We are rebuilding the energy transaction, making it transparent and fair.
Our goal is to put power back where it belongs, in the hands of customers and to take on one of the most critical problems of our
century, access to low cost electricity.
tem exists to fix a broken global energy market that’s long favoured legacy operators, intermediaries, and opaque pricing. Today’s
electricity system was not designed for rapid decarbonisation, AI-driven efficiency or fair access for the actual users -
businesses and generators.
We’ve built the first AI native transaction infrastructure to reinvent how electricity is bought, sold and priced. Our technology
is designed to cut out the inefficient fees, automate complex market flows, and bring transparency and fairness to energy
transactions at scale.
In late 2025, after extraordinary growth, we closed a $75 million Series B - led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with participation
from Albion, Atomico, Allianz, Hitachi Ventures, Hitachi Ventures, Schroders Capital and others - positioning us for global
expansion, deeper product innovation and category leadership.
We’re scaling internationally and building toward a future where AI-driven infrastructure is foundational to electricity markets
worldwide.
Since launch, our modern utility product, known as RED, has already facilitated thousands of business customers and billions in
energy transaction value, proving that modern software and AI can transform an industry built on legacy systems.
At tem, we’re not just building another energy company, we’re rearchitecting market infrastructure so that transparency,
efficiency and sustainability become the default, not the exception.
At tem, everyone works in either an Engine or a Service. Engines are cross-functional teams focused on one part of the customer
journey, and they own results from start to finish. Each Engine is responsible for improving a clear measure of success. Services
are specialist teams that build shared tools and expertise, and they support Engines when needed. This setup helps us stay
focused, move faster, and makes it clear how each role contributes to the success of the business.
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Operations coordinator to join the Onboarding and Service cross-functional team. This is a
hands-on operations role: you’ll do real back-end processing work that keeps the engine running, and you’ll be expected to do it
accurately, take ownership of your remit, and actively look for ways to make the work smarter and faster over time.
You won’t be thrown in without support. You’ll work closely with the Operations Lead and other stakeholders in the team, while
also operating with autonomy. You’ll escalate early when something isn’t right, and you’ll bring a continuous improvement mindset
to everything you do.

still love to hear from you. Your unique perspective could be exactly what we’re looking for.

An Introduction to Primer Primer is the unified infrastructure for global payments. We give finance and payments teams the visibility and control to reduce complexity, improve performance, and capture more revenue - all from a single platform. Backed by Sofina, Peak XV Partners, ICONIQ, Tencent, Accel, and Balderton, we're building the payments layer the world's best companies rely on. Watch our showcase > Read up on our $100m Series C Learn more about our culture > 🔍 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Own Primer's GTM intelligence layer Maintain and continuously improve the dashboards and data models at the core of how our GTM teams operate and make decisions. You'll identify gaps, build new views, and ensure the data our teams rely on is accurate, trusted, and acted upon - not just looked at. Keep the AI in our BI sharp Continuously train and improve our BI tool’s (Omni) AI model so that natural-language queries, whether through Omni directly or via Claude, return accurate, contextually aware results. You are the steward of how well our BI tool thinks. Partner with data engineering to optimise performance, and build what's missing Own and maintain the semantic data layer and transformation logic so that dashboards are fast, consistent, and built on a foundation that scales. Identify where missing data sources are limiting GTM intelligence and work with the data engineering team to build the pipelines that close those gaps. You understand the data landscape end-to-end and can make a clear case for what needs to be optimised or built. Surface pipeline and account intelligence Build models and dashboards that go beyond historical reporting - surfacing engagement signals, account health indicators, and expansion opportunities that help GTM reps prioritise the right actions at the right time. Partner with data engineering and product ops to embed analytic events across Primer's web and dashboard environments, capturing user and intent signals that bring a new layer of behavioural intelligence into GTM. Model Salesforce data correctly Ensure CRM data is well-structured, correctly modelled, and fully leveraged in reporting. Work with RevOps and GTM leadership to make sure what lives in Salesforce is trusted, clean, and meaningful, so that any reporting built on top of it actually reflects reality. Build models that drive revenue decisions Partner with RevOps to develop data models that calculate potential ROI for prospects evaluating Primer products, and build the forecasting infrastructure that improves the accuracy of payment volume and revenue projections. Own the GTM data foundation Define and maintain field definitions, naming conventions, and data quality standards across the GTM tech stack. Good AI starts with good data, and good data starts with clear governance. Build the AI context layer for GTM Create and maintain the shared knowledge infrastructure that gives AI tools, including Claude, the right context to produce high-quality outputs. You'll build and curate the GTM knowledge base that sits behind our AI. Build GTM AI workflows, with Claude at the core Work with GTM stakeholders, and Primer’s AI Strategy & Enablement Lead to spot processes where in-house AI workflows, skills and artifacts unlock real self-serve value. Build the more complex workflows hands-on, and upskill others to build the simpler ones themselves. Since Claude is central to AI at Primer, this includes enabling connectors to key business tools and building the skills that make Claude genuinely useful in a GTM role. Own adoption and impact, not just the build Shipping something is the start, not the finish. You own the rollout until it sticks, partnering with GTM Enablement on training and documentation so it lands inside existing enablement programmes rather than as a one-off. Collect feedback, iterate, and track and report on GTM AI use cases and their measurable impact. Promote self-serve data literacy Coach GTM stakeholders to explore data autonomously. Build the education and support that turns Omni from something people request help with into something they reach for themselves. Stay ahead of the AI landscape Proactively assess new AI tools and new features in Primer's existing tech stack. Make clear recommendations on what to adopt, pilot, or ignore. Ensure we're extracting full value from what we already pay for. 👀 WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE Solid data and analytics foundation 3-5 years of experience in a data analytics, BI, or revenue operations role. You're comfortable working with complex datasets, building dashboards, and communicating what the numbers mean - without needing someone else to pull the data for you. SQL proficiency You write SQL fluently. Joins, window functions, aggregations - you can interrogate a data warehouse directly and know how to model data correctly, not just query it. Hands-on AI experience You use AI tools in your daily work, have built workflows or automations using LLMs, and understand enough about how they work to make them reliably useful rather than impressively unreliable. Strong understanding of APIs and MCPs You know how to retrieve data from APIs, trigger actions via them, and think in terms of integrations. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you're comfortable operating at the boundary between data and tooling. CRM data experience You understand how Salesforce (or similar CRM) data is structured, where it tends to go wrong, and how to model it for reliable reporting and AI consumption. Clear communicator with a coaching instinct You can explain data and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly, and you care about building their capability - not just doing it for them. High autonomy in ambiguous environments You don't wait for the problem to be fully defined. You identify the opportunity, make a case for it, and go build it. ✅ NICE TO HAVE Payments or fintech experience Familiarity with the metrics, data models, and commercial dynamics of a payments or B2B SaaS business. Experience with dbt, Snowflake or similar data tooling You've worked alongside or within data engineering pipelines and understand how data gets from source to warehouse. Python or scripting proficiency Useful for data manipulation, automation, and building lightweight AI tools beyond what SQL alone can handle. Omni or comparable BI tool experience You've worked with a modern BI tool and understand how to get the best out of its AI layer. Prompt engineering practice You have a structured approach to prompt design and can teach others how to improve the quality of their AI interactions. ✅ A TYPICAL INTERVIEW PROCESS * An initial intro call with a Talent Partner * An interview with the Hiring Manager * Challenge Stage - Contextualised to the role * A final, values-alignment interview WHAT'S THE CULTURE LIKE AT PRIMER?
