WHY THIS ROLE IS ON THE MENU Eversight — an Instacart company — is the recognized leader in AI-powered promotion optimization, and we’re now expanding into a broader Data Solutions platform powered by Instacart’s unparalleled retail data. Global brands like Coca-Cola, Frito-Lay, and Hershey already rely on us to drive higher ROI on promotional spend — and the opportunity ahead is even bigger. We’re hiring an enterprise Account Executive who is a true hunter: someone energized by building new relationships, opening new logos, and helping the world’s leading CPGs transform the way they plan, execute, and evaluate trade promotions. This is a high-earnings, high-impact role at the frontier of CPG data and analytics. WHAT YOU’LL COOK UP IN YOUR FIRST YEAR * A pipeline of net-new CPG logos sourced, progressed, and closed — consistently hitting a cadence of 10–12 deals per year at an average deal size of $80k–$120k. * C-suite and VP-level relationships built at target enterprise accounts, with Eversight’s Offer Innovation Suite and Data Products clearly positioned against what matters most to their revenue growth management, insights, and category management teams. * Complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles owned end-to-end — from champion development through executive alignment, negotiation, and close — with Salesforce reflecting a clean, forecastable pipeline throughout. * A seamless handoff and expansion motion co-developed with the SDR, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams — ensuring new logos land well and are set up for renewal and growth. * Direct influence on how Eversight goes to market — bringing customer insights, competitive signals, and deal learnings back into the product and commercial strategy. THE SECRET INGREDIENTS WE’RE LOOKING FOR Must-have pantry staples (Minimum Qualifications) * 5+ years of quota-carrying experience selling complex technology and data solutions, with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota. * SaaS selling experience (required), including previous sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, or similar). * Demonstrated success closing 10–12 deals per year with an average deal size of $80k–$120k in an enterprise environment. * Experience managing the full sales cycle from business champion to C-level, including selling to personas such as Chief Customer Officer, VP of RGM, Head of Insights, Head of Category Management, CFO, and CEO. * Proven ability to establish trust and credibility at target companies through a consultative approach, executive presence, and a keen command of your solution’s value. * Strong negotiation skills and excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. * Proficiency with Salesforce.com and standard productivity tools (Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Lucidchart, etc.). * Willingness and ability to travel 40% of the time. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Optional garnishes (Preferred Qualifications) * Understanding of Consumer Panel and Scanner Data markets for CPG. * Familiarity with Trade Marketing and Revenue Growth Management functions within CPG organizations. * Understanding of retail scanner data applications and the CPG in-store trade promotion evaluation process. * Strong customer references from enterprise CPG accounts. #LI-Remote Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work. You’ll operate as a trusted C-suite advisor, with rare access to CHROs and executive teams at the very top of the market, and work alongside Unmind’s most senior commercial leaders to close some of the biggest enterprise agreements in our history. What you’ll do: * Partner with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs and Boards as a strategic advisor, shaping executive-level business cases grounded in financial and organisational impact — with genuinely exceptional access to senior decision-makers. * Originate, develop and close net-new enterprise opportunities, including global, multi-year agreements with some of the world’s most recognisable companies. * Lead highly complex sales cycles across multiple buying committees, geographies and functions (HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Risk). * Apply value-based, outcome-driven selling to close $1M–$5M+ ARR deals, with experience across $10M+ total contract value. * Influence Unmind’s enterprise go-to-market approach, mentoring senior sellers and raising the bar for how we win at the very top of the enterprise market.
