Based in San Diego, California, Eyes On Eyecare is a technology and healthcare information company shaping the future of eyecare.
Through brands like Eyes On Eyecare, Glance, and npiQ, we deliver web applications, accredited education, and data products to
tens of thousands of eyecare professionals. Our mission is to support the people who care for vision with the tools, knowledge,
and connections they need to do their best work.
The Content Studio is our new engine for content marketing and client-associated content — sponsored content, independent
editorial supported by advertising, custom partner programs, and other client-related and client-adjacent deliverables. As our
pipeline of revenue-related deliverables grows, the Studio is where exceptional, activated medical content gets made on behalf of
partners.
Eyes On Eyecare understands the balance between audience curation and business development. We're hiring a talented, team-oriented
Managing Editor to own and operate content production for the Content Studio.
Client Services quarterbacks each engagement — the relationship, the brief, and the timeline at the client level. You own the
content: its quality, accuracy, voice, and on-time delivery are yours. You translate what a partner is trying to accomplish into
work that is accurate, polished, useful, and appropriate for a clinical audience — content that serves the partner and the
professional eyecare audience at the same time.
This is a critical role for a growing pipeline of revenue-related deliverables, and it carries real ownership. You'll be
surrounded by a supportive Content team, and as volume scales you'll build the systems, standards, and workflows — and eventually
the team — that let the Studio grow.
This role reports to the VP of Content and sits within the Content department, working closely with Client Services, Sales, and
the rest of Content.
