, and pipeline risk. * Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills to evaluate complex scenarios, pricing exceptions, and risk factors, and to recommend tactical margin or execution adjustments. * High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information, supported by strong organizational and administrative skills. * Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex pricing concepts and market movements to loan officers, management, and external partners. * Proficiency with mortgage and pricing systems and business tools, including Microsoft Office, Optimal Blue, Encompass, or similar pricing and loan origination platforms, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
What does an Inventory Coordinator do at Swire Coca-Cola? The inventory coordinator is responsible for all warehouse inventory control processes and maintaining accurate records in accordance with company policies. This would include, but not limited to, performing a physical count and reconciliation of inventory, investigating and correcting all discovered discrepancies, ensuring all monthly, weekly, and daily Requirements are achieved; and communicating important information regarding the condition, trends, or processes impacting the ability to maintain adequate control of the inventory of all warehouse goods including finished goods, raw materials, and deposit Items with warehouse leadership. Responsibilities: * Reconcile finished goods inventory in SAP, the inventory database, compared to the finished goods inventory that is physically counted * Conduct daily cycle counts to research and correct any variances * Count and research and correct any variances in inventory * Teamwork, in order to ensure all finished goods are completed in a timely manner which does not disrupt production operations or product supply to the Sales Centers and especially to the customers * Performs other tasks as determined and assigned by Warehouse Management including Pallet Building when required Requirements: * 1+ years Warehouse and/or inventory experience required * Extensive knowledge of all Warehouse Processes and Systems (SAP) * Analytical Skills and ability to count * Strong PC Skills including Microsoft Office Applications and SharePoint * Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere while walking and repetitively lifting 30 lbs * Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Job Summary: The CIP Bay Attendant is responsible for the thorough cleaning and sanitization of dairy tankers in strict adherence to established procedures and guidelines. Essential Job Functions: Comply with operating procedures and safely operate clean in place (CIP) milk bulk tank wash systems Clean hoses, buckets and carts, hand rail of ladder, wash bay floor, around tanks, and handwashing sink Respond promptly to any spills or accidents, cleaning and sanitizing affected areas Organize and store a variety of supplies, tools, and hoses in designated areas Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to sanitize surfaces, control panels, and equipment within the CIP control room Use proper instrumentation during each step of the CIP Cycle, including rinsing Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of caustic tanks, fresh water tanks, and reclaim tanks Complete confined space assessment for every tanker that is entered. Conduct daily vehicle inspection of yard truck Conduct swab testing on all tankers to assess and ensure cleanliness Ensure that the information recorded in the seal log corresponds accurately with the details in the wash log Operate a terminal tractor to maneuver tankers in and out of the CIP bay and park them in their designated areas on the yard Follow all Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), Juice Products Association (JPA) and OSHA standards for safety and tanker wash guidelines Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties, including the use of protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment Other duties as assigned Qualifications: REQUIRED: High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s license in state of residency with acceptable driving record Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and submit to the company random drug and alcohol program Basic understanding of food-grade tank trailer components and systems Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest quality and work standards Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying environmental conditions Ability to work any schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to read and understand CIP operating manuals PREFERRED: Entry level mechanical knowledge and experience One (1) year related experience Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential function of this job. Work Environment: The duties of this job are performed in both a wash bay and office environment, a light industrial environment, and outdoors, thereby experiencing some minor to moderate level of noise due to equipment. Exposure to various climate conditions, fumes, dust, odors, oil/grease, and gasses. Must be focused on safety and work with a variety of potentially harmful substances, and the high pressure wash equipment can pose dangers if not handled properly. Must be safety conscious and willing to follow all safety rules at all times to protect themselves, their coworkers, and their customers.
