As a Credit Analyst, you'll be a crucial part of our customers' journeys, carefully reviewing credit applications from both
customers and brokers. With a keen eye for detail, you'll look at bank statements, financial documents, and other key information
to help determine each applicant’s creditworthiness and suggest the right lending options. Your expertise will not only help us

About the role: We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of key products within Shift's portfolio - driving strategy, commercial performance and ongoing development across the full product lifecycle. This is a role for someone who thrives in a complex, regulated environment and brings genuine commercial instinct to every decision. You'll work closely with Sales, Credit, Risk, Tech, Design and Leadership to ensure our products perform well, scale sustainably and continue to deliver real value to customers. What you'll do: * Own and drive the product roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with Shift's growth strategy and commercial objectives * Take accountability for product performance across financial, operational and customer metrics * Lead discovery end-to-end - from understanding the problem space through to landing on a commercially grounded approach * Apply commercial judgement to product decisions, including how pricing, inserts and policy changes influence product economics * Identify opportunities to optimise pricing, processes, eligibility, segmentation and lifecycle performance * Collaborate with Risk, Compliance and Operations to deliver scalable, compliant and efficient products * Work with Design and Tech to create solutions that drive product adoption and customer retention * Partner with Sales and divisional leaders to align product capabilities with market needs * Keep product documentation, workflows and policy definitions accurate and up to date across systems and teams * Lead strategic portfolio planning, including investment prioritisation and commercial modelling * Monitor and manage product risks, serving as an escalation point when needed What you'll bring: * 7+ years in product management within financial services, fintech, lending or payments * Experience working in a highly regulated environment, with a solid understanding of how risk, compliance and commercial considerations shape product decisions * Strong commercial acumen, including unit economics, pricing decisions and an understanding of how product choices influence the P&L * A proven ability to lead discovery that lands on decisions, not just insights * Experience with credit policy, risk frameworks and compliance requirements * A track record of owning product performance end-to-end and driving improvement from data * Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams including Sales, Credit, Ops, Tech and Legal * High attention to detail across documentation, process and decision-making * A bias for outcomes, continuous improvement and getting to the root of a problem Key benefits: * Collaborative teams – a flat structure means everyone can learn from colleagues and senior leaders around the business. * Be involved – come together with all of your colleagues every 100 days to share the product and technology roadmap and business strategy. * Flexible working environment – we’re headquartered in North Sydney with state-based workplaces and offer a flexible work policy. * Family support – industry leading 26 weeks paid parental leave. * Purpose built spaces within our office – designed for collaboration, brainstorming, socialising, and focused work. * Range of benefits supporting your physical, psychological and financial wellbeing. Job Overview: The Channel Partner Manager is responsible for executing the channel diversification strategy defined by the Small Business Division to deliver channel growth, activation, and performance outcomes in line with defined targets. This involves identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships that drive meaningful lending volume and developing repeatable, operationally efficient models to support scale. This is a high-ownership role that sits at the intersection of business development, relationship management, and product collaboration. About the role: The Account Manager (Internal) is accountable for establishing and maintaining relationships within an assigned portfolio of Merchants. You will accelerate Shift’s growth objectives through proactive engagement and stakeholder management, building strong and lasting relationships in the process. You will do this with a solution-oriented focus and methodical process whilst operating with a sense of urgency. Duties & Responsibilities: * Manage a designated portfolio of merchant accounts, building strong relationships and supporting their successful engagement with Shift. * Support the National Sales & GTM with onboarding activities to ensure seamless and positive onboarding experience for new merchants including participation or facilitation of implementation meetings * · Drive adoption of Shift products and introduce cross sell opportunities within your Merchant portfolio. * Maintain highly productive, professional relationships with key personnel and decision makers within your Merchant portfolio. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams within Shift to ensure Merchants enjoy a seamless relationship with Shift. * Continuously educate Merchants and their teams on key and new product features, processes and best practices through phone, email, virtual & occasional face to face meetings and other communication channels. * Proactively engage with Merchants to provide support, build capability and drive product adoption, demonstrating confidence in managing conversations and relationships. * Proactively deliver reporting and insights, leading joint planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive Merchant relationship. * Proactively assess, clarify, and validate Merchant needs on an ongoing basis. * Maintain an exceptional understanding of Shift’s broader objectives, the positioning of Shift’s products and each Merchant including their key priorities. * Keep up to date with competitor information and market trends; identify business opportunities for Shift. * Be comfortable with and achieve all assigned targets including but not limited to the Customer acquisition, activity, transaction volume and revenue targets. * Actively seek new Merchant referrals from your network and Merchant portfolio and pass on to the Merchant acquisition teams. * Contribute ideas and initiatives on how Shift can continue to build and grow our Merchant network.
