About the team
The GTM Product Marketing team sits within Stripe's Product Marketing org. We make sure Stripe sellers walk into every
conversation prepared, confident, and armed with the right story. As Stripe's center of excellence for general product enablement,

seller-ready narratives, resources, and enablement — and we measure our impact on seller confidence and how effectively our teams
pitch, qualify, and close.

AI-driven shopping. We're looking for an exceptional GTM product marketer to bring Stripe's story to market. In this role, you'll
be the connective tissue between product, marketing, and the field. You'll translate complex commerce and checkout capabilities
into compelling narratives and seller resources that resonate with our users and drive adoption. You'll equip customer-facing
teams to confidently pitch all our solutions, answer technical questions, and speak to the roadmap. You'll also elevate seller and
field insights to refine product positioning and messaging.

You are able to manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep various workstreams on track. * Be ambitious. You are eager to make an impact at Stripe. You thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic, hyper-growth environment and are able to operate fluidly between the 30,000-foot strategy level and the micro-detail to get things right * Act as a team player. Product Marketers collaborate across the Marketing team and with basically every team at Stripe. You are able to work with a range of disciplines to execute on your work RESPONSIBILITIES * Own and evolve Stripe's portfolio-wide pricing narrative, developing clear, compelling messaging and positioning for how Stripe prices its products. * Train and enable sales teams to communicate, position, and defend Stripe's pricing in competitive deals. Develop value selling playbooks that equip sellers to articulate Stripe's differentiated value. * Own the GTM strategy, plan, and growth for bundling and packaging efforts across Stripe's product portfolio, partnering with Growth Product, Product Pricing, Design, and web teams. * Launch new pricing constructs, develop go-to-market plans, create messaging and positioning for different user segments. WHO YOU ARE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 5–8 years of prior product marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in B2B technology settings. * Experience developing messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Experience managing cross-functional GTM efforts, including working closely with product, sales, and growth teams. * Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder launches from strategy through execution. Preferred qualifications * Prior experience with pricing, packaging, and owning pricing-focused launches. * Experience developing value selling playbooks and enabling sales teams. * "Roll up your sleeves" mindset to get any job done.
