ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM: Lead Client Partner's are at the heart of our client relationships, but this role is not just about maintaining what we have. It's about growing it. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts while proactively identifying and creating new opportunities within them: expanding our relationships, identifying needs before clients articulate them, and converting those conversations into revenue. You are a problem solver and a commercially driven partner, someone who is equally comfortable in a quarterly business review and an early-stage commercial conversation, and who takes personal ownership of the outcomes of both. You will guide your team to foster strong relationships and ensure that CreateFuture is seen as a trusted strategic partner. You will also lead by example in demonstrating the behaviours that drive growth, qualifying with rigour, following through with intent, and seeing commercial conversations through to an outcome. What you’ll be doing: * You will own and grow strategic client accounts by spotting opportunities early, building senior relationships, and creating demand before it exists. * Driving commercial success end-to-end from pipeline creation and qualification to forecasting, conversion, and closing high-value deals. * Leading and mentor teams in consultative selling, stakeholder strategy, and commercial excellence to raise overall capability. * Shaping winning approaches to complex, multi-competitor bids while increasing CreateFuture’s market visibility through events, content, and thought leadership. * Championing operational excellence with accurate forecasting, high-quality Statements of Work, and accountability for financial targets and business planning. * Turning every account into a growth platform by improving client satisfaction, expanding stakeholder reach, and aligning delivery with strategic client goals. * Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning CreateFuture as a strategic partner across digital, data, and AI transformation initiatives. WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU: * Have experience in account management, consultancy, or client services within a digital transformation consultancy or professional services environment. With a proven track record of growing accounts and driving measurable revenue expansion. * Have experience within Financial Services or Payments (Would be an advantage). * Have a strong commercial instinct with the ability to proactively identify, qualify, and close new opportunities within existing client portfolios. * Are confident owning pipeline performance, forecasting accurately, and leading senior-level commercial conversations without oversight. * Have credible understanding of AI, data, and modern digital technologies, with the ability to engage confidently with CTOs, CDOs, and senior business leaders. * Have familiarity with agentic AI, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and modern software delivery practices, with experience positioning AI-led solutions. * Have extensive experience delivering digital product and technology programmes, turning strong client outcomes into long-term commercial growth. * Are an inspirational and commercially minded leader who builds trusted relationships, influences senior stakeholders, and leads by example. * Are highly strategic and operationally focused, with strong analytical skills, commercial discipline, and accountability for client and business outcomes. JOB SUMMARY: Repair and/or rebuild structurally failed or worn parts requiring welding process reconstruction. Work in adverse weather and other adverse shop and field situations presented by client needs. Accept all out-of-town assignments requiring overnight stays. Communicate orally and in writing information, instructions, and explanations to associates, clients, and management regarding conditions, problems, and recommendations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Fabricate and/or repair metal parts. * Comprehend and interpret sketches and diagrams. * Operate welding equipment. * Prepare service reports. * Plan and control cost of repair jobs. * Maintain company equipment – keep in good clean orderly condition. * Work safely at all times. Adhere to all applicable safety policies. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Own and maintain required personal tools. * Learn and use Empire, Caterpillar and allied product procedures and systems. * Maintain current MSHA card if work area requires. * Provide on-the-job training to technicians and helpers as assigned. * Communicate with proper individuals to clarify instructions or discuss scope or progress of job. * Work overtime as needed. * Travel to remote locations as needed. * Perform other related duties as assigned. * Work within and promote corporate values.
